The Avis office is located very close to the Bari train station, just a short 5-minute walk away. The staff spoke fluent English and were incredibly helpful. The entire pick-up process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Highly recommended if you are renting a car in Bari!

The car pick-up process was simple. Although the originally ordered Ford was changed to a BYD, the vehicle was quite new. There were four of us traveling together, and it was just enough to fit three large suitcases and one carry-on suitcase.

Got a brand new, latest model car with full features that make driving much easier. It has low mileage, is fun to drive, and is fuel-efficient. I've driven just over 1,000 kilometers and only needed to fill up the tank and a half. Excellent value!

Fantastic car! Very easy to drive! Unfortunately, we weren't familiar with the roads in Sicily, which led to some minor collisions in narrow alleys. Luckily, we had full coverage insurance. I highly recommend getting full coverage insurance before traveling to Sicily.

Pick up and drop off is smooth and fast. I had sign up for full insurance coverage and including cross border fee as I plan to drive into Monaco and France. I had got a free upgrade from the online booked Fiat 500 and was given a choice between a Toyota Yaris Cross or Citroen Aircross. Both are near brand new car with less than 10K km mileage. I took the Toyota. Overall fun experience
