The service was good, and the restaurant staff were all friendly and hardworking. There were too many people queuing for check-in; the self-service machine showed that my reserved room type wasn't available, so I had to queue again. The front desk staff were very polite and proactively followed up on the room cleaning status. The room was also comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The buffet was decent, not as bad as some reviews suggested. The dinner dishes were innovatively prepared, and the breakfast offered a good selection of Chinese options, including made-to-order choices by a chef, as well as the usual Western selections. The location is also very convenient; it's easy to catch a ride from the lobby on the upper floor, and it's only a 15-minute walk to Senado Square. Overall, the experience was good, except for the 25-minute wait to check-in on a weekend.

The view outside the window was great. I asked the front desk to unlock the window, and they opened it an inch, which immediately made the air feel fresh. The room was small but very clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find that toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided.

We checked into the Sky Seaview King Room, and when we plugged in the kettle's base, it sparked, emitted black smoke, and blackened my finger. My family was so scared they didn't dare to plug anything else in. After communicating with the hotel, we were offered a room change and a late check-out. They moved us to a Sky Seaview Twin Room with a slightly better view but significantly smaller in size. I discussed with the front desk that there was a price difference between twin and king rooms on the platform, and I felt the late check-out was justified, especially since my family nearly got electrocuted. However, the front desk stated that both room types were the same price and they couldn't control platform pricing, suggesting we contact the platform. Their attitude also made me uncomfortable. So, I contacted the platform's customer service, requesting to be moved back to the original Sky Seaview King Room. The platform customer service informed me that Sky Seaview King Rooms were only available on lower floors, or we could switch to a triple room without a sea view. We opted for the low-floor seaview king room. There might have been a misunderstanding between the platform and the hotel, as they then moved us to a triple room. From the exploding socket to the room changes, it took over two hours of hassle. All we wanted was to rest properly, but the soundproofing was terrible; we constantly heard people talking loudly in the hallway, and even on the lowest fan setting, the air conditioner's motor was noisy. The experience was truly awful, and I won't consider staying here again.

I highly recommend the New Central Hotel in Macau Peninsula! The location, service, and cleanliness are all top-notch. From the room, you get a direct view of Grand Lisboa, and from the rooftop, you can see St. Paul's Ruins and panoramic views of the entire peninsula. The fountain is just a short walk from the hotel, and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's also super convenient to order food delivery when it's hot, and you can walk to the Lisboa Casino. The only minor drawback in the room is its size, but everything else is perfect. Besides the usual water and coffee, they also provide complimentary snacks, drinks, wine, and beer – it's incredibly comfortable! The cleanliness is impeccable, spotless in every corner. I also loved admiring the hotel's vintage decor and overall ambiance!

What a gem! This was I think our 5th stay here and we've already booked our next stay soon! That's how amazing it is here in Artyzen. We just adore this resort and the staff are always hospitable and kind. They remember us by our first names. What a nice touch. We enjoyed our suite, pool, gym, kidsco, breakfast and eating by the pool. Thank you to Mr. Will, Jennifer, Maricris, Yang, the bell man who always help and assist us (sorry I forgot his name) and of course Mr. Patrick for always taking care of us and making sure we have an unforgettable stay as always. My friends who have stayed here recently were also impressed and are already planning to return soon too. We can't wait to be back. Thank you again and see you soon.

I was initially given a weirdly shaped corner room. After requesting a change, I was moved to a noisy connecting room. My second room change landed me in an Executive Floor room with severe mold and elevator noise... I finally had enough and complained to Ctrip. They moved me to a top-floor suite. You could tell it was renovated at the same time as the other rooms, but it was incredibly well-maintained, with absolutely no mold or strange smells. It was a world of difference from the previous rooms.

Our stay was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and the environment was quiet and elegant. Our trip was made incredibly pleasant, especially with the heartfelt handwritten note from Customer Service Manager Rong Yun Jing, wishing us good luck with the start of the new semester. We were very touched and had an excellent experience!

I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and it always feels cozy. There are quite a few rooms available, and the transportation is pretty convenient, with a Sands shuttle bus nearby. It's a great option for families, couples, or business travelers. Especially the sea view rooms – you can relax and enjoy the ocean view. A really good choice!

This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially during the summer holiday season. Many luxury hotels in Taipa charge 3000 patacas a night, but this one is only a few hundred. It's located opposite StarWorld, so we can take the shuttle from StarWorld or Wynn and then cross over. Being in the Senado Square area makes it very convenient.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. They provided a charging cable, slippers, toiletries, and even had a small indoor balcony with thick curtains. It's right next to Macao Polytechnic University, so a lot of guests stay here when dropping off their children for school.
