Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

This hotel has a very good location. It is close to the metro, and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes for less than 5 RMB. It is also convenient for traveling, as it is not far from Changsha South High-Speed Railway Station, which is great for trips to Zhangjiajie. There are many local restaurants around the hotel with affordable prices and good taste. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would recommend this place.

I had an 8 AM flight the next day, so I came to Beijing a day early. When I booked, I mainly chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, which I thought would be convenient. Little did I know, this hotel was full of surprises! First, I arrived at 12 PM, and the front desk staff helped me check in early and even upgraded my room type. After checking in, since I had two oversized suitcases, a very handsome young man helped me take my luggage to the room. Once I got to the room, there were already welcome fruits, yogurt, drinks, and bottled water waiting for me. The room was extremely clean, fully smart-enabled, and the soundproofing was excellent. You think that's it? No way!!! They offer free late-night snacks in the evening. Although I didn't get to try them, I saw quite a few people in the restaurant when I walked past it later that night, and it smelled delicious! And there's more! I booked the airport shuttle for 6 AM, and at 5:30 AM, the front desk called to remind me to gather in the lobby on time. When I went downstairs, the lobby staff greeted me and gave me a departure gift: a pack of tissues and a few steam eye masks. How incredibly thoughtful is that?! I just casually mentioned that I was flying international from T3, and they even prepared for that! All for just over 300 RMB, their service is absolutely amazing!!! I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly out of Beijing!!! The environment is excellent; it truly lives up to its 'fully smart home' reputation. The screens are electric, and the value for money is superb. The bedding is indeed as advertised, with a predominant woody scent complemented by citrus notes, making it very pleasant to smell. Overall, I found the experience to be quite good.

The floor service was excellent, and the room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. The air conditioning and TV weren't working properly, but the staff on our floor were immediately available to help fix them, showing great patience and attentiveness. Despite being on a floor with over a hundred rooms, it was surprisingly quiet, and we had a very peaceful night's sleep.

The free airport shuttle is incredibly punctual, departing every half hour or on the hour. It takes about 8 minutes to get to Capital Airport, making early flights stress-free. It's also roughly a 10-minute drive to the New China International Exhibition Center, which is super convenient if you're attending a trade show. For those driving, there's free parking available, and public transport nearby offers direct routes to the city center, making getting around a breeze. The rooms are cleaned promptly, thoroughly disinfected, and there are no unpleasant odors. Any requests are handled quickly. Rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a choice of two pillows (one soft, one firm), ensuring a good night's sleep. The 24-hour hot water is reliable, and the Wi-Fi is consistently fast. The bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The price is very reasonable, offering better value than other hotels near the airport in the same area. It's suitable for business travelers, those on a layover, or exhibition attendees. The combination of free airport shuttle and free parking, without compromising on other services, makes it excellent value for money overall.

Came here for a New Year's getaway, stayed a few nights at the hotel, and overall it was pretty good. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, probably because there were so many guests during New Year's Day. Other than that, everything was fine.

As always, the place is sparkling clean and bright. They even have robots delivering food in the hallways now; it feels like hotels without robots are falling behind! 🤗 The parking lot is incredibly spacious, so you can park anywhere. This time they only gave two bottles of water, but their strongest selling point, which really sets them apart from competitors, used to be giving out nine bottles of mineral water. That's a unique advantage that they should definitely bring back and promote!

The male and female managers at the front desk are quite professional. However, some of the other younger staff were inexperienced and spoke stiffly. The rooms are new, spacious, and very clean. The cleaning lady was very nice. Breakfast was also good, with a new theme every day, and the servers were very friendly. It's very convenient for airport stays. Both hotels are good.

Capital Airport T3/T2 pickup and drop-off service: This was incredibly useful. My flight was at 6 AM the next day, so I had to leave at 5 AM. Plus, my mom and I both have herniated discs and couldn't even lift our luggage, but the hotel staff's service was exceptional. Cleanliness: It was quite clean. At this price point, you don't expect luxury, but it was clean and tidy, which was great, haha, it felt like home.

I've stayed here several times now. It's budget-friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the room is fully equipped and very smart. They use disposable towels, which is really reassuring.
