This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there was no noise disturbance. The front desk staff were warm, patient, and very quick with the check-in process.

Checked in at 6 o'clock on the evening of November. The hotel was in a large yard. There were plenty of parking spaces and charging parking spaces. The younger brother received in the lobby was also very enthusiastic. After checking in, I went out to eat and came back. I found that the indoor WIFI could not be connected. Smart curtains automatically opened and could not be closed, so, I called the front desk, and the younger brother quickly came to the room. I finally connected to the Internet for a meal. I explained that there were too many guests staying that night, which caused the network to collapse. Isn’t it because there are too many people in the hotel room? The network is not good. This explanation is a bit far-fetched. The curtain problem, try to call smart devices, I kept replying that I could not connect. Finally, I manually pulled the curtains. After the younger brother left, I found the problem again. The floor drain under the toilet bath was completely blocked. Thanks to the fact that I had not taken a bath, I contacted the front desk again. A brother in his 50s and 60s came for a while. Take a dumpling through the toilet. After a meal, it was finally in the water, but it was not happy. It was said that it was blocked with long hair. Finally, we left the dumplings in order to prepare for the bath to be blocked. As expected, it was indeed blocked. We had a meal ourselves. The hotel was noisy.

Overall it's pretty good, but it's troublesome to get in through the building door, and it's locked when you come back late.

I booked this hotel because of its large room and convenient location near Poseidon. The hardware and decor were decent—brick walls, wallpaper, bathtub, etc.—but the facilities were a huge disappointment. The phone wasn't working; it was just for show! The TV had no internet, no TV channels, and certainly no internet TV—just for show! The sofa was practically useless; I didn't notice it at first, but my child fell and fell, revealing its limp. Considering the low price and my choice, I tolerated it. I told the front desk not to enter our room or have it cleaned until we left. We even pressed the ”Do Not Disturb” button! But they still came in and cleaned! They came in!! This is unbelievable! They ignored everything I said and did! This is the first time I've experienced this in all my hotel stays! Even the ”Do Not Disturb” button didn't work! You should just remove it! I'm speechless.

You need to use your room key to access the upper floors, which is a bit inconvenient, but it ensures that no unauthorized people can come up, making it very safe. We booked a king room; the size was adequate. What truly stood out was how clean the linens were; you could tell they were changed for every guest and had even been ironed. For the price, I felt it offered excellent value for money. The front desk staff were also very patient and helpful with any questions we had. They provide both regular and disposable slippers, so you can choose whichever you prefer. The room was very warm, not cold at all, and there's air conditioning with no extra charge. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

When I arrived at the hotel at 11:40, I was told that the only remaining double bed room with a window had not had time to be cleaned. If I needed to wait, I would have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Asked me if I would be willing to change to a king bed room without a window. If the reserved room is no longer available, what does it mean to automatically change the guest to a second-rate room? Or I wouldn't be so angry if you told me that you would refund the price difference if you changed to a windowless room. 2. I reasoned with him and said that you should prepare in advance. But the front desk insisted that in his system, I booked a 20:00 check-in, and that there was a problem with my intermediary platform (that is, Ctrip). I showed him my order on Ctrip, and he said that I should go with it myself. The platform is determined. May I ask? Is this how you solve your problem? Do you authorize the platform and ask the customer to resolve the inconsistency with the platform content? 3.
