don't know how I can ever thank the entire staff of Swiss-Belinn Doha enough. I came here carrying the sadness of losing a loved one, and I booked this hotel without any expectations. However, what I experienced went far beyond excellent facilities, delicious food, and a great location. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the genuine care, kindness, and exceptional service shown by every member of the staff. During one of the most difficult times in my life, I was incredibly fortunate to have stayed here. Their warmth and compassion brought me comfort, and I will never forget this experience. Please extend my heartfelt gratitude and commendation to the reception team, especially Liza; the F&B staff—Oliver, Rea, John, and Ariel; and the housekeeping team—Rubel, Sharjahan, Najmul and Amber. They all made a lasting difference during my stay. Swiss-Belinn Doha is, without a doubt, the best place to stay in Doha. I highly recommend it to anyone looking not only for comfort, but also for outstanding hospitality and people who truly care.

The room was quite spacious, and overall, my stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and had a good service attitude. However, the toothbrushes and slippers provided weren't very good. Breakfast was pretty standard and not particularly varied.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel. The hotel was comfortable and provided a truly relaxing experience. We were impressed by the exceptional service we received. A special thank you to Mr. Akhil at the reception for his kind assistance. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone considering a staycation.

The Wyndham Grand Regency Doha offers an excellent, central location and maintains high standards for cleanliness. I was particularly impressed with the room service. It was remarkably fast and the quality was consistent with what I expect from a professional establishment.

Modern and big room, Bed is a little hard. Is more like a Suite than a Hotel

Great value for its location, great customer service staff from doorman, bellboy, front desk, and especially the restaurant servers, fantastic breakfast spread, most comfortable bed. Disappointed in amenities provided (no vanity kit, towels were old and worn), shower water pressure was low and not heating up properly, shower tiles looked aged and door wouldn't close properly causing wster spillage into the toilet floor. Overall I would still stay here if I revisit as the price offsets the negatives somewhat, whilst its location and staff really made my stay very enjoyable.

The hotel is clean, however, we can smell some cigarette smoke in the room even though we requested for non- smoking room

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptional—from the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable. Looking forward to returning soon!

The hotel environment was okay, but the elevator was under maintenance, so I had to climb stairs every time I went up or down, which was very inconvenient. The room was a bit small, and the desk and chairs weren't suitable for working.
