The car handover process was incredibly simple. Most importantly, we could communicate in Cantonese, so there were no communication barriers. The staff explained some important points, asked us to take pictures of the car's condition, and that was it. We even added the staff member on WeChat, and he sent us lots of information about food and activities in Langkawi, which was very helpful for our independent travel. The next morning, because we forgot to turn off the headlights when we returned to the hotel the night before, the car wouldn't start. The car rental company received our SOS message and quickly sent someone to fix it – kudos to them!

Although the car was a bit old, it didn't affect the driving experience. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient; we arranged a time with the owner to pick it up and return it directly at the airport exit, and the procedures were simple and convenient. Parking lots require Visa cards, which is a bit inconvenient.

Although the car was a bit old, there were Chinese-speaking staff to assist us, making communication seamless throughout. It was a fantastic road trip, and I would recommend it if you don't have high demands for a car's performance.

The car pick-up and drop-off was convenient. The Chinese-speaking staff patiently answered all my questions, and their Mandarin was excellent. The service was impeccable; I got my car and drove off within ten minutes of landing. The only downside was the hardware: the trunk lid wouldn't lock, making me a little worried about the safety of my luggage while parking. Although the car was a bit old, it had been upgraded with a Chinese-language Android screen, showing the business's consideration for Chinese customers. The island's roads were excellent, making for a great driving experience. The main roads were four lanes in both directions, almost like national highways. Even near Kuah Town and the Cenang Beach night market, there was virtually no traffic congestion, much better than my last trip to Bali. The locals drive well; there's no dangerous overtaking, they follow the rules and aren't reckless, and no one honks. Domestic drivers should learn from them. All the attractions on the island can be reached by car. For boat trips, we found others to share a boat with, which saved us a lot of money. Most of the Europeans and Americans in our group rode motorcycles, which I don't recommend—it's hot and sunny, and rain is unpredictable; you never know when it will suddenly start. Refuel before changing cars. After parking at the gas station, tell the pump number and how much you want to fill up to the window. If you find you haven't filled up enough, you can pay an extra 10 ringgit. I used 45 ringgit worth of petrol over two days. This little car made our trip more convenient and relaxed. If I could come back to this road again, I would definitely choose it again.

The Chinese-speaking staff made airport pickup and drop-off very convenient. However, being used to driving cars in China, I forgot to turn off the headlights when I parked, causing the battery to die and the car to not start. My company sent someone to help me. Luckily, I had insurance; I really don't know what might have happened.

Car rental companies are only required to provide a vehicle that meets the contract specifications, but I encountered an incredibly friendly rental company. They not only informed us the day before pickup that they needed to change vehicles due to unforeseen circumstances and offered us an upgrade option, but also specifically reminded us of the rules and precautions for right-hand drive vehicles in Malaysia. What was especially surprising was that the handsome and charming Ah Hou not only meticulously completed the handover procedures but also thoughtfully provided us with travel itineraries and attraction recommendations—different from those on Xiaohongshu and Mafengwo—as well as recommendations for various restaurants (not the trendy spots featured in travelogues and videos!). This made our Langkawi trip incredibly fulfilling, far exceeding our expectations. Returning the car was even more touching. Due to our carelessness, we left important items in the car, and Ah Hou thoughtfully returned them to us just before we boarded our flight. This was incredibly heartwarming, and I want to express my gratitude again to Ah Hou and his company! I wish Ah Hou and his company all the best! Thank you, and I would recommend this company's service to anyone needing to rent a car in Langkawi.

The guy who delivered the car was incredibly helpful, even assisting another customer with their documents. He was very kind and efficient; the paperwork for our car was completed quickly, and returning the car was easy – we just dropped it off and headed straight to the airport.
