This hotel is a hidden gem with incredible attention to detail! The lobby is bright and minimalist, and the rooms feature smart home technology plus a Dyson hairdryer. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries smell great. The hygiene is impeccable. I accidentally left something behind, and they proactively contacted me to return it, which was both heartwarming and reassuring.

The facilities are new, the layout is open and airy, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The transportation is very convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive, making it suitable for both short and long stays. This is a high-quality accommodation in Chengdu that's definitely worth revisiting many times!

Before my arrival, I received a call from Wenli Liu, the Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, who asked about my arrival time and any special requests. She kindly upgraded me to an executive floor room and prepared a fruit platter. Upon arrival, she thoughtfully told me to contact her anytime if I needed assistance. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The staff on the executive floor were also very polite, and the room was tidied up promptly every day. The hotel's breakfast selection was quite rich and varied. It's an ideal place for business trips.

Fraser Place Chengdu is definitely worth revisiting! The room size far exceeds that of a typical hotel, feeling spacious and airy with a strong homey vibe. The amenities are impressive: the gym is well-equipped for a great workout, the heated pool has clean water for a comfortable swim, and the sauna is perfect for unwinding after a dip. The room itself is clean, tidy, and well-designed, making the space feel open and not cramped. The service is thoughtful, and the environment is quiet and livable, making it suitable for both business travelers on long stays and leisure guests. With all the leisure facilities you could ask for, the experience is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Chengdu.

The room was very comfortable and nice, with a European style that felt quite luxurious. The bedding was excellent, making for a very comfortable sleep. We even got upgraded to a room with a balcony, which had a great view of the entire amusement park. The balcony also had a drying rack and hangers, which was super thoughtful – perfect for hanging up wet clothes after the kids played, so they'd be dry by morning and ready for another day at the park. It was really heartwarming. Especially the butler, whose service was exceptional. From the room upgrade to adding a free kids' buffet breakfast for the next morning, and even extending our check-out to 3 PM, the kids had an incredibly happy stay and a wonderful time playing. It's a great spot for a family trip! Highly recommended.

The whole house is meticulously hygienic, well ventilated and has no smell of smoke. The service is gentle and patient, the atmosphere of the store is full of e-sports, and it is particularly comfortable to live and play.

It's very close to Jincheng Avenue subway station, and you can easily walk to the Twin Towers and Jiaozi Park. After enjoying the light show in the evening, you can stroll back to the hotel without battling crowds. It's also right next to Global Center and SKP mall, making shopping and dining a breeze. Getting a taxi to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li is super convenient, and you won't have to go out of your way when traveling in the south of the city. The lobby boasts a modern, minimalist luxury design with soft lighting and stylish furnishings. Check-in was very efficient, and the front desk staff were patient and meticulous, always ready to answer any questions. The check-in experience was pleasant from the start. I booked a Deluxe King Room and was upgraded to an Executive Room. The space was wide and airy, with a smart voice control system throughout. I could open and close the curtains, adjust the lights and air conditioning all from the comfort of my bed – a dream for lazy travelers! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view. During the day, I overlooked the city buildings of Financial City, and at night, I could admire the Twin Towers' night view right from my bed. You don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy the iconic night view of southern Chengdu. The bedding was just right, neither too soft nor too firm. The blackout curtains and double-layered soundproofing blocked out road noise, ensuring even light sleepers could get a full night's rest. The hotel amenities are comprehensive. There's a 24-hour gym for daily workouts and a self-service laundry room with a dryer, which is incredibly convenient for long trips. The breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, including local specialties like Sichuan noodles and 'chaoshou' (wontons), as well as standard items like bread, porridge, and fruit. The food was authentic and there was a wide variety to choose from.
