Hotels in South Railway Station/Tianfu Cade mall, Chengdu

The hotel is very clean, and it's super close to both the subway and high-speed train stations, just a two to three-minute walk, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it's quite comfortable. It's a hotel with a lot of character, the rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the service is very attentive. The room layout is also comfortable, and there's a wide variety of breakfast options.

The room facilities are decent, and there's a RT-Mart supermarket right across from the hotel. A few more shopping malls are located to the east. The South Railway Station metro stop is only a few hundred meters away, making both transportation and shopping very convenient. The breakfast, however, was just average.

Unexpectedly chose this hotel for my Chengdu trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. The decor is exquisite, with a light luxury crystal style that's perfect for photos. Room cleanliness was impeccable, and the shower had stable water pressure. The addition of scented crystals really enhanced the room's ambiance. The location is a major plus, with the subway providing access to all the popular tourist spots. The mall downstairs offers a wide variety of dining options, making it convenient for both getting around and shopping. The breakfast buffet featured authentic Sichuan snacks, and guests driving can enjoy free parking. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely worth staying at for a trip to Chengdu.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The large French windows offered an unobstructed, expansive view. I actually preferred looking out at the city during the day over the night – it had a unique charm. It's pet-friendly, and comes fully equipped with a fridge, TV, and washing machine, making for an excellent experience. P.S. I forgot to take photos when I first checked in, so these were haphazardly staged later. It was much tidier originally! Please try to imagine it. 😁

Due to a last-minute flight change, I had to stay overnight in Chengdu. After looking around, this hotel was the best choice. It's right next to Chengdu South Railway Station, and literally across the street from Metro Line 18's exit, which is incredibly convenient. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze, and it's not far to get into the city center either. Although the hotel isn't brand new, it's very clean and well-stocked with all the necessary amenities. It really is an excellent choice.

The service attitude of the front desk staff at No. 6 was very good. As soon as I entered the door, they were very enthusiastic and professional. They answered my questions patiently. The room facilities and equipment were very good, the air conditioning was very good, the restaurant had a lot of breakfast varieties, the waiter was very quick to receive me, I was very satisfied with this stay, the environment was also very good, it was good, it was worth recommending, everyone can start to stay in this hotel

Stayed at Dadingshiji with my family for our trip, and we had a very comfortable experience overall. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. You can just hop on the subway right outside and go to Chunxi Road, Kuanzhai Alley, and Wuhou Shrine. There are also tons of shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for shopping. The lobby has a huge Shoushan stone display, which was very pretty, and we took a lot of photos there. The hotel kindly upgraded our breakfast for free. Breakfast is on the third floor and has a really wide variety of food. The staff were very warm and even proactively brought coffee to our table. The hotel decor looks upscale and elegant. The only minor thing I didn't like was the red carpet in the hallways, but everything else was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The facilities are quite complete and the stay is quite comfortable. The sanitation is very meticulous and the corners are polished to a shine. The bedding is even more comfortable, which is absolutely perfect for people with insomnia. The surrounding environment is good and the hotel environment is also very good. It is relatively quiet. The front desk service is friendly. I still recommend it.

The room itself was quite good. The hotel's location is also convenient, just about a 20-minute drive from Chengdu Shuangliu Airport. However, the service was absolutely terrible. Before 8 AM, the housekeeping staff started knocking on every single door, asking guests if they wanted their rooms cleaned! Am I staying in a hotel or a dorm room? Shouldn't the front desk communicate check-out status or extended stays to housekeeping? The constant, frantic knocking on each door, asking to clean – I honestly don't know who's lost their mind, her or me.

I booked an 'internal window' room, which was a very strange experience. While the front desk did mention it when I checked in, I didn't quite grasp what that meant at the time. After checking in, I was truly shocked – an 'internal window' essentially means no window at all! I have no idea why they designed it with this bizarre, sci-fi-movie-observatory-like 'lightwell' in the middle. Sometimes I felt like I was starring in an episode of Black Mirror. Adding to the strangeness, the secret door to this room's lightwell is located in the hallway. I personally checked, and you can open it just by pressing it, no key needed. So, if you stay here, remember to keep your 'window' (whether it's there or not, it makes no difference) securely closed at night, otherwise, it feels incredibly unsafe. You really don't want to be tossing and turning, imagining someone walking through a hidden hallway door into the lightwell and peering at you while you sleep, right? The room itself was clean, but because there was no actual window, it inevitably had that stuffy, damp smell that comes from a long-sealed space. Overall, the design of this room is just inexplicable. For those who are sensitive to such things, please be sure to avoid what they call an 'internal window room'.
