Guest UserI only have praises for this hotel. Comfortable bed, spacious room and good location. What really impressed me was that they have free shuttles from the hotel to most tourist destinations. For example, I took their shuttle to the Macau-Zhuhai border, and to the Macau ferry port.

Guest UserStayed in the Deluxe Grand Emperor Quadruple Room at the Grand Emperor Hotel Macau. The room had one king bed, one single bed, and an additional rollaway bed, so everyone had their own space without disturbing each other – the room was perfectly spacious. It was newly renovated in 2025, so the facilities were very new, and the lighting design was comfortable. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub, which was very convenient for multiple people. The hotel is located right in the heart of the peninsula, next to the Grand Lisboa, and it's not far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and shopping options. The service team was enthusiastic and answered all our questions. Overall, I felt it was excellent value for money. This room type is really suitable for families or a group of friends visiting Macau.

Guest UserWe randomly chosen this hotel in Trip.com, but the hotel did not disappointed us. The hotel location was just opposite the Grand Lisboa building. There were a lot of f&b, convinience store, banks, fashion shops around.
The hotel restaurant foods is highly recommended, delicious and was big portion. The housekeeping staff who service our floor was very helpful, very keen to asked us whether to make up our room 👍🏻
Highly recommend to everyone who visit macau

The room was nice, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The outlets in the first room weren't working properly, but they quickly moved me to another room. I always stay at this hotel because it's good value for money, and it's convenient to find places to eat nearby.

Guest UserI went with a few friends this time. First, let's talk about the hotel's location. Although it's not in the bustling city center, a good stay prioritizes peace and comfort. This location is perfect for that. It faces the Macau Tower directly, which looks great for photos at night. There are also attractions nearby, definitely worth checking out. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was also very nice, sorry I didn't catch his name. We booked a sea-view suite, and the room was very clean. It even had two bathrooms. The large balcony was also fantastic, great for enjoying the view and taking pictures. All in all, it was perfect. Finally, the hotel also has a free shuttle bus that picks up guests at Gongbei Port, though the pickup spot is a bit hard to find.

Guest UserThe Emperor Hotel is ideally located right next to the StarWorld, Wynn, and Fortuna casinos. There's a 24-hour supermarket and plenty of restaurants next door, which is incredibly convenient! The front desk and housekeeping staff are very patient and provide excellent service. They offer various room upgrades, and the value for money is outstanding. This is always my top choice whenever I visit Macau! 👏🏻

This hotel is tucked away in an alley on the Macau Peninsula, and there are four branches with the same name nearby. This particular location is relatively easy to find; you can search for 'Kun Iam Temple' on Baidu Maps.
The front desk staff member was a man of few words, but communication in Mandarin was perfectly fine.
The bedding is disposable.
A friendly tip: If you're like me and bring your own kettle when you travel, domestic three-prong plugs won't work here – you'll need a Hong Kong adapter. Two-prong plugs, like for phone chargers, are fine.
They also offer free luggage storage after check-out, which is great so you don't have to drag your bags around.
For this price point in Macau, it's definitely great value for money.

Anonymous UserThe location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.

Stepping into this hotel felt like entering a tranquil haven, touched by time. From the outside, its architecture possesses a unique charm, blending seamlessly with the surroundings, like a slowly unfolding painting. Walking into the lobby, soft lighting illuminates the exquisite decor, with every detail revealing thoughtful design. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine welcomes that felt like a spring breeze, instantly melting away the weariness of our journey.

Hotel is a little run down but in a good location and asking distance to most sights. Room was clean and spacious, shower was cold so struggled a little. Slept okay but there were mosquitoes in the room. Stayed for 1 night, was just a quick stop while I wanted to see what Macau had to offer. Staff don’t understand English so take Google translate app with you or it’ll make life difficult! Overall, it’s okay for the money. I paid £50 a night, which was less than most places out there.
