The front desk and housekeeping service were excellent, the environment was nice, and the housekeeping was very thorough.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the experience of staying in their home is great! The service attitude is also very good. The staff member explains very clearly and is very serious. She will check with you repeatedly if you are unsure about anything. She is really serious!

The front desk girl is so kind. I think there was a confusion between the information in trip.com where the booking confirmation stated we can check out before 3pm, and she came to confirm with us at 1pm. i told her the about the booking confirmation check out time and she let us stay for 2 more hours and help us keeping our luggage at the front desk until late evening.

The hotel's location is great, right next to the main road, near the North Station subway station. It's a bit noisy at night, though, so earplugs are necessary for children. The natural light isn't great either, blocked by trees near the entrance. Otherwise, it's fine, and the price is quite reasonable at 90 yuan per night. There are also convenient options for eating, drinking, and entertainment nearby. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. One great thing about this hotel is that check-out isn't until 3 PM, allowing you to have a proper afternoon nap, which is quite nice.
