Hotels in Global Center/Century City new exhibition, Chengdu

This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail! The lobby is bright and minimalist, and the rooms feature smart home technology plus a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries smell great. The hygiene is impeccable. I accidentally left something behind, and they proactively contacted me to return it, which was both heartwarming and reassuring.

Great room for families. Living room, dining, kitchen, full sized fridge, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. Better than some apartments. Only issue was the windows didn't fully close so the small gap let rain drip in one night. Location near to Global centre, SKP. Mall and plaza downstairs is convenient and pretty chill compared to the rest of Chengdu which was nice after staying in some busier parts.

I specifically chose this hotel for my parents and me. The hotel was very thoughtful, arranging adjacent rooms on the same floor, which made it easy to look after them. The room had handrails, and the bathroom floor was non-slip, which made showering much safer for my elderly parents. There are many great restaurants downstairs and a shopping mall, which is super convenient! My parents said they'd definitely stay at this kind of hotel again next time we travel.

I really have to give a huge thank you to Lucy, the hotel's loyal customer manager. She reached out to me before my business trip stay and ever since then, whenever I'm in Chengdu and stay at the Holiday Inn, Lucy takes care of everything in advance – room assignments, invoices, you name it. I don't have to worry about a thing. Because of her, I now exclusively stay at the Holiday Inn when I'm in Chengdu. This time, I came with a few friends for May Day, and Manager Liu (Lucy) once again arranged everything perfectly, and my friends were all very satisfied. Since it was a leisure trip this time, I actually had a chance to notice how detailed and interesting the hotel lobby's decor is, with a distinct Chengdu feel. Even though it's more of a business hotel, the service and attention to detail are consistently excellent.

Great value for money. The facilities are comprehensive. It's close to the subway station, but for convenience, we mostly took taxis to get around, which was easier. There's a Hema Fresh downstairs, which made shopping very convenient.

Came for a weekend stay with the little one, and it was surprisingly good! The restaurant has a cozy ambiance with warm lighting and greenery, making meals very pleasant. The buffet breakfast ingredients were visibly fresh, the cold dishes and salads were crisp and refreshing, and there was a great variety of good quality bread. After a hearty meal, we went for a swim. The pool was large and clean, and the evening lighting created a wonderful atmosphere. Lounging by the pool instantly gave us that 'holiday' feeling. The biggest plus was the kids' play area; my child absolutely loved the slide and we couldn't get them to leave, which completely freed up the adults' hands. Overall, the facilities felt very well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, with no complaints. It was a very comfortable and relaxing weekend getaway.

Our stay at InterContinental Global Center Chengdu was perfect! Our butler, Jessie, provided exceptional and thoughtful service. She proactively contacted us before arrival, helped us choose the room type (Zone C is super convenient!), and even kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade. Every day, she'd send helpful reminders about breakfast times and patiently assisted with all our requests. Her attention to detail was amazing – we loved it! The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room was spacious, perfect for families. The bathroom had a double shower, which was a really thoughtful design allowing two people to use it simultaneously. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Overall, the comfort level was outstanding, making it our top choice for family trips. We spent three days enjoying the Ocean Park, and our child absolutely loved it. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Chengdu.

The hotel's overall environment is great, with meticulous cleanliness and well-maintained facilities. The service is attentive and polite, and they're very responsive to any issues. There are plenty of dining options and transportation nearby, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. I highly recommend it to everyone.

After comparing several esports hotels in the area, choosing this one was definitely the right decision. The equipment was in excellent condition, the high refresh rate screen provided a super comfortable viewing experience, and I didn't feel tired even after playing games for a long time. The entire room was meticulously cleaned, well-ventilated, and free of any smoke smell. The service was gentle and patient, and the esports atmosphere was fantastic, making my stay and gaming experience exceptionally pleasant.

The front desk service was excellent. Our family trip was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, located on the side facing the residential area, which was great. There are many large shopping malls nearby, and dining is very convenient. It's also very close to the SKP Global Centre twin towers. Plus, there's free parking and free EV charging stations on the first basement level, making it super convenient for travelers.
