Very fast car pickup and drop-off. The car was new and in excellent condition. The staff was pleasant and polite. To avoid installing charging apps, they provided a charging chip, which is compatible with many stations, including Tesla. My deposit was returned within a week, and everything was handled efficiently with regards to toll roads and charging. I recommend this company; I've had nothing but good experiences.

This time I got the 2026 model hybrid vehicle. The autonomous driving function is very convenient. Before the trip, I confirmed that there were minor scratches, but they did not affect the use of the vehicle. I am still chasing the toll bills with the rental company (the amount swiped by card was high, and the rental company gave me a lot of bills. I'm so happy to have been upgraded to a BMW electric car! The car is in excellent condition. It's very convenient to find charging stations for electric cars in Norway; they're everywhere. However, you need to install apps like Elton on your phone first. You can use the app to find compatible charging stations and make payments.

We rented two cars in total, and luckily we got upgraded to BMWs. The cars were in very good condition. The original car dealer was Budget, but the cars were borrowed from Avis, which is probably common practice in the area.

Yes the car was excellent , there was a problem with the kiosk to scan the driving license and other customers had same issues but the help desk sorted out. I drop off was very straightforward but I did not yet get any confirmation and Hertz did not yet release the credit card deposit. Also there is no signage for Hertz in the car park.
