A hotel that feels like home. McDonald's being right next door is convenient for a quick meal, and the free breakfast is varied and abundant, making it incredibly good value for money.

Overall, my stay was a mixed bag. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which remains a definite plus. However, there's significant room for improvement concerning room facilities, cleanliness, and service details. Pros: ✅ Convenient Location: The hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and supermarkets, making daily life incredibly easy. ✅ Front Desk Service Was Okay: The front desk staff's attitude was acceptable. Areas for Improvement: ⚠️ Cramped Room Space: The hotel rooms are very compact. ⚠️ Bed Setup Affected Sleep: The double bed I booked was actually made from two single beds pushed together. I kept falling into the gap between them, which severely impacted my sleep quality. ⚠️ Towel Cleanliness Issues: The towels had stains, indicating that hygiene needs to be stepped up. ⚠️ Lack of Essentials and Proactive Service: There was no soap provided in the room, and no staff member proactively replaced it. This significantly detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Conclusion: Despite the hotel's good location and acceptable front desk service, the room size, bed design, towel cleanliness, and especially the lack of essential items (like soap) without proactive replenishment, significantly affected my experience. I hope the hotel can improve its facilities and the meticulousness of its service based on these points.

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The only downside was that it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram stop. Otherwise, I was satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is new and nice. However, i didn't like 4 things: - the location is far away from the city centre. - the parking is very expensive! - the pillows were too high and uncomfortable for me. - no fridge in the room.

It is a good choice for business trips. Recently, hotels near the exhibition are generally more expensive, but the overall price of the New Yorker hotel is still good, the total price is really lower than the hotel next to it. The gym is not bad, the breakfast is not bad, the walking distance is not so close. But it's acceptable in about 20 minutes.

This comment may be a bit long. I come here for check in around 3:30pm, there are a group of elders checking in front me, I waited around 30minutes there. I think the reception is a responsible one but he can either speed up the progress, skip some of the elders questions, and also hotel to consider add one more staff there to support. The long waiting time of check-in delay my travel visit here. The room is very clean, and also new. The place is a little far away by not that far from main city. The room windows are all locked, it is a bit frustrated. The hot water suspended, and when i called reception for 5 times, they finally pick my phone up saying technical issues into 8am , which i have to leave the hotel at 8:15am for my flight... Finally, the breakfast is insanely good! You guys can have a try.

The hotel is very central in the old town of Cologne. We were there for a night. The staff at the check-in and check-out was very friendly. It was all clean and ordened in the room. There was nothing to defect. Two things we would like to do for this hotel: We think the mattresses have seen better days once and should be exchanged again. Though the hangs are available, but unfortunately not light-intranslated. It will be very bright in the room in the morning. Not everyone booking there is on a business trip and must stand up early in the morning. 😉

I visited Cologne to see the performance. The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall. There are many restaurants around, and you can walk a little bit by the Rhine. The room was clean and all the facilities were good. However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to walk up and down the rotary stairs to the fourth floor. I think it's hard for people with a lot of luggage.

The hotel itself was clean and renovated few years ago. It did has one elevator and few steps to get into the front desk. Only thing noone talk about the hotel located in the old town. There was different size of cobblestone, it was extremely difficult to walk with luggage. After check in and leave your luggage in the room, you felt great. Personally I felt like a workout for me. Remember you nees to get in and out though the norrow alley which did not have the hotel sign. Make sure whatever app you use can bring you to this hotel. It was closed to the Rhine River and a lot of restaurants around. You can see the church and the river cruise all walkable distance. Please wear very good pair of shoes. Overall was a good stayed.
