The service was great, and they offer luggage storage downstairs, along with a shuttle to the border crossing. The view is beautiful, both day and night. The hygiene was decent, but I wish they provided hand soap instead of bar soap. Overall, it's pretty good, the only downside is that most coffee shops in the mall downstairs don't open until after 11 AM.

Once again, I chose this hotel. It's definitely a five-star experience. The room was spacious and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. Plus, there's a bus stop right downstairs, making it super convenient to get to other places. There are also all sorts of restaurants nearby.

It's just a 5-minute walk from the Ruins of St. Paul's, with all sorts of amazing food nearby. They offer complimentary non-alcoholic drinks at the rooftop bar. No power adapter is needed in the rooms. Every staff member provides excellent service! They even give you a complimentary bottle of red wine and other snacks – they truly don't skimp on anything.

It's within walking distance of Sands Casino, Fisherman's Wharf, and Lotus Square. The Macau Grand Prix Museum and Science Center are also nearby. The location is decent, close to the road, but you have to go up a dark, narrow staircase to the second floor. However, to my surprise, the room had large windows and great natural light. It was pretty standard overall. The bathroom was tiny with no separate shower and toilet, and the building is quite old, so everything felt a bit run down. There was a notice in the drawer stating a 1500 fine for smoking in the room, yet there was an ashtray on the desk (?!). The curtains even had a few cigarette burn holes. I booked this place for over 400 in advance, only to find out it was around 300 if booked on the same day. What a rip-off! But it's conveniently located for getting around, so I'll forgive it.

The room's hardware isn't great. The magnetic catch on the bathroom door was broken, so it wouldn't close properly, making showering quite awkward. It was too late to change rooms, which was a bit disappointing, especially since they claimed it was a new hotel. The view outside the room was excellent, though. The breakfast buffet was very average. It's on the second floor with a lake view, but the variety of items wasn't extensive.
