Horizon Manor screams location!!! Its very accessible a must if you want to explore Souq for shopping 😊 Reception is very accommodating and room service is good. Just be aware that there are 3 bars in the building so if you are sensitive to noise make sure to get room between 4th to 10th floor 😁

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍

The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers.

Wonderful experience! The room was spacious and clean. 10mins walk from the nearest metro station. The staff were polite and helpful! Gym room and the swimming pool were the bonus! Enjoyed the 2 nights stay there.

It was cheap, but I can’t say it’s a hotel I’d like to stay, interior looks really dated and not in a good way, room smells weird, like some spices, in general it’s ok if you need to spend a night but I wouldn’t go there for holidays.

The hotel is very close to the airport, the sea is outside the window, the scenery is beautiful, and the price is not expensive. There are two museums within 500 meters of the surrounding area, and there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for dining.

I recently stayed at the Golden Tulip Doha Hotel during my trip to Qatar, and I had a very pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after busy days exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated near key attractions, shopping areas, and transportation options, making it easy to move around Doha. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the hotel team. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay memorable. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Tulip Hotel to anyone visiting Qatar for business or leisure. It offers excellent value, comfort, and service, and I would gladly stay there again on my next visit.

Lovely hotel, nice large rooms and excellent breakfast. The only downside is that they are strict with the 15:00 check in time. We arrived around 13:30 but an earlier check in was not possible.

there were always some random false alarm at midnight which disturbed my sleeps. the shower room always flooded. breakfast is amazing though. there are times when amenities weren’t stocked properly (shower gel, even water).

Excellent place to stay in Doha, very friendly staff. Hotel room is lovely with nice amenities, lots of hot water, fresh towels, comfy bed. Breakfast was great, lots of good choices, nice Coffee. The location is excellent, just a few walking distance to the Corniche and the National Museum metro station. There is a gym , sauna and gorgeous swimming pool. On my next visit to Doha I will stay at this great hotel.
