Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

My stay at Voyage International Hotel was near perfect. The hotel organized the pick-up from BAIC T3 promptly at the designated location within 10 minutes of my phone call. The staff could actually communicate in English which was great for me. The driver even helped for loading my luggage into the van. The drive from T3 to the hotel is approximately 10 minutes without traffic (at 23 30 to 00 00). The staff at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming, helping with unloading my luggage. The check-in process was seamless. I was upgraded from a single occupancy room to a double delight room without any additional cost. The mini-bar is great for people coming from a long haul flight and the amenities provided are as mentioned. The hotel did a great job with their sound insulation system as we almost do not hear any noise from airplanes even though the airport is very near. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of food and the restaurant was also very clean with a cozy atmosphere. Upon check-out, I was also given a check-out gift and the staff voluntarily asked if I needed help to book a taxi. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Voyage International Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for travellers having early or late flights. I will not hesitate to book Voyage International Hotel again.

The hotel isn't far from Capital Airport's Terminal 2 as the crow flies, just a few hundred meters. However, it's quite a walk if you're on foot, taking about fifteen minutes. Driving also takes a detour. The building itself looks old and run-down from the outside, but the room interiors are quite clean and modern, and the service is pretty good too.

I can't praise the service enough! The front desk staff were all incredibly nice. This morning I accidentally left my towel in the room and they helped me sort it out perfectly. The room is new and clean, and the price is really good. If you have an early flight, I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel has a very good location. It is close to the metro, and you can reach the city center in just a few minutes for less than 5 RMB. It is also convenient for traveling, as it is not far from Changsha South High-Speed Railway Station, which is great for trips to Zhangjiajie. There are many local restaurants around the hotel with affordable prices and good taste. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money and I would recommend this place.

We chose Hilton Beijing Capital Airport specifically because we had an early morning flight back home, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. First off, the 24/7 shuttle service to the airport was incredibly convenient. We arrived at the hotel quite early on the day of our check-in. Most of the recently vacated rooms weren't ready yet, and we were thoroughly informed about the situation. We were prepared to wait. However, our two young children quickly became restless and tired, needing a place to rest. After we spoke with Eric at the front desk, he immediately checked with his colleagues to see if our room was ready. Unfortunately, our requested double queen room wasn't available yet. Eric promptly offered us complimentary drink vouchers to keep us comfortable while we waited. Soon after, Eric suggested upgrading our room since our original room wouldn't be ready anytime soon. The upgraded room was much better, larger, and even a duplex! It also fulfilled our earlier request for a room with a view of the runway. The kids were absolutely thrilled and wanted to stay in the room all day watching planes. A big thank you to Eric for his thoughtful approach to solving our problem and for the wonderful room upgrade. This experience left us with a beautiful impression of Beijing. Next, we'd also like to commend another fantastic young man, Liu Chenghong. As soon as we received our room key, he immediately helped us with our luggage and even took the initiative to guide us to our room. The children happily held onto the luggage cart with Chenghong, carefully pushing it together to the room. He was very attentive to the children's safety along the way, with us parents following closely behind. The kids had a great time, and so did we. Afterward, Chenghong diligently helped us move every piece of luggage into the room and arranged it for us. A huge thumbs up to you! Keep up the great work. Your attentive service truly made me, who was already quite exhausted, feel warm and comforted. Everyone we met on this trip to China was wonderful. We will definitely visit Beijing again. Next time we're in Beijing and have an early morning flight, we will choose Hilton again.

Arrived late at the hotel to a warm, comforting late-night congee. They also offer shuttle service to and from T2/T3 terminals, which was really convenient. The room was great, with a large, comfy bed and excellent heating. It was a perfect, relaxing day for my layover in Beijing. It was my first time having an overnight layover in Beijing, and due to a change in plans, I booked this hotel suddenly in the early morning. I first contacted customer service, and even though it was late, they responded very promptly. They told me to call and ask if they could pick me up. The front desk staff who answered was very patient, even when I accidentally called the wrong number a second time – I was worried he'd be annoyed because other hotels had been quite rude in similar situations. After getting in touch with the driver, he told me to wait inside where it was warm, as it was too cold outside. He arrived at the airport very quickly, and the driver was also very kind, helping me with my luggage. It was late and a very last-minute booking, so I'm truly grateful to them. After checking in, my room felt a bit cold, and when I mentioned it to the front desk staff, he patiently helped resolve the issue. The next day during check-out, the kind short-haired lady at the front desk was very gentle and thoughtful, telling me where to wait and to put on warm clothes. These might seem like small things, but they truly made this feel like a very warm and welcoming hotel. It even made Beijing in winter feel warmer! I'll definitely stay here again next time! I called the front desk beforehand to get the number, and the driver was incredibly thoughtful, waiting to ensure every passenger was on board before departing. This is especially convenient for guests arriving late at night for a layover! When I got to the hotel front desk, I noticed many international guests checking in, which I hadn't expected – it's quite international. Ordering takeout is super easy, with robot delivery. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, with an indoor fresh air system and a Toto bidet toilet seat. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. It's small but has everything you need. I stayed here many years ago, and I've noticed the hotel has improved significantly since then. The front desk staff are also very attentive; I had sent large luggage and packages ahead of time, and they made sure to sign for them all. Great value for money and very thoughtful service, highly recommend!!!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was decorated so warmly and invitingly. I'd recommend it to everyone! The interior design was cozy and comfortable, with a unique style that made me want to stay forever. The room was also impeccably clean. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a wonderful time. Especially noteworthy are the staff – their attitude was both enthusiastic and professional.

It was okay, but the airport shuttle times didn't work for me, so I just took a taxi to and from Capital Airport, which was quite convenient. If you want to explore the city, you can just take a taxi to Guozhan Station.
