"After a trip to Changbai Mountain, we stopped over in Changchun for two nights on our way back. After a long search on Ctrip, we finally settled on this hotel for two reasons: the TV series 'A Lifelong Journey' was filmed here, and it's a garden-style hotel. Our two-night stay certainly didn't disappoint, though our only regret was that it was too short.
The hotel is located on Nanhu Street, directly opposite Nanhu Park. Bus G252 stops right outside the main entrance. The nearest subway station is a bit far, about two kilometers away, so we mainly relied on ride-hailing services for getting around.
Our room in the main building wasn't large, but it was well-equipped and very clean. It seemed to have been renovated a few years ago. Staying here, you can actually sleep with the windows open at night without needing the air conditioning.
Breakfast was also decent, but the dining area seating was predominantly round tables.
The à la carte dinner at Bailian Hall was excellent. While a bit pricey, the taste was absolutely superb!
It's best to stay for at least three nights here. That way, you can take a complimentary ride on the hotel's electric buggy to fully explore and enjoy the premises. The hotel is truly enormous, covering an area of 1290 mu (approximately 212 acres), and comprises over a dozen buildings."

GGuest UserThis is probably the first time I've received a bad review for a hotel. This time, I was visiting Changchun with my family and staying at the Guoxin Nanshan Hotel. After checking in, we ordered a barbecue set meal for dinner. The hotel staff initially told me it would be charged separately and not to the room. However, they took my deposit at check-in and told me it could be charged to the room, with no additional charges, and the money could be deducted from the deposit. I paid for it myself. I didn't mind, but when the barbecue set arrived, the waiter tried to light the fire several times, but twice got it wrong, and the barbecue oil splattered everywhere. He just made a sarcastic comment, saying, ”Sister, you've never grilled meat before?” and watched coldly. Since they didn't help, I didn't mind either and decided to grill it myself. Then, a guest next door came and offered to help. Someone even grilled the meat for a while before leaving. Isn't that discrimination? They treat each other differently, even though we were staying in the cabin. Since I didn't mention I was staying in the cabin, I understood the staff's discriminatory treatment. After dinner, I complained to the housekeeper, who warmly received and addressed the issue. We have always been very good service. They sent us a fruit plate and apologized. Thank you very much here, which also made us feel a little calmer. I have written a letter of praise to thank you. In short, for guests who want to come to play, the barbecue set meal is not recommended. The service is not up to par. There is nothing here, not worth the money. Even napkins are charged. Everyone can avoid it.

SSH_TanThis is a new hotel. The room was spacious with comfortable furnishings, and there was plenty of space to lay out our luggage. The bathtub was also very clean; I wiped it down and didn't see any discoloration.
The staff at the hotel entrance were very enthusiastic and proactive in helping us with the car doors for getting in and out. Thank you for your hard work! One time, one of them even quickly carried my sleeping child from the car door into the lobby to prevent him from catching a cold on a chilly winter night. A big thank you to them! (Of course, I thanked him directly at the time, hehe).
On the day we checked in, they even upgraded our room. The upgraded room was very large, and the floor was high enough to offer a distant street view. The young man who helped us take our luggage to room 913 on December 28th was also very professional and enthusiastically recommended must-visit attractions and dining spots in Changchun. Thank you for leaving us with such a wonderful impression of the people and things in Changchun.
The smart toilet in the room was also very good. The only issue I reported to the front desk, about the slow drainage in the shower, was immediately resolved, which is highly commendable. Because of all these good impressions, I can still remember them weeks after returning home.
You can book with confidence; I'm truly satisfied. Keep up the great work!

Environment: The underground parking was quite convenient.
Service: I very, very rarely leave negative reviews. In fact, on the night of check-in, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) even upgraded my room type, so I was initially planning to give a positive review.
Around 10 PM on the night of check-in, there were no fresh welcome fruits left. It was agreed they would be delivered the next day around noon, and I explicitly informed them I would check out around 12 PM.
The next day, just after 11 AM, someone rang the doorbell. As I was still in a deep sleep, it took me a moment to react when I heard it. I thought it might be the fruit delivery and intended to get out of bed to open the door. I had just gotten out of bed and needed to put on some clothes, so I told the person outside to wait a moment. Before I could even grab my clothes, the staff member opened the door and walked in themselves.
Imagine the absolute shock and violation a woman feels standing half-dressed at her door, only to find her room door suddenly opened without permission!
To make matters worse, it wasn't even the agreed-upon fruit delivery. Instead, they asked if I had any clothes for laundry. Is this such an urgent matter that you need to intrude into a guest's room without permission while they are resting? I can't conceive of any reasonable justification for this, short of a guest collapsing inside the room.
The initial explanation I received was that housekeeping collects laundry from rooms in the morning. Shouldn't collecting laundry also require asking guests beforehand? If I didn't want the fruit and wanted to sleep until 2 PM, would I still be expected to specifically open the door for you in the morning to facilitate laundry collection? What if I hadn't opened the door? Wouldn't you have just entered directly anyway?
I pay to rest and enjoy the service, not to be forced to comply with your so-called rule of 'we must enter your room at noon to collect your laundry, regardless of whether you are sleeping, showering, or dressed.'
For a woman staying in a hotel, having her privacy invaded is certainly not a minor issue that can be resolved by merely offering some food and drinks.

The only suggestion I have is that I'm not sure if management has set some strange KPIs, but the experience of staff asking for positive reviews was not great, especially since they asked to mention specific names. No wonder the comment section is full of names being mentioned, but honestly, the service wasn't memorable enough for me to recall any names. Each staff member was diligent and did what they were supposed to, but most of them didn't have a smile on their face. Whether in the restaurant or other areas, the staff seemed very flustered, hurried, and expressionless, which doesn't really fit the vibe of a resort hotel. Interestingly, the outsourced services like the handpan instructors, hot spring restaurant staff, and photographers showed a bit more warmth and naturalness. Management really needs to consider why this is the case.

They even proactively helped me with my luggage and gave recommendations for local restaurants, all while maintaining a warm and genuine smile that immediately made me feel at home. When I needed to print some documents late at night, they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. A huge shout-out to the entire front desk team!

MM42660****The shower in the room had to stand on top of the bathtub, which was a bit inconvenient. Other hotels we stayed in for the next two days also had this design. The bathroom door did not close tightly. I would like to remind everyone to check whether breakfast is included when booking a room. We booked two rooms for two nights, and only It included breakfast for one day, I guess it was exchanged for Ctrip points. I was told that there was no breakfast the next day, but the surrounding area was not very prosperous and there was no breakfast shop nearby, so I added 68 yuan per person. There were not many types of breakfast. I had to find napkins. The service staff will only give it to you if you ask for it. It is not worth the price. I stayed in a state-owned hotel in People's Square for the next two days. Breakfast was all-inclusive and the dishes were rich. The price with breakfast was 48 yuan per person. I hope you can do some research. There is no window screen. I don't know if this is true in high-end areas. The air conditioner is good and quiet. The panel is still old-fashioned. Everything else is fine.

GGuest UserThe check-in was very fast. Xinxue provided great service and upgraded the room. Because the Marriott benefits booked by Ctrip could not be used, they sent fruits after explaining, which was very heartwarming. The overall hotel environment is good and there is a heated swimming pool. Suggestion: since it is a hotel booked by Ctrip for parents and children, the children's supplies are only toothbrushes and slippers. I hope that children's shampoo, shower gel and bathrobes can be added in the future.
