My stay at Sheraton hotel in doha was excellent. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

The hotel combines modern luxury with a great location right in West Bay — just steps away from City Center Mall, metro, and the Corniche, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. 📍 Location: • Excellent central location with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transport. • No direct indoor access to the mall — you walk across to the entrance, but it’s only a short walk. 🛏 Rooms & Comfort: • Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with great views of the city or the Gulf. • Spacious layouts and well-appointed interiors help you relax after a long day. 👨💼 Service & Staff: • Staff are professional, friendly, and willing to help — many guests specifically praised the service. • Check-in and overall guest relations were smooth and attentive. 🍽 Dining: • Breakfast buffet generally gets good feedback for variety and quality. • A range of restaurants in the hotel offer good international and French-inspired cuisine. 🛁 Facilities & Amenities: • Nice selection of facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, fitness centre, spa, and meeting spaces. • Wi-Fi and other essentials were reliable. 💬 Notes / Minor Points: • Some guests mentioned occasional hiccups with administrative matters (like booking or refunds), so make sure all confirmations are clear. • The club lounge has limited snack options for some travelers. ⭐ Overall Rating: 8.5 / 10-based on guest review trends. We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room. The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers. The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice. The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms. The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing. This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

My parents are very satisfied with their stay. They like the layout of the apartment and the room is very large. The supporting facilities are also very complete. It is highly recommended for families or friends who live for a short time ~

The receptionist, Man, surprised me with an upgraded two bedrooms flat while I was only booking one room. I was very happy for his kindness and compliment. I can’t thank him enough for this surprise. The hotel is very nice; the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I recommend everyone try a staycation at this hotel. Thank you so much; we enjoyed it a lot.

Good location which is less than 10 min from Doha City Center Mall which we get food easily. It is about 10 to 15min drive to Soud Wakif, MIA, National Musuem, Mina District, Lusail city. Room is spacious with all the amenities for family stay. Breakfast has limited food varieties but still manage to find food to eat, ta least not starving. However, the hotel forgot to pre pack breakfast for us on the check out day despite of I requested it on the arrival day as well as reminding them again the night before departure. They agreed this is their mistake but can't process any refund on the breakfast as I didn't book directly with them. Will continue to follow up the trip.com.

Super nice experience of staying in Doha. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach and metro station DECC. Very good breakfast with wide choice of different food, specialties including asian food. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’ve got a room on the 28th floor with a spectacular view of the Persian Gulf.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast – the service there was excellent. Breakfast was delicious and offered a large and varied selection. We would particularly like to highlight the pool: it is pleasantly warm and perfect for children of all ages to swim in. We would have appreciated a few more hooks in the bathroom or in the entrance area. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would gladly recommend this hotel.
