Great place to stay.. facilities all good 👍 free parking, got dobi and mamak stall to eat. will come again.. recommended.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

Checked in around 2am, which most hotels are unavailable. Location was near to Chinatown. Overall still a rahter good stay for sleeping.

Have Gym, also swimming, they accept all kind of people from any country, even African and they treat all on same way (theres no resicist there Anybody you are welcome there) Even if you need to pay or extend more days they speaks politely and after payment they ask you in kindness Even if you checkout you will need to stay here more time

strategic location: walking distance to pavilion mall and Trx mall. Hotel: overall experience is good 👌🏻 Check in/ CheckOut: Very Good! since the room is already available at 12noon they allow us for an early check-in 👌🏻 Check out is also fast takes only less than a minute. Bathroom: no issues Bedroom : spacious for a deluxe king and view is relaxing at night Elevator: we never experience the long queu since i have read a lot of comments about this other: if you want to order grab food or bring any outside food make sure to prepare your own utensils as the hotel cannot provide. but definitely we will still back to this hotel 🤍

LOCATION   About 2 min walk from the busy pubstreet in Bukit Bintang, the building itself is unique, whitewashed with an attractive façade of verandahs and wall-sized glass amidst the neighboring towers.   LOBBY   The style is simple, minimalistic, modern and functional.   SERVICE   We stayed about 3 days after the hotel commenced operations, so it was stunning and sublime to use the new rooms. The room we had was a virgin room, as everything was unopened, unused. Security good and parking available. Restaurant not yet in use during stay. The chinese desk clerk was very helpful, professional and kind. He even helped us carry luggage to our uber on check-out.   ROOMS   We were upgraded to family room as the standard rooms were fully occupied. The open wardrobe plan design with lots of storage space is a plus for travellers. All the sockets were internationally adaptable and fitted with USB ports, meaning no need to bring and borrow. Well Done!   The wallpaper was a large black and white photograph of the community life from the past, splashed with bright yellow paint at certain spots. The grey+white+yellow carpet matched the painting adding warmth and comfort to our toes. The bed was X-Large, super comfy and a torment to leave. The night lamp was beautifully designed.   Bathroom clean complete with Borneo products and amenities (eco-friendly using recycled paper) while laundry bag and slippers provided. There is a tea and coffee with 8 sugars but only 2 creamers, would need to add more.      As it was the last day of the year 2019, we raced to the roof to see the midnight fireworks from the KL tower. We were amongst a small crowd of couples and friends wishing peace, health and prosperity for the world.    SUMMARY   Would highly recommend! CITY OASIS!  

Kind of disappointed with my stay at Prescott this time. The carpet should be thoroughly clean. Not glaring but can be seen the dust. The condition of the furniture also looks rustic. The chair is very dusty

A very good hotel with great services. I stayed for 2 nights there for business trip with family and a baby. The location is good if u have own transport as its bit far from lrt station. We aim to eat at Kantan and this is the best/nearest hotel. The views on rooftop are superb with Istana Negara view. But, sadly we cannot join the breakfast.. Will come again soon.

Room was nicely in size, comfortable, clean.. Shower room and toilet are separated.. Location wise it depend on what ur stay for.. It is located near factories area.. Around the hotel there are multiple condo/apartment of almost similar design building with the hotel.. About 15-20 min drive to stadium shah alam/aeon shah alam.. Amenities like iron, iron board, dental kit, shaving kit are provide upon request, they mention as a step for greener world.. Water heater work well.. Air cond also work well.. Gym was okay.. Basic machine that can cover full body exercises..
