Hotels in Changping Town/Shisanling Resort, Beijing

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and Changping Park, making transportation easy. The environment is clean and tidy, with excellent service. The front desk even proactively upgraded my room type when there was availability.

We had a great time staying here! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The room is spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed is firm but still comfortable, made with soft sheets and 2 pillows per person. The room also offers a seating area and a very nice home theatre with sound system (on which you can play your own music). The room is very well isolated, there are no sounds coming in from adjacent rooms or outside. In a separate space connected to the room is a beautiful private hot spring. The temperature is lovely and bathing is extremely enjoyable. Temperatures are adjustable in both the room and the bathing space. Towels, slippers and bathrobes are available. Outside is a lovely garden where you can sit and cool down from the hot bath, this is very nice even in winter. The area is very quiet with a beautiful mountain view. And as a bonus there’s a cute fluffy cat roaming around looking for cuddles.

We brought our child to climb Mangshan Mountain during the long weekend, and to avoid traffic, we arrived early on Friday at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is not far from the scenic area. It truly exceeded our expectations! The parking lot is huge with many charging stations. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. We arrived from the city around 9 PM, and they sent extra bottled water, slippers, and other amenities to our room. The twin room was very large and spacious, and the windows could be opened for natural ventilation. As always, there was a choice of multiple pillows, the shower had strong water pressure, and the towels were soft and large. Although it's a newly opened hotel, there was no strange odor. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the window faced an inner courtyard, so it was very quiet and not noisy at all. I slept soundly until 9:10 AM. Breakfast was served until 10 AM, and there was a wide variety of options, all very clean and tidy.

It's very close to Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital, within walking distance. I chose to stay one night because my family member was hospitalized there, to avoid the hassle of traveling back and forth. It's one of the higher-standard hotels in the entire hotel range; it's new, and the rooms are larger than those in the city. Although you need to call ahead to get into the underground parking garage, it's spacious enough to park horizontally. The robot food delivery service is also a great option for those who are awkward about parking. It's within walking distance of Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital, and if you drive, you don't need to make a U-turn; you can take another route and turn one block to get to the hospital. I was very satisfied and slept well for eight hours amidst the anxiety of my family member's hospitalization.

The hotel service was excellent. The rooms were spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with comfortable beds and a desk, and offered a quiet environment. Guests reported having a great night's sleep, finding the overall stay very comfortable. The facilities were comprehensive, and the Wi-Fi connection was decent. The lobby had a clean, minimalist design.

Before our arrival, Brian proactively reached out to confirm our check-in time and needs, which was incredibly reassuring. During our stay, he was always prompt and professional, arranging everything from room type adjustments and hot spring reservations to restaurant bookings, and even patiently answering all our questions about the facilities. Everything was meticulously organized. His demeanor was humble and warm, with a friendly and natural smile. He was always quick to anticipate and fulfill our unspoken needs, showcasing incredible attention to detail in his service. Overall, Brian's service was professional, meticulous, and genuinely warm, truly reflecting Marriott's high standard of service and humanistic care. Our stay was made incredibly comfortable because of him. We'll definitely choose Marriott Hotel Beijing Changping again on our next visit and I highly recommend it to all my friends!

I have been to many furniture soups. I have to say that this homestay is really the ceiling of the private soup homestay. The whole house is decorated with low-key luxury. The supplies are very elegant. The room is duplex. The first floor is the activity area. The second floor is the rest area. The private soup pool is large and deep, one guest and one change, equipped with underwater lighting. 24-hour constant temperature, there is also a water flow massage function, next to the pool is tatami and a fireplace can be roasted, very comfortable. There are no restaurants around the homestay. The homestay provides hot pot, barbecue and stir-fry 3 sets, 199 copies, the price is reasonable, the three of us are full, the homestay is also equipped with a camping camp, there are streams and some small animals can be fed, and the surrounding area can pick up chestnuts for free. There is also Yinshan Tallinn to climb the mountain to watch the sunrise, butler service is also in place, big recommendation

The service was excellent, especially the young man with glasses at the island parking lot – he was amazing! Our car battery died, and he enthusiastically helped us find someone to jump-start it. A big thank you also to the hotel's technician who helped us with the jump start, saving us from calling a tow truck (the hotel is far from the city, and repair shops weren't willing to come). The hotel rooms were quite clean, and the hot springs were great. It was really enjoyable to ski during the day and then relax in the hot springs at night! The ski slopes weren't too steep, making them perfect for children and beginners. The hotel also has a camel zoo with peacocks, pheasants, sika deer, raccoons, goats, rabbits... The small animals were all very lively. Wishing the hotel a prosperous and ever-improving business!

The price is very affordable and the hotel is also very good, but it is far away in Changping. If you don't mind the distance, the price/performance ratio is very good. It's also good to have a small robot deliver food in the middle of the night, good news for social phobia

This hotel is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to mention the excellent hygiene. There's also a gym in the hotel. I washed my clothes in the evening, but it was raining in Beijing and they had a dryer, which was very convenient. I also want to praise the lady who helped me iron my clothes. She was so kind.
