Three elevators serve five hotels plus other offices, so you can imagine how crowded it gets during peak hours and how long the wait times are. The room cleanliness was decent, but the bathroom was small. In the family room, the beds were too close to the walls, making it inconvenient to get in and out. The laundry facilities were under maintenance, so we had to use those of another hotel. Overall, this Vienna Hotel is the worst I've stayed at, despite being the most expensive.
