I was not able to take a picture of the room we stayed in. The location was city centre and accessible to taxi and bus. The room and bath were clean. Liquid soap was provided but no shampoo and the wifi in our room on the 8th floor was weak. There was no cafe and restaurant in the hotel the staff said that due to the pandemic they closed it. There was a 24/7 convenience store near and walking distance restaurants. The staff were accommodating. Overall 8/10 rating.

This is my 6th visit. Very nice hotel. Very strategic location since mrt merdeka is just behind. Deposit is for RM 100 and the parking fee of for RM 6 per entry. Went to their cafe which is suprisingly the foods are good. Highly recommended the butter chicken. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The bedsheet is clean too. Just a suggestion, the toilet to be well maintained properly because there were some dirty part. But overall, will definitely come again.

My stay at St Giles Boulevard Hotel with my family was made exceptional by the attentive service of Fizri during both check-in and checkout. Cleanliness -bathroom floor very dirty (room 2304, on July 13th 2024) -please bring your own bathroom slipper because it feels very nasty to step on the bathroom floor -shower water drainage poor -the room’s floor is carpetted, the carpet was dusty, makes us keep on sneezing during our stay Comfortibility -bed and pillow was great -aircond and ceiling fan both functioned well Service -we came at 2pm for check in, there were a lot of people, need to queue to check in -we only manage to enter our room at 4.15pm -staff name Imran and Sophia at the counter were polite and Ms Sophia help us to get a room faster (because at first they informed us that our room will only be ready at 5pm lol) -staff Mr Fitri at the counter help us with our checkout on the next day, he was polite as well -even their bellboy (an indian uncle), was also very polite and friendly Parking -they informed us that if we validate our tng card at the hotel reception after checkout, we will only need to pay RM5 for our parking -but when we scan our tng card when going out, midvalley deducted RM10 from our card -is this a scam? lol if the normal parking is RM10 then its better if we just park at the cititel valet parking Location -strategic location, there is a direct door going into the midvalley shopping mall

One of my best hotel experiences yet. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The pool and bar were relaxing. The lunch on the first floor was also very good. The hotel is in a very convenient location. All of the main city sights is about a 20 minute walk away. Petronas Towers, Central Market, Chinatown, Little India, KL Tower, Pavilion Mall and the food street were all a 20 minute walk from the hotel. I’d recommend for anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur.

Such a nice and comfortable place to stay.the room was clean.i stay for 2 night.the staff so helpful and fast respond regards of our enquirues.the area also accessible near to convenience store..mall and lrt station.i stay here for a couple of time. For sure will come for future.recommend

My second home in KL and I have been staying with park royal since 2022 (I go to KL once every 2 months) so I lost count how many times I stayed in Park royal. This year is the first time I spent my birthday there and a very pleasant surprise from the hotel. The bed is so comfortable with the super duper soft pillow that I always slept well when I was there. Please keep the good job that you guys have been doing and kuddos to the house keeping and reception staff whom are always smiling and greeting me, your hard work and professionalism is what keep me coming back! Not to forget the breakfast which is so good!

Suitable for business trip !! 1. The pillow is hard and high. Cannot extra pillow, 1 pillow @ Rm11 🥲 2. No provides mineral water bottol, u must cook using q kettle. 3. Aircon room temperature around 23 degrees above, u can feel like a fan. The temperature only drops to 20 degrees in the morning and our room is very very small. 4. Car park per entry Rm5

Good clean room, with great view! There was a lot of people in the lobby when we came, but we only waited less than 10 minutes to check in because there was an efficient number system. I read a lot of reviews about the lift situation, but we actually went down quite a number of times just to go out and eat, or grab something from grab, & the lift process was quite smooth. All in all, a great stay.
