The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The environment was elegant. It's very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, Songlei, and Lesong Plaza commercial districts. Transportation is convenient, and the location is excellent. It's a great choice for both leisure travel and business trips.

The front desk service at Spring Hotel was excellent. The hotel room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The soundproofing was also excellent, as the room wasn't next to a hallway, so I wasn't disturbed at all. The facilities were also very complete; the air conditioning worked well, the bathroom fixtures were functional, and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The location was superb, with a bus stop right outside and very close to Lesong Plaza. It's conveniently located near various food streets and morning and evening markets, making dining and shopping very easy. It's great value for money and highly recommended!

Hygiene: Quite clean, which is the most satisfying aspect. Environment: I don't know what kind of layout this hotel has. I could hear the neighbor fart, no kidding. Early this morning, it sounded like they were making a phone call right next to me; I could hear them clearly. Zero soundproofing. Facilities: Convenient parking.

Overall, I'm satisfied. It's just because of the floor. It's facing the street. There are early vendors who open their stalls at 5 o'clock, which is a bit noisy. The room is hot and dry. There is a slight odor in the bathroom sewer, which is stronger in the early morning. There are no other issues. The service was okay, breakfast remained the same for two days. But the more surprising thing is that there are sticky bean buns~

The room was very warm, the owner was very welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the transportation was very convenient. It is located opposite the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a 10-minute walk from Lesong Shopping Plaza, and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Taxis and ride-hailing services are also available.

The room is decent and clean, and the parking lot at the door is very large, which is very good. The hotel is a standard express hotel, but the price is really not cheap. There is nothing we can do about it. Harbin is too popular. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very poor. They are all small restaurants, pharmacies, and hotels. It is a mess from morning to night every day because there is a hospital nearby.

The room conditions are OK, but there is no soundproofing. The service is very good! I checked out late for something and the beautiful lady Zhang helped me look after my luggage. She even went back to the room to check again in case I left anything behind. She is kind and nice, great!

老闆人特別好，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，很舒適，供暖特別好，我們有點不耐熱，老闆貼心的把供暖關了一部分。房間裏麻雀雖小五臟俱全！這樣的價格我覺得特別值！最重要的一點真的很隔音，我住在電梯口都不覺得吵！出差旅遊不錯的選擇！

The room manager is easy-going and answers questions carefully. He is very attentive and grateful. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and helps recommend delicious food.
