I enjoyed my stay in my spacious room which has a balcony with outdoor table and chairs. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Transportation was convenient…they have coach bus from the airport bus terminal that takes you directly to the hotel in about 30 minutes. Last but not the least, the beach was beautiful and relaxing with some very nice restaurants. I will definitely book this hotel again!

It's nicely located among tourist attractions, and easy to commute! I can walk around 300 m. to Trams or Subway (MTR). The view is not bad but far from the shore (I chose HK Harbour View Room), seeing only buildings barring your POV. The room space is okay. As we all know, room areas in Hong Kong should not be highly expected due to space limitations on the island. The amenities provided by the hotel are toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, tissue paper, towels, and plastic glass in the toilet. No bottles of drinking water are prepared in the room, but you can buy them on the ground floor at vending machines/minimarts in front of the hotel/7-11 located slightly right deposit to the hotel. There also is a fridge but it isn't working, and the pool is out of service. The hotel should cross-check all the electronic appliances before letting guests inside the room. If they cannot be used or are out of service, they should let us know early. You can borrow a universal adapter from the staff who are friendly and service-minded. Food is okay and plain, nothing's fancy-just American buffet breakfast style like bread, yam, salted butter, milk, cereals, macaroni, ham, sausage, scrabbled eggs, and so on which are quite boring and tasteless.
However, I rate this hotel overall 7.5/10.

Great location in TsimTsaTsui, right in the middle of all the hustle & bustle of Kowloon! Short walk from Jordan Station and bus stop to the airport. Clean room with queen sized bed and decent bathroom. Great value for the price…don’t expect 5 star luxury…it’s a very decent 3 star for the leisure traveller!

One of the best hotel in Hong Kong. The view in room is astonishing and perfect where I can see clearly the Victoria harbor daytime and nighttime, especially at night.

Central and Pacific Place Mall are also easily accessible from the hotel. Over half the hotel rooms have panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The hotel's business services include valet, travel, limousine, banquet and event planning services. Also available is a function room for private seminars, meetings and conferences which can accomodate up to 250 guests. This Hong Kong hotel's main restaurant offers views of Victoria Harbour and serves a variety of international cuisines. Amazing Hotel with a great location in Wan Chai. The hotel is modern, well maintained and serviced. Great bed, dark at night and quiet even with air-conditioning on. Easy accessible from Wan Chai MTR station
Situated just steps away from the Wanchai MTR Station on Hong Kong Island, the Empire Hotel Hong Kong · Wan Chai lies at the heart of the Wan Chai Central Business District, in proximity to the Convention and Exhibition Centre as well as popular shopping havens just five minutes’ walk away such as Times Square, the Causeway Bay Plaza II and Admiralty’s Pacific Place. Selected this hotel because of the location but the most important reasons were the amazing gym pictures and the amazing outdoor pool. After checking in and going to the gym I unfortunately discovered that the gym and the pool have been closed now for several years. Wanted to cancel and changed hotel but it was not possible. I was frustrated and disappointed. Trip.com tried to help but could not do much. Came out with a small compensation but the most unexpected surprise was from the hotel with an upgrade room. I would still like to thank the hotel for the gesture provided. Now just need to display this information better on trip.com or cancel the pictures to not mislead the future travelers.

Excellent
KKevinebinStayin at 606 room.
The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night.
And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma.
Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly.
Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
PPeggyMy mum stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks six years ago. In 2024, my mum, sister and I chose to stay here for 3 weeks. That's enough to express how we like it here: extremely well located, nice rooms, efficient and very friendly staff whether at the reception, in the cleaning service or in the kitchen! We love the Emperor Causeway Bay.
CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
AAlston94The room size was great especially in Hong Kong, clean and comfort bed. The front desk staffs not very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus provided does not cover night time after 7pm, for late check in you need to walk 15 mins from Tai Wo Hou station. Breakfast selection is limited but is still okay.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
MMoody ElsaWe booked two seaview rooms. Both rooms were clean and comfy. Hotel western type breakfast and dinner were good value for money. The restaurant staff were very professional and friendly. Just one minor thing is the hotel doesn't provide water sports anymore. If you want to play you can ask the shops on the beach just one or two minutes walking distance beside the Resort. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and definitely will come again.
GGuest UserAs a visitor, this hotel is located in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui, with convenient transportation and a moderate location!
During the day, you can visit Hong Kong’s landmarks such as the Space Museum or go shopping, and at night you can communicate and chat with friends when you return to the hotel!
You can sleep quietly at night. The hotel is well-equipped and the sanitary condition is good!
Visitors will also have a feeling of fun and never forget to leave!
Sincerely recommend this hotel to other travelers!
