Our family chose this hotel for our summer vacation and we were all very satisfied. The room was spacious overall, with a comfortable layout and soft lighting. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were stable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. It felt relaxing and peaceful to stay here. Plus, the disposable toiletries were of good quality, and the shampoo and body wash both had a lovely camellia scent.

The front desk service was warm and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The decor style was very modern and youthful, definitely unique. However, I'd suggest improving the remote controls, especially for the air conditioning. Oh, and I have to mention one more thing: the white card key holder design really caught my eye.

The hotel's overall environment is great. The public areas are spotless, and the atmosphere is comfortable and pleasant. The staff are warm, polite, and responsive to requests, making you feel well-cared for. The self-service laundry room was a pleasant surprise; the washing machines and dryers were clean and well-maintained, and the space was well-ventilated and dry, making it incredibly convenient for washing clothes during a long trip. The guest rooms are tidy and comfortable, with excellent soft and hard furnishings. The beautiful environment, warm service, and practical amenities show a great deal of care in every aspect, making for an excellent stay. It's perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Great location, super close to the high-speed rail station. The breakfast spread was extensive, I ate until I was stuffed! The room was quiet, clean, and tidy. You can find a subway station right outside for easy access to attractions, which is super convenient! The shower had great water pressure and was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The hotel's bathroom facilities are complete and high-end, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, even giving my child a small windmill. They also proactively sent the location via WeChat beforehand and offered a complimentary breakfast. The service details were very well-executed. The transportation is convenient, and the environment is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha.

My honest experience at Pinmanchen Hotel: The hotel is a standalone building with only 8 floors. The hotel entrance has a unique design, featuring two tall 'yingkesong' (welcoming pine) trees, which looked quite beautiful, especially since I checked in online. There's also a sculpture near the entrance that looks like both a horse and a dog; the staff told me it's a work by Master Luo Xiangke [proud emoji]. As I was traveling by car, the parking lot was quite spacious and an open-air type. Stepping into the lobby, the design is very tasteful, a pure Chinese style, with most of the renovation materials being solid wood. There's a subtle tea fragrance in the lobby. The front desk service was friendly and patient. We were visiting Changsha and had stayed at other Pinman-branded hotels before, and this one was consistently good. The room was clean and tidy, with full smart home control – just by calling 'Xiao Du,' you could operate the TV, air conditioning, lights, and more. I particularly want to mention that their toilet is smart, which is a nice touch. They have a gym and a laundry room. The self-service breakfast was rich and delicious. I especially want to highlight that their breakfast includes famous Changsha snacks like Tangyou Baba (sugar oil粑粑) and stinky tofu. A staff member, who I believe was a manager, particularly recommended their new white fungus and lotus seed soup to me; for someone my age, the sweetness was just right [thumbs up]. Honestly, for a room costing just over 200 yuan, the variety of breakfast options offered makes it extremely good value for money. The hotel is located near Gaogiao West Gate, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. It's very close to popular spots like Yangfan Night Market and Wanjiali Plaza. My kids ate their way through Yangfan Night Market from start to finish [smiling emoji][smiling emoji]. This stay was an excellent experience, highly recommended.

The hotel isn't far from the high-speed train station, just a 10-15 minute taxi ride away, or three subway stops directly. The surrounding area is very convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping, with large malls, supermarkets, commercial streets, and residential community amenities. The gym equipment met my needs, the room was quite spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept wonderfully. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors, and the toiletries were high quality. Overall, very good.

Five-star praise! The equipment is top equipped, the network speed is huge and low, the high screen screen is not stuck, the mechanical keyboard feels good, and the e-sports chair is not tired. The room is clean and odorless, the sound insulation is superb, the bedding is comfortable, it is too cool to open the black with friends, the service response is fast, the price is high, and I will come next time!

The room had a Chinese tea set, evoking a sense of wabi-sabi (a Japanese aesthetic emphasizing simplicity and transience). It was very relaxing. This hotel occupied several floors of a building that also housed other facilities (other hotels, companies, etc.). Therefore, delivery people and outsiders could freely enter the elevator. (And unfortunately, there were people smoking in the elevator, which was unpleasant.) The room was cleaned daily, and towels and amenities were replaced generously. However, there was a slight odor from the toilet or bathroom drain, which might lead some to give it a harsh review. The air conditioning worked well. The free laundry facilities were a great help for long stays. It was also nice that detergent, hangers, and an iron were available for free use. Breakfast consisted of a limited selection of local dishes, but everything was delicious. The fried rice, in particular, was exceptional. There were also local specialty dishes, and they were happy to provide hot noodles upon request, making it a relaxed buffet. If I had one suggestion, it would be nice to have hot coffee brewed in the lobby or dining area, even if it was just from a regular coffee maker. I stayed for six nights and was generally satisfied. I could feel the warmth of the people working there.

1. The location is very close to the station, within walking distance. 2. My room was very close to the neighboring residential area, so it was inconvenient to open the curtains. 3. The front desk staff's attitude was cold. It was pouring rain the day I arrived, and I was completely drenched. Anyone at the front desk should have been able to see how disheveled I was, but they still processed my check-in at a slow, unhurried pace. 4. This hotel also hosts banquets and events. I encountered an insurance company convention, and the elevators were packed and took a long time. There was a noisy group of elderly women. Other aspects were just average, nothing special. There are many other options at this price point, so I'll probably look elsewhere next time.
