This is a resort that combines a spa and a hotel, located very close to Xiangshan (Fragrant Hills). **Facilities:** Quite new and clean, and the bathing area is also very good. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. The bedding and pillows in the room were very clean, and the floor was also relatively clean. **Service:** The staff had a good attitude and were very responsive to requests. Anything we needed was delivered to the room. **Seasonal fruits and snacks:** There were watermelons, cantaloupes, etc. **Double hot spring leisure experience (including sweat steam and salt steam):** There are two pools, one with a slightly higher temperature. The resting area isn't very spacious, but luckily it wasn't too crowded, so it was quite comfortable.

The hotel is located right next to a residential area, bordering a road and a hospital. We chose to stay here to await news because a family member was having a baby. The soundproofing is quite poor; there's a lot of noise from the windows, which affected our sleep a bit. Plus, there was someone acting drunk in the hallway in the middle of the night. The hygiene was good, but a 'Do Not Disturb' sign from a previous guest was still hanging on the door. Parking is free. The service was excellent overall. We were satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at this newly opened Home Inn Plus for my business trip. It's very conveniently located, just a few dozen meters to the right after exiting Exit E of Pingguoyuan subway station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. I used to stay near Jin'anqiao, but this time I discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to stay here instead of staying closer to home. The hot spring pools are disinfected, safe, and hygienic. It's a private courtyard, quiet and secluded. On the second day, you can also go hiking. Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) is provided for free. The guesthouse has a restaurant that serves Hunan cuisine, which is highly rated in Haidian. Their smelly mandarin fish is absolutely top-notch! Anyone who's been there would want to go again.

The hotel lobby is very grand, and the room layout is well-designed with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and all amenities are provided. The hotel is located within a park, which feels a bit out of the way, but it's very quiet and peaceful overall, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. The hotel service is excellent. I ordered something and didn't realize I'd put the wrong address; it got sent to another Qiuguo Hotel. The front desk staff went in the scorching heat to pick it up for me, which I found incredibly touching. My experience was absolutely perfect.

New hotels are good, clean and sanitary. I like the dry and wet separation in the bathroom. It is very quiet with many residential areas around. The room is also very warm and has smart control. The restaurant is large, the breakfast is delicious, and the price-performance ratio is very high.

Unfortunately, the maintenance work is not delicate enough, and some aspects have not been preserved. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, but the facilities in the room I stayed in are a bit old, and the variety and taste of the breakfast are very average. The design and location of the hotel are really outstanding. Next time I come to climb Xiangshan, I will choose to stay here again.
