The room was spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom facilities. I recommend choosing a room on the 10th floor or higher for an even better night view. The hotel's toiletries smelled lovely and were a thoughtful touch, even including complimentary disposable razors. There were four bottles of water provided; two were free, and the other two required a fee if consumed. The hotel itself is large, and there's a supermarket downstairs where you can browse and buy things. We picked up some Macau pork and beef jerky to take home. Dining downstairs is also very convenient, and the portion sizes in Macau are quite generous. It was a fantastic trip to Macau. From the Treasure Hotel, you can walk a short distance to catch a bus to Rua do Cunha to explore and sample local specialty internet-famous foods, making getting around super easy. Five-star rating for the hotel – an absolutely wonderful stay with an excellent experience.

We absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and the cozy, welcoming vibe throughout our stay. The location was perfect for getting around, and the views were lovely — it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The facilities were excellent — clean, modern, and very well-maintained. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the spaces felt comfortable and thoughtfully designed. We felt right at home. Overall: We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

The pillows, though advertised as coming in both hard and soft options (as shown in the picture), were too high. My 6-year-old completely abandoned their pillow in the middle of the night and just slept without one. When I asked, I was told there were no lower options available. The toothbrushes had a very unique texture. We were supposed to get a free cocktail for following their public account, but because of a typhoon, the rooftop bar was closed, so we didn't get it. The staff member said it was a complimentary offer, so if it wasn't available, it just wasn't available – they seemed quite inflexible when issues arose. Also, the twin beds were only 1 meter wide, which is really too small. That night was a Saturday, so for various reasons, the price of 1700 RMB was quite expensive.

This was my first stay at this hotel, which is excellently located in the heart of Macau Peninsula, not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's. The staff member who checked me in that day was foreign and didn't speak much Cantonese, so we communicated entirely in English. He informed me that disposable toiletries needed to be requested by phone. There was no bottled water in the room, but there was a water dispenser on the floor. Overall, the room facilities were good. The only thing I'd like to add is that the shower cap in the bathroom felt like it had been used and put back. I called housekeeping to request a new one, but when I opened the box, that one was also loose. The staff insisted that new ones were indeed like that, which left me speechless! Based on our many years of experience staying in hotels both domestically and internationally, brand new shower caps are definitely not loose like that when they leave the factory!

Not far from Gongbei Port, it cost us over 60 RMB by taxi. The room was small but very clean. Check-in is after 3 PM, but there's a luggage storage service so you can drop off your bags and go explore. The hotel has an infinity pool, which the kids absolutely loved. You can see the Macau Tower with a lake view, and even watch people kayaking in the mornings. There's a mall right downstairs with several restaurants; our favorite was the rotating sushi place. The hotel also offers free umbrella rentals when it rains. A major bus stop is not far from the hotel, making it convenient to get anywhere. The Grand Lisboa and Lisboa, as well as Wynn Macau, are diagonally opposite, and they have free shuttle buses. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and convenient.

To sum it up, this is a hotel with incredible value for money in Macau. Complimentary one-way private car transfer service (choose either pick-up or drop-off): The hotel offers a free transfer service, and we were picked up directly from the airport to the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. When we were leaving, we couldn't find a taxi, and the staff very kindly helped us call one, which was fantastic. Facilities: The hotel amenities include a Dyson hairdryer, Acqua di Parma toiletries, etc., on par with what you'd find at Morpheus. It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied. Cleanliness: The hotel is generally very clean. The hallways, rooms, and even the balcony all looked quite clean. Since it's near the sea and on a lower floor, the bed felt a bit damp, but it was an acceptable level of dampness. Ambiance: I came specifically for the castle-like architectural features. Upon entering, there's a mountain spring by the steps. Our sea-view room directly faced the ocean and the towering buildings across from it. Both the daytime and nighttime views are remarkable, and if you don't feel like going out, just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sea view is quite chill. Service: The staff were very warm and attentive. It was my first time using the hotel's pick-up service, so I wasn't entirely familiar with it, but everything was handled perfectly.

The moment I opened the room door, I felt relieved. Sunlight streamed through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the pristine white sheets, and even the creases gleamed with cleanliness. The bathroom tile grout was sparkling clean, and the neatly folded towels were still warm from sterilization. What truly put my germaphobe mind at ease was that the carpet didn't have even the slightest odor. The service was excellent, and the hotel is very close to the attractions with convenient transportation, as the bus stop is right next door.

We were originally only staying for one night, but the front desk lady upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was spacious, with two 1.5-meter double beds. Later, we felt a bit rushed for time, so we extended our stay for another night, but there wasn't a similar room type available, so changing rooms was a bit of a hassle. The room's cleanliness was just okay, and the facilities were a bit old. However, the hotel's location is quite good; it's very convenient for public transport and getting a taxi. It's also close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, Fisherman's Wharf, and Grand Lisboa.

We booked eight rooms for a family gathering and requested them to be on the same floor in advance. The hotel not only arranged it perfectly but also provided cakes and fruits. From the moment we checked in, our entire group experienced the hotel's incredibly warm and thoughtful service. I'd especially like to thank a waitress in the breakfast restaurant (I apologize for forgetting her name). I mentioned that my parents, who are early risers, wouldn't know how to use the coffee machine. She remembered this, and the next morning, she personally brought coffee to them. Thank you so much for your attentive service! The staff were consistently polite, whether we were at the pool, in the sauna, entering or leaving the lobby, in the restaurant, on our floor, or taking the shuttle bus. It was truly an excellent stay, and we will definitely choose Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau again on our next visit!

