This time, I checked in at night, and Manager YY provided excellent service. It was my first time here, and they were incredibly warm and helpful, upgrading my family's room and offering a late checkout. They even gave us complimentary fruit when we arrived late at night. Hotel parking is free, and the location is fantastic, right in the city center, which is super convenient for getting around by car. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, plus there's a pool. I highly recommend staying here!

Compared to price and service, the atmosphere is actually the most important thing in a hostel. None of the hostels I've stayed at before had that travel vibe. This one I chose in Chengdu didn't feel like a last resort for someone looking for a job. Even though I didn't talk much with my roommates, the common area felt so lively and joyful. There were many foreigners staying there, and everyone seemed to be having a great time together. The subway station downstairs is very convenient, and there are lots of restaurants nearby too.

A Touch of Green in Chengdu Chengdu always has these hidden gems, quietly existing, yet inviting you to slow down. This time, the hotel I stayed at was tucked away right next to Taikoo Li. Though just steps from the bustling streets, stepping through its doors felt like entering a different city. The dark wooden corridors shield you from the outside commotion. A faint, calming woody scent in the air, not overpowering, but grounding, evoking the quiet serenity of an old film, making you instinctively lighten your steps. I specifically chose a room with a tree-view bathtub. Afternoon sunlight streamed through the leaves, casting dancing light on the water, with layers of greenery outside the window. Soaking in the tub and daydreaming, time just seemed to slow down. The city outside might still be fast-paced, but this moment was all mine. What I also loved here was the perfectly balanced service. The butler was always present but never intrusive. They responded quickly when needed, but when not, they left you with complete personal space. True comfort in service, I realized, is when you barely notice their presence, yet always feel cared for. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, exceeding expectations. It wasn't just a standard Western breakfast; it blended some Chengdu flavors into a Western base, refined without being overly formal. Especially the coffee – cleanly extracted, it gently woke me up for the morning. Even the gym wasn't an afterthought. The space, equipment, and lighting were all comfortable. It didn't try to overtly showcase its design, yet every detail reflected good aesthetics and thoughtful execution. I'm increasingly fond of hotels like this. They don't loudly proclaim their luxury; instead, they allow you to naturally relax once you've settled in. The meaning of travel, sometimes, isn't about how many places you've visited, but about finding a corner in a fast-paced city where you can truly settle your emotions. Perhaps this is also my increasingly preferred way of traveling: a bit more spontaneous, a bit slower, and dedicating time to myself.

Elegant environment and excellent service. My first stay was in 2011, and 15 years later, the service is not only consistent but has steadily improved. I wholeheartedly recommend it! The entire Somerset team is very professional, from the staff on the first floor to the front desk and room service – everything is perfect.

Fantastic location, right at the exit of Nijiaqiao metro station, making travel incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and Yulin Street is just a 10-15 minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean, truly impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, making it perfect for a restful stay or a vacation. Highly recommended!

After checking in, I found the facilities to be new and well-equipped. The room was spotless, with no missed spots during cleaning. The location is also very convenient with public transport, including buses and the subway, right outside, making getting around a breeze. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations.

Traveling to Chengdu with my whole family, staying here made our experience absolutely perfect! Sylvia was incredibly helpful during check-in, patiently answering all our questions and making us feel like she was a friend. The front desk and housekeeping staff were also very efficient and enthusiastic. Staying here offered both the convenience of a hotel and the warmth of a home. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to the subway, very convenient; the environment is clean and tidy, the stay is very comfortable; there are robots to deliver food, very smart and convenient; the hotel is fully equipped. The hotel experience exceeded my expectations overall! I had originally booked a deluxe king room, but the hotel kindly upgraded me to a business king room for free, and even included complimentary breakfast. The room was newly opened, so the facilities were very new. There was a small incident where my laundry was returned without being dry-cleaned. After informing the staff, they immediately retrieved it, cleaned and dried it. Afterwards, they even thoughtfully gave me a souvenir as an apology. The service response was prompt and the attitude sincere. I am extremely satisfied overall!

The room was very spacious, clean, and hygienic, perfect for families traveling with children. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Dan Dan noodles. Very satisfied!
