The room was spotless, the furniture neatly arranged, and the bedding soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The homestay's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful; check-in was quick, and they were patient and responsive to any questions or concerns. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, free from noise, and the facilities were complete and functional. It offered great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay here; it made my trip so comfortable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and wholeheartedly recommend it to other travelers.

I highly recommend this Atour Hotel. First off, 1. The location is great, very close to Chunxi Road. 2. The bedding is incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning. I'm actually looking at purchasing some items from Atour Planet for myself. 3. The service is excellent. Even after I checked out, the staff were very kind and directed me to the restaurant when I was eating my takeout lunch. Huge thumbs up for that! 4. The bathroom has a two-sided lighted makeup mirror, which is very female-friendly. 5. It has a distinctive Chinese flair, as shown in the picture, which I found quite charming. 6. The soundproofing is good; even though there's a residential building opposite, it wasn't noisy at all. 7. Compared to other 4-star chain hotels and even some Atour properties, the value for money here is exceptional. It was only a little over 320 for one night, and I didn't even use my Trip.com points for a discount. Plus, it's a newly opened hotel from last year. 8. The gym facilities are more comprehensive than some other hotels like Ji Hotel and even some Atour X hotels, with small dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals, and spin bikes. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and only stayed one night this time. I'll definitely come back for a weekend stay next time! Of course, there are a few minor downsides. 1. The room felt a bit small and cramped. With my boyfriend and I having three suitcases spread out, the space felt quite limited. 2. The shower didn't have a rainfall showerhead, but that's just a personal preference; the water pressure from the regular showerhead was actually perfectly adequate. Every hotel has its pros and cons, of course, and I really don't think these two small drawbacks detract from the overall excellent experience. After all, a few flaws don't obscure the jade!

This hotel is an amazing deal for the price. The rooms come with a washing machine, detergent, a fridge, and bottled water – super convenient. Most importantly, the location is excellent, surrounded by tons of restaurants and shops. Everything is very clean, the bedsheets are crisp and comfortable, and the rooms are decently sized with a nice city view. The front desk is on the 31st floor of a mixed-use building, but the staff are super responsive and accommodating – they let me store my luggage and gave me great local food and activity recommendations. Honestly, you can't beat the price for everything you get

I came alone for a concert this time and booked this hotel. The room's location is excellent, with plenty of food and entertainment options nearby. The actual room size matched the description – very spacious! The decor is comfortable and modern, perfect for young people. The price was also very reasonable. The hotel's butler service was attentive and responsive to my needs at any time. I highly recommend staying here! 😬😇

The place is really large. I found the elevators extremely slow and inconvenient at this place. It takes a full 5 minutes to get up and down to the apartment. Also the toilet gets stuck easily and you have to fix it yourself. Shower is just an open, wet shower and the water pressure is terrible for hot water. Location is fine, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This has to be one of our favourite stays in China, and the appreciation goes beyond the physical place. Miya is a sweetheart and she is so fun to converse with. She helped us a lot in planning our days in Chengdu. She also makes the BEST Chinese pancakes (手抓饼） and her cats are absolutely adorable. Our room was beautiful, with lots of ambient lighting and truly the best view in town. The location is elite, the metro station right at the foot of the building (2 stops away from the IFS building) and it's super easy to order Didi from. Late hour restaurants and convenience stores right in & next to the building too. The gym also has a lot of equipment and is pretty spacious. All of these things made our trip in Chengdu so much more memorable and we will miss both Miya and this city dearly.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Taikoo Li. The staff were exceptionally helpful, professional, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of Taikoo Li, IFS, and many excellent restaurants and attractions. Our room was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the attention to detail. It truly felt like the hotel cared about every aspect of the guest experience—even the quality of the air we breathe. Everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day of sightseeing. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, an excellent location, and modern facilities, this is the place to stay.

The location is super convenient, with a subway station right downstairs that takes you directly to the Chunxi Road business district. It's also right next to a snack street, so there's no shortage of late-night food options. The room decor is cozy and tidy, the bedding is dry and soft, and the XGIMI giant screen projector is high-definition and smooth. The front desk service was thoughtful and friendly. I felt both safe and comfortable staying here.
