This stay at the Holiday Inn Harbin Ice City Hotel completely exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a shout-out! First and foremost, I must express my sincere gratitude to Ms. Mao at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, we felt her warmth and attentiveness. Knowing that we were three adults with one child, she proactively upgraded our standard room to a family room. The space suddenly became spacious and comfortable, making it much easier to travel with a child – such a thoughtful gesture! She was also incredibly considerate, proactively providing extra toiletries and slippers, taking care of even the smallest details. She was always smiling and patient during our conversations, which was very heartwarming. The room itself was also a pleasant surprise. It was spotless, with no hard-to-reach corners, and had a window, providing excellent natural light and ventilation – a truly comfortable stay. Most importantly, the value for money was incredible! It was even better than a hotel we stayed at near Harbin Railway Station that cost twice as much – not only was the room larger and had a window, but the surrounding amenities were also much more convenient: it's close to the subway station, making getting around easy; and Jile Temple is right next door, within walking distance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, catering to both local specialties and casual meals, making it a worry-free choice for families with children. In short, this accommodation experience was perfect, especially the excellent service from Ms. Mao, who deserves 100 points. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin!

The room is very comfortable and clean. The service from the aunt in the guest room restaurant and the lady at the front desk are very good. My schedule has changed. Otherwise, I really want to stay a few more days.

Breakfast offered a rich selection and was well-balanced and nutritious. The security guards were incredibly dedicated, ensuring a very safe and secure stay. The only minor drawback was the somewhat limited parking spaces at the hotel. Other than that, there's really nothing negative to say. Whether you're visiting Harbin for tourism, business, or to see relatives, I highly recommend considering this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was very satisfying. First off, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to the city center with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, and public transportation is also easily accessible. From my room's window, I could enjoy beautiful city views, which was quite expansive and very pleasant. The room itself was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the pillows and bedding were soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also very clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels provided. Additionally, the in-room amenities like the air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi all worked perfectly.

I am very satisfied with all aspects, which exceeded my expectations, whether it is the geographical location, which is close to the Confucian Temple and directly connected to the Harbin Engineering District, or the hotel conditions and service attitude. I especially thank No. 09 for the excellent service. I will stay there again next time.

The room was very clean. I have a habit of wiping everything down with disinfectant wipes in hotels, and when I entered the room, I wiped everything down, and there wasn't a speck of dust. However, the room facilities were quite basic, and the bed's placement was a bit odd. The bed was in the center of the room, almost blocking the way to the windows, and the only outlet for charging devices was near the desk by the window, making it inconvenient to walk around the bed… There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for getting around.

I missed my dorm's curfew, so I stayed here for a night. It was very clean, and the owner was really nice. Plus, the whole place is smart-enabled; you just have to say a command, and the AC and lights turn on. It can even set alarms, and the toilet is smart too!

Stayed here for 7 nights. They upgraded me to a double bed room. Located about 400 from Harbin Engineering Uni metro and near the airport bus stop it makes it easier to get to wherever you need to. It even has a beautiful snow-coated park opposite. Although the hallway looks a little gloomy, the room was clean, spacious enough and comfortable with air-conditioning and heater. The staff were friendly and very helpful in assisting me to get directions and info on tourist attractions despite the language barrier. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in Harbin.
