This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is lovely, and it's super close to Tsinghua University. This is actually my third time booking here. The front desk staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The facilities are all smart-enabled, which is a nice touch. Really, really good! (The pictures are just random ones I had).

Overall, my stay was comfortable and reassuring. The hygiene standards were high, and the service was attentive and professional. The facilities were well-maintained, and the location was convenient with excellent amenities nearby. It was a very satisfying experience, and I highly recommend it.

I was quite satisfied with my stay. It was good value for money, especially since it was the off-season and the room was clean. The bedding was spotless. The hotel isn't on the main street; you have to go through a rather old entrance to get in. However, once inside, the overall experience was quite good, and the hallway carpets looked clean. Home Inns is a brand I often choose for travel and business trips. The overall service and facilities of chain hotels are much better than small private hotels, making it trustworthy. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Service: The two front desk staff were incredibly attentive. One female attendant noticed we had a child and upgraded us to a deluxe king room, also providing kids' slippers and toothbrushes. Once we got to the room, we could really appreciate how much nicer the deluxe room was. The male attendant, observing my beard, proactively asked if I needed a razor. His attention to detail was exceptional; I'd indeed been traveling for 5 days and my beard was showing. This level of service definitely deserves a 10/10. Environment: The hotel is very close to Xuezhipark subway station. Right across the street, there are plenty of dining options, including highly-rated restaurants like Emei Restaurant and Ziguangyuan Roast Duck. Deyun Club (a famous comedy theater) is also across the street, and there are bars too – a really great location. As for the room environment, the photos speak for themselves: it was spacious, clean, bright, and odorless. Even the nooks and crannies were spotless. Hygiene: Clean, as shown in the pictures. There was barely any dust behind the curtains, and no limescale on the taps. However, the sofa could have been cleaner. Also, the trash can could be a bit bigger. Facilities: Everything felt new. The elevator was quiet, the washing machines in the laundry room were clean, and the common areas were also very clean. Of course, despite all the good impressions, my child did get several mosquito bites. For April in Beijing to have such big mosquito bites, it suggests that pest control in less visible areas needs improvement.

We brought our kids to Beijing for a trip during the May Day holiday and stumbled upon this hotel, Asia's largest garden-style guesthouse, staying in the Jingbin Building. It's incredibly spacious with several buildings dedicated to guest rooms. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised. The greenery is abundant, and the environment is serene and peaceful, with a charming antique feel. It's beautiful even at night, with ancient pines and ginkgo trees that are incredibly thick. Guests get free access to the gym and free parking, and breakfast was decent as well.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel was excellent and thoughtful, offering a complimentary upgrade to a room with an outside window. There are two subway lines within 500 meters, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also food options near the subway entrance!

This stay was very comfortable and the overall experience was very satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy, the log wind decoration looked very comfortable, the lighting was soft and not dazzling, the bedding was very soft, and I slept very peacefully at night. The shower in the bathroom is very full of water and it is very decompressed. The corridor is also very quiet and not noisy at all. The facilities are very new, the details are in place, the price is very high, and I will choose this one next time.

Honestly, the hotel's facilities are so outdated that every time I visit, I can't help but inwardly grumble. However, their service is absolutely top-notch, which makes it my first choice for every business trip. It's a real love-hate relationship. While the hotel management deserves credit, it's really the incredibly meticulous service from the staff that stands out. Everyone in the housekeeping department – Bai Yulai, Xu Guixia, Liu Jinyun, and Xu Yuxia – takes such thoughtful care of you. My absolute favorite is the restaurant's breakfast supervisor; I just haven't caught her name because I'm always rushing to eat before work. The noodle chef also remembers your preferences – eating his noodles always brightens my day. Again, I haven't caught his name for the same reason; anyone who has to rush to work in the morning understands there's no time to look at name tags. What's even more surprising is how excellent the concierge service is. Du Ge, from the concierge, makes it hard to even carry your own luggage to the car when checking out; he always insists on putting it in the trunk for you. He's a hundred times better than the concierges at most five-star hotels in Beijing, some of whom act like they don't see you struggling with your bags. To sum it all up, the facilities are incredibly old. I really hope the owner sees this and renovates soon, otherwise, it's just not fair to all the wonderful staff who provide such excellent service.
