Hotels in South Railway Station/Tianfu Cade mall, Chengdu

The front desk service was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. The room was okay – they said it was a complimentary upgrade to an executive room, but it felt pretty much the same as a standard one. Although it faced the elevated highway, the soundproofing was good, and I slept very comfortably, waking up naturally. The only issue was that the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect, and I'm not sure why. It's very close to the subway station, just a 10-minute walk directly to the airport line. Definitely a must-stay hotel if you're catching a flight from Tianfu Airport.

The service attitude of the front desk staff at No. 6 was very good. As soon as I entered the door, they were very enthusiastic and professional. They answered my questions patiently. The room facilities and equipment were very good, the air conditioning was very good, the restaurant had a lot of breakfast varieties, the waiter was very quick to receive me, I was very satisfied with this stay, the environment was also very good, it was good, it was worth recommending, everyone can start to stay in this hotel

Another great stay at Crystal Hotel - have yet to be disappointed by this brand! Our room was great, spacious and modern. The air conditioner control is easy to use and there were USB-C outlets on each side of the bed. Laundry is free to use with four washers and four dryers. The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful when we checked-in and collected our parcels. Location of this hotel is great, there were 3-4 shopping malls, an IKEA and a supermarket all within walking distance. And of course, really close to Chengdu South metro and high-speed railway station. Will definitely stay here again!

I'm a foreigner and was in Chengdu for business, so location was most important. This hotel was within walking distance to my meetings and also exploring Chengdu. Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was not suitable for western people (no coffee, no yogurt etc). Room had window, but still couldn't see outside. But overall a good price-quality-ratio.

Hotel is just right opposite the metro/HSR station. However, not much choices of foods so end up we went to opposite mall food court to settle our dinner. Over stay is okay except the sewage not good and kinda smell so we have to close the toilet door. The air con not very cold despite we set to lower the temperature. Breakfast not much choices but enough to keep you full. Overall stay ok.

The view is great, and it offers excellent value for money. A special shout-out to the butler! It was a bit bothersome that other guests left trash outside their doors, attracting bugs. However, the butler immediately arranged for housekeeping to clean up and spray for pests (they even went out to buy bug bait and insecticide!). The service was truly fantastic! Once the bait was placed outside and the spray applied, thankfully, the bugs were gone. Food deliveries from downstairs are also brought up to the room. Plus, there are great food options nearby!

Perfect for business trips. The location is excellent, very close to both the convention center and the high-speed rail station. The rooms are apartment-style, with a spacious desk and fast internet, making it very comfortable for working. The washer/dryer was a huge plus, solving the problem of needing to do laundry. The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail.

Conveniently located near the station, the room was spacious and clean, the service was warm and attentive, and the price was excellent. I was very satisfied with my stay. Convenient transportation, delicious breakfast, complete facilities, and thoughtful service; the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk service was good, and the price was great. I recommend staying here and will definitely come again.

I had a layover in Chengdu before heading off to a warmer place for the winter, so I looked for a hotel close to the airport. The room was generally clean, the location was super convenient for getting around, and the service was excellent. The facilities were comprehensive, and transportation was easily accessible. I usually have high standards for hotels, but this one fully met my expectations. It truly lives up to the saying 'you get what you pay for' – definitely worth every penny.

This was my third stay here, and every time I come to Chengdu, I head straight for this hotel. It's clean, the service is excellent, and it truly feels like a home away from home. My child needed some homework printed, and the front desk attendant not only helped print it but also thoughtfully stapled it for us, which was a huge relief! Every visit, I experience a different kind of warmth.
