The environment is great, the decor is elegant, the bedding is clean, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. I had a very pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, proactively explaining the facilities and local area, and patiently answering all my questions. Room service was prompt and thorough, and the room was spotlessly clean. Overall, the service was professional yet warm, making for a very comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Nestled within the Three Hills and Five Gardens area, the environment here is top-notch. There's a variety of dining options inside the park, and a supermarket just a few hundred meters away. Parking is convenient – you just need to register at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were swift. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The linens are comfortable, though hot water supply is limited. I only stayed for one night, and everything was fine except for one minor issue: I was asked to register my license plate number at check-in, but it wasn't actually recorded, which led to a delay when checking out as I had to re-register it. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The Fragrant Hills Hotel, designed by a master architect, is quite old but still leaves a lasting impression, especially the lobby and garden. The rooms appear to have been renovated and are very clean with relatively new furniture. Overall, it's perfect for those who appreciate a nostalgic style. It's a great place to stay in all four seasons, each offering a unique experience. Parking costs 40 yuan for 24 hours, with an additional 10 yuan per hour if you exceed the 24-hour limit, up to a maximum of 40 yuan. Be mindful of your parking time.

Everything was beautiful in this hotel. Although I booked a non smoking room, my room smelled like cigarette smell and there was no window to ventilate the air. I liked the location and design of this hotel but I cannot stand the smell in the room. I have a cpap machine for my sleep apnea and it smelled like cigarettes so I could not breathe well at night time. Hotel would be better with air purifier and windows to ventilate air

This hotel on Meichang Street is a bit hard to find, but it's quite close to Xiangshan Park. The room is simple and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk service was quite attentive; I arrived early in the morning and there were no rooms available, so they temporarily stored my luggage and added me on WeChat to notify me when a room was ready. On check-out day, I couldn't make it back in time and they immediately agreed to a late check-out until 2 PM. There was only one minor issue: when I returned at noon to get my room, the front desk attendant was out. I had to wait over ten minutes to get my key and check in. Overall, I still give it a thumbs up! 👍
