I chose this Hilton for a business trip nearby. The location is excellent, very close to Chunxi Road and other attractions. Chengdu can be quite congested, so being close makes managing travel time much easier. The overall decor is quite new, and the room was very comfortable. They offer turndown service and other amenities. They noticed I was drinking water quickly and provided plenty of bottled water. The gym is a bit small, with only a Smith machine, but the dumbbells go up to 30kg, which is generally sufficient. Although food delivery isn't allowed directly into the lobby, they have a robot delivery service. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

My overall stay was fantastic! The hotel is right next to the subway station, which makes it super convenient for both shopping and getting around. My room was on a high floor with a great view and was incredibly quiet, so I wasn't bothered by any street noise. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are tons of restaurants and snack shops downstairs, offering plenty of dining options. The room was clean and well-equipped, and it's excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

After a trip to western Sichuan, I decided to take a break in Chengdu before heading back. I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Chenghua, which is conveniently located in a bustling area, not far from Tianjie and MixC. There are supermarkets, coffee shops, and bakeries nearby, so you'll find plenty of food and drinks. The hotel has an underground parking garage with free parking (you need to scan a QR code at the front desk and enter your license plate number when leaving). We booked a family room with breakfast. The room was bright and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff were very friendly and promptly refilled our toiletries and water. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, and items were replenished quickly. Wait staff also cleared tables promptly after guests finished eating. It rained during our two-day stay in Chengdu, and we were able to borrow umbrellas from the front desk, which was a big plus! 👍

It's an excellent choice for both leisure travel and short getaways. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room was great, very spacious and bright. They offer free laundry service, and the whole place is smart-home equipped. Any issues were promptly addressed. It's located right above a shopping complex, close to Eastern Suburb Memory, and the room was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located right by the west gate of Chengdu's Eastern Suburb Memory, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were able to reach popular spots like Chunxi Road and Wenshu Monastery very quickly. Getting to Chengdu East Railway Station was also a breeze, just a 20-minute taxi ride, which was perfect for catching our train. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby, and a lovely afternoon tea spot right next door. My kids especially loved the fishpond just outside the hotel where they could feed the fish, making this a very family-friendly place. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and polite, both in person when checking in and over the phone. I was very impressed with the hotel's design; the room layout and amenities were super comfortable. The cleaning staff were also excellent – they organized our belongings neatly and kept everything spotless. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside the subway exit, with convenient shopping and dining downstairs. The front desk is on the second floor of the building, accessible by stairs, but thankfully, the hotel also installed an elevator. The front desk staff were professional and efficient during check-in. The room size was adequate, and the bathroom facilities were complete. However, the hotel is located on a high floor with only two elevators, which makes waiting during peak hours quite challenging. The air conditioning in the room cooled down very slowly; it took about 40 minutes to an hour to lower the temperature significantly. I gave a low rating for the hotel service entirely because of the engineer who came up to check the AC. As soon as he entered, he looked at the AC panel and told me there was no problem. Then he proceeded to tell me, ”The air comes from above.” Have I never seen an air conditioner before? I told him that the room temperature had actually increased since I entered 20 minutes ago, even with the AC on. He just gave a sarcastic chuckle. Was I making things up? I demand that the hotel provide me with the disciplinary action taken against the engineering department and this employee.
