Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Giving it a good review because: 1. The front desk service was genuinely excellent. Out of the 27 nights we spent in hotels during our trip to China, spanning Chengdu, Chongqing, Zhangjiajie, Changsha, Harbin, Yanji, Changbaishan, and Xuegu, I honestly think this hotel had the best front desk service! Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic. If I could, I'd write down all their names. When we checked in, the front desk staff (whose names I didn't get) helped me carry my luggage (which was very heavy). When we checked out, Ms. Guo also proactively helped me with my luggage. The service was excellent. Ms. Yan at the front desk was also very good. Auntie Yan, who handled the cleaning, provided great service; she was always friendly, greeting us and asking how we were. 2. The room was spacious and had a sofa, making it very comfortable and convenient. The hot shower was also very relaxing. 3. On my floor, there were two washing machines and two dryers, which was very convenient for doing laundry. There are many places to eat downstairs. Recommendation: There's a ”Nanjing Soup Dumpling Noodle Restaurant” nearby. The name of the shop is Yuan Xiang Ju (please see the pictures for the exact name). The owner is very friendly, and the food is delicious and affordable. They have soup dumplings, noodles, and more.

Staying here with kids was incredibly hassle-free! The hotel provided children's toys, so my little one was happy playing in the room. The breakfast area had special cutlery for kids, and a server even proactively brought my child a small cake – excellent attention to detail. The room was spacious, and the bed height was perfect for children to get on and off easily. The cleanliness was impeccable, so I didn't have to worry about my child touching things and getting dirty hands. The location is also fantastic, surrounded by great food options and very close to Harbin West Wanda Plaza. As long as it stays clean, I'll definitely bring my family back here next time!

First day in Harbin and I'm really happy with this hotel! The front desk staff were super friendly, and the breakfast servers were so warm and welcoming ❤️🔥. It's conveniently located, making getting around a breeze! Facilities: Brand new design style. Hygiene: Very clean, you could literally sit on the floor. Environment: Beautiful views from the high floor. Service: Front desk and breakfast staff were absolutely fantastic! Overall rating: 5 stars!

This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Harbin West Railway Station, which is incredibly convenient. The room is really spacious, giving you the illusion of being at home. I absolutely loved the city view from the window, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel owner and the cleaning staff were both incredibly kind. With a fridge, washing machine, and heated bathroom, it has everything you could possibly need. I'll definitely stay at Siji Bin again next time I'm in Harbin.

This was my second stay at Orange Crystal during my Lesser Khingan Mountains road trip over the National Day holiday! I arrived quite late this time, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room! The experience was great, breakfast was plentiful (the cabbage and pan-fried dumplings were delicious), and parking was convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

The hotel location is quite convenient, with free parking available, and dining and transportation options nearby are all very accessible. It's very close to the subway station, and Wanda Plaza is right across the street. This is a highly cost-effective place to stay around West Station.

My stay here truly exceeded all my expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside the subway exit, making it incredibly convenient to reach all the main attractions and shopping districts within just a few minutes' walk. The hotel lobby is spotless and spacious. The front desk staff, especially the lady who checked me in, was incredibly attentive and efficient. She even thoughtfully offered recommendations for nearby local eateries, which was a really kind and appreciated gesture. My room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was wonderfully soft and comfortable – I almost didn't want to get out of bed! It was also incredibly quiet at night, ensuring a wonderfully sound sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet/dry separation, with ample hot water and stable temperature. The provided toiletries were also of good quality. The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted delicious – it was the perfect satisfying start to a day of exploring! All in all, this hotel offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and have already enthusiastically recommended it to all my friends!

The front desk staff asked me to scan a QR code and register for something, claiming it was a mandatory requirement from the public security bureau. Only after I strongly pushed back did they admit it wasn't actually compulsory. I later found out it was just to sign up for some kind of hotel account. For a nationwide chain like Atour, this kind of incident is definitely an isolated problem with this specific branch.

As a chain hotel, Shangyouke maintains its consistent service style. The hotel is less than 500 meters from the exit of Harbin West Railway Station and about 400 meters from Metro Line 3, making it very convenient for sightseeing and providing easy access to various attractions in Harbin. The surrounding area has a full range of restaurants and several small supermarkets to meet guests' general needs. Wanda Plaza is about 1500 meters away. The hotel's facilities are complete, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathrooms. The toilet seat covers are changed daily, ensuring excellent hygiene. Multiple power outlets are provided in many locations in the rooms. The only drawback is the lack of Wi-Fi; the service could be improved.