Flying from Singapore to Macau, I chose a hotel on the Macau Peninsula through Trip.com and saw the Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16. I remembered it being near the old Wanzai Port, and it's right by Senado Square, making shopping, dining, and tea very convenient. Upon arrival, I found that although the hotel is a bit old, the service was excellent. The front desk staff recognized me as a senior Trip.com member and proactively upgraded me to a suite with an incredible sea view – what a pleasant surprise! Since I arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM, I decided to have the buffet dinner on the sixth floor. There was a great variety of food, including sashimi, seafood, grilled meats, salads, and more… Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, directly opposite the Grand Lisboa and Wynn, and next to New Yaohan department store. There's a Venetian shuttle bus right in front, making it very close to various shopping and tourist attractions. This hotel has been recently renovated in the past few years, and the facilities are well-maintained. Breakfast generally meets expectations, and the lobby reception and service staff are very warm and attentive. Highly recommended.

The room was neat, bright, and clean. Although not large, it was well-equipped and very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful, and there's even a rooftop garden. It's very close to the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. Located on a hillside, it's perfect for those who enjoy walking and getting some exercise. A short walk further up the hill leads to a park with panoramic views of the entire city. The hotel also offers a transfer service, making it very convenient for getting to your next destination.

This hotel offers great value for money, with an excellent location. Most attractions and other hotels are within a 15-minute walk. The Ruins of St. Paul's might be a bit further, but it's still an easy walk. The room was spacious and new, with complete facilities. Although the breakfast didn't have as many options as a five-star hotel, it met business hotel standards. The staff were also very enthusiastic. A special shout-out to the two bellboys, Terry Ye and David Yang, who helped call a taxi and even actively assisted with luggage, which many five-star hotels don't do. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The location is super convenient, right opposite Grand Lisboa, with many cha chaan tengs and snack bars nearby. There are also numerous bus stops right outside the hotel, making it extremely accessible. The room was spacious, with a large wardrobe and a dedicated area for luggage. The bathroom was also excellent, with good water pressure. The soundproofing in the room was great, and most importantly, the bed was large and incredibly comfortable. All in all, for this price, such a good room is excellent value. A small incident occurred: I accidentally left my beloved earrings in the bathroom when I checked out. I only realized it when I arrived in Zhuhai. I quickly contacted the hotel to see if they could mail them back to Shanghai. The hotel staff said that sending express delivery would be very complicated and that they had already safely stored them for me. They suggested I could pick them up on my next trip to Macau, or have a friend pick them up. A few days ago, a friend who works in Macau and commutes to Zhuhai daily helped me retrieve the earrings from the hotel and mailed them to me. I just received them today. I'm very grateful to Hotel Sintra for safekeeping my earrings and I also commend the hotel's strict management. When my friend went to pick up the earrings, they had to upload their ID card and Hong Kong and Macau通行证 (travel permit) to the hotel's email, which is something we should all learn from. I love Macau and will definitely visit again when I have time, and I will certainly stay at Hotel Sintra.

The environment is incredibly quiet and beautiful, nestled on Bishop Hill with direct views of the Macau Tower. The service was excellent, especially the shuttle bus service which made getting around very convenient. The hotel staff were also very friendly and even upgraded our room for free. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping the room spotless during our extended stay. The hotel's breakfast buffet was wonderful and very satisfying. Cleanliness met five-star hotel standards. We've stayed here more than once, and overall it always feels very comfortable, like returning home each time.

The room was very spacious and even had a bathtub, which the kids loved. It's really close to the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient to get to The Venetian, then head to The Parisian for photos of the Eiffel Tower, hit The Londoner for some Instagram-worthy shots, walk to Rua do Cunha for snacks, visit the Taipa Houses Museum for more photos, and finally, take the cable car at Wynn Palace in the evening to see the night view. Plus, you can catch a free shuttle from the StarWorld Hotel across the street! We had some rain this trip and missed out on a few sights, so we'll definitely have to come back again!

Stayed at Macau Kam San Hotel (Rua da Felicidade branch) during the May Day holiday. Although the thousand-yuan room rate was significantly higher than the usual two hundred, the experience far exceeded expectations, much better than staying in Hong Kong during the same period! The hotel's location is superb, close to the Kam San Temple and the historic district, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with relatively new furnishings, and the disposable bedding ensured peace of mind regarding hygiene. Overall, it offers excellent value for money in Macau, providing a quiet escape amidst the bustling city and full of local charm. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Macau!

Honestly, for this price and location, there's really nothing to complain about. The front desk offers two complimentary disposable towels and face towels every day. I'd seen a lot of people grumbling about the stairs in the reviews, so I actually counted them – there are 50 steps, not including the sloped section at the beginning. Definitely recommend wearing athletic shoes if you're staying here.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Location accessible to  many places in the Macau central area. What we highlighted to the staff was other guests did not observere the no smoking rule and lingering cigarette smell permeates into other rooms as well as the corridor.
