The location is good, the surrounding residential buildings are very quiet and safe. It is not far from the south Kensington subway station, and it takes only ten minutes to walk. In addition, shampoo paper towels, capsule coffee and other materials are free self-collection management, which is very convenient to take. The inconvenient place is to pay for cleaning, 25 pounds a time. And although breakfast is served, it is basically the same every day. The bread jam coffee series is basically standard. Although the bread is not freshly baked, the taste is still very good. I stayed for four days and felt that I was outside most of the day. I came back to take a bath and sleep. In fact, I lived in room 101. The shower was very smooth, but the sink was very blocked.

The hotel seems to be converted from an old apartment block. A huge block though and be prepared to walk a distance to your room in a somewhat pentagon shape. As long as you treat it as a budget hotel, you will not be disappointed. The counter staffs though were able to disappoint you with their unhelpful attitude

Breakfast is not included, the location is good, in the middle of South Kensington Station and Sloane Square Station, it seems to be closer to Sloane Square. There is a supermarket across the road downstairs. Although it is not big but it is quite complete, we will buy some of it every day and come back to cook for ourselves. It is convenient to bring a child or live in an apartment!

When my child left the hotel, I complained that I stayed at the hotel entrance because she felt that she had no face when she let others know that we were guests of this hotel. Even the children feel that it is shameful to live here, and the conditions of the hotel are limited. The facade of the hotel is only two or three meters wide, all rooms use a staircase, and it is a vertical one. There was no restaurant, so breakfast had to be delivered to the door of the room, only two slices of bread, one boiled egg, jam and butter, a cup of tea or coffee. My biggest concern is the fire problem. Once the low-rise room is on fire, the upstairs tenants are hard to escape because there is only one narrow and steep staircase.

A great serviced apartment in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Natural History Museum, Imperial College, Hyde Park, etc. It is surrounded by business districts, fruit shops, restaurants, and a Chinese restaurant on the right. Also next to Kensington tube station. The photos I took were of the green sofa in the hotel lobby and the kitchen supplies in the guest room. They are all available. You can cook and eat by yourself even if you don’t want to eat out. Refrigerator and washing machine are very convenient. This time I came to attend my child's undergraduate graduation ceremony. When I graduate from graduate school, I will stay here again. It's the best place to stay near Imperial College. Highly recommended!

The advantage is that it is close to the subway station and basically across the road from the station. The room is small and it is acceptable considering the location. But the facilities are average, the hair dryer is bad, the bottle of bath liquid cannot be opened, I have to run two times at the front desk to deal with this. When I left, the front desk asked me if I wanted to give a tip for 9.8 pounds. The first time I was tipped by the front desk of the hotel, I was embarrassed and gave it in person. But I was very uncomfortable, because the room rate should include service, why tip? I used to stay in the store, and I tipped the bellman at most, never asked for it at the front desk. I also repeatedly charged the room fee and found it by me. They said that they did not receive the room fee given by the platform. How can I have my check-in information if I don't receive the room fee? Fortunately, after contacting Trip.com, Trip.com refunded me the prepaid room rate. But everyone must be careful.
