I specifically came to Changsha for a trip and to attend Wang Leehom's concert. This hotel was a pleasant surprise during my journey. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get around to attractions and the concert venue. The room was spotlessly clean, well-arranged, and the bedding was soft. After a full day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to the room and get some proper rest. The front desk staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and they were responsive to any requests. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, and the facilities were well-maintained. Coming back late after the concert, having a quiet and comfortable room was truly healing. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the environment is peaceful and not noisy. It's perfect for both short trips and specifically attending events. My stay was very comfortable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city.

This hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, handling both check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. The room facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped, all working smoothly. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the hot water supply was stable, and the mattress was comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The public areas were also kept very clean, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic! The space is huge, and the views are just incredible. Being on the 89th floor, you get a panoramic view of the entire city of Changsha. You can even see Orange Isle clearly. The N3 river view rooms even come with binoculars! The sunset was breathtakingly beautiful – I took so many great photos standing by the window. Service: The service was excellent; they weren't intrusive at all, which made for a nice private experience. They also offer turn-down service. And those macarons were delicious! This place is great; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. At night, there are tons of food options outside, and it gets really lively. Despite the outside hustle and bustle, the soundproofing in the hotel is excellent! There are also plenty of places to explore nearby. The room has a separate wet and dry area, and the toilet seat is heated. The hotel shampoo isn't cheap stuff; it has a lovely, natural, subtle scent. Breakfast is incredibly rich with a wide selection: fruit salad, steamed buns, shumai, noodles, cold noodles, various drinks, sweet potatoes, mochi – everything you could ask for, and it's unlimited as long as you don't waste food. They even offer complimentary congee in the evenings. The lobby is filled with greenery, and their drinks are great; I especially recommend the honey pomelo tea made by the two ladies there – it's delicious. The hotel staff are also incredibly friendly. They even have a DJI drone available for some amazing photos, though you'll need to scan a QR code from the front desk to use it. The room also features a rotating circular mirror and a full-length mirror, perfect for styling hair and putting together outfits. I stayed for several days, and overall, it was a fantastic experience – I highly recommend it!

Check-in was super quick, and the complimentary coffee was delicious. The hotel itself has a great design, and everything was very clean. The facilities and amenities were also excellent. The environment here is genuinely better than most hotels I've stayed in. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed here for two nights and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. The front desk attendant, staff member #1, even helped us locate a charging station, which was really convenient since we drive an electric car and they have them on basement level 2. When we checked out, they even gave us bottled water for the road – fantastic service all around!

This time in Changsha, I experienced the unique MAKH Hotel, part of the Wharf portfolio. Its style is completely different from Marco Polo. The hotel's overall design is avant-garde with artistic color blocking, making it perfect for young people! The hotel is located right above Wuyi Square, offering an excellent and very convenient location. Great value for money! Jeremy at the front desk provided excellent service. Highly recommend!!!

Dig into the newly opened treasure hotel, the decoration is simple and high-end, and the photos are all taken. The whole house is brand new and odorless, and it is comfortable to live in. The room is softly lit, the bedding memory pillow is full of comfort, the sound insulation is absolutely perfect, and the fatigue of the journey is directly dissipated. Buffet breakfast is cost-effective, freshly cooked noodles, Cantonese steamed points, baked desserts, hot and cold drinks, online taste, clean and elegant dining environment. The front desk, cleaning service attitude is gentle and intimate, 24-hour butler service, check-out and check-in are efficient and not delayed, free parking, and the location is excellent. The opening activities are very strong, no matter the travel relaxation, short stopover, business trips are suitable, included in my list of permanent accommodation, closed eyes and stayed without stepping on thunder.

The rooms are clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. When you're traveling, finding this level of reliability and genuine service is truly rare. Their attention to detail shows their strong sense of responsibility. This is my top choice for accommodation in Changsha, and it's definitely worth everyone's trust!
