You HAVE to choose this hotel! I was visiting Hong Kong but staying in Shenzhen, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. It's super close to customs! The MixC shopping mall is right nearby, and ordering takeout was a breeze with tons of options. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean. We upgraded our room type later, and honestly, it's on par with, if not better than, hotels like All Seasons. I especially loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the large projector was a huge plus. Both the TV and QQ Music had VIP access, so I kept the music playing while my friend and I did our makeup – it was so relaxing. And the front desk staff was amazing! I had a few unexpected issues during my stay, and I felt like I was bothering her, but she remained incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, we wanted to go for dim sum and planned to try Fan Lou, and it turned out to be right downstairs from the hotel when we navigated there! I'm extremely, extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!

Attention to detail truly shines here. The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We got caught in a sudden downpour and arrived soaking wet. Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. First, the cons: the soundproofing in the room was very poor, and what was truly unacceptable was the strong, musty smell throughout the room. It felt stuffy after a while. All the windows were sealed shut, so there was no way to air out the room, and the odor lingered. I'm quite sensitive to smells, so I was tormented by it all night and had to just tough it out, wrapped in a blanket. The bathroom design was also very impractical; you could only shower in the bathtub, which was both cumbersome and inconvenient. The overall decor was old and outdated, feeling ancient everywhere, and the facilities were also quite old. For nearly 800 yuan a night, at this standard, it's really not worth it at all. The experience was terrible. I won't be coming back, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is super convenient from the airport. You just go up one level from arrivals to departures, cross the road, and it's right there, next to another hotel. Kinbalai is an older hotel, so it does have a bit of a dated smell. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep without any other travel plans, it offers great value for money. The soundproofing isn't great; you can definitely hear noise from the next room. Also, there are no charging outlets by the bed, which is a bit inconvenient. The lobby is on the 11th floor, and you have to go there yourself to pick up any food deliveries.

The room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.

I was in Macau for a quick one-day business trip and needed to take the Cotai Water Jet to Hong Kong. I saw they offered a free shuttle service, so I decided to stay here. Turns out, the shuttle schedule was way off from my ferry time, so I ended up taking a taxi anyway, haha! But it wasn't too expensive, so it was fine. Facilities: You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but it's well-maintained. I asked for a room near the elevator, and to my surprise, it was right by the entrance. Very convenient! Luckily, the soundproofing was good, or it would've been noisy. Environment: The hotel is located right on a street corner. The immediate surroundings are nothing special, but it's very convenient for walking, taking the bus, or getting a taxi. There are also some good cha chaan tengs nearby. Service: Pretty good. Check-in requires a deposit, and they accept electronic payments, but I also had cash. They made sure to remind me to keep my receipt.

Facilities: The facilities are decent, though the shower equipment is a bit old. Hygiene: The hygiene is good, everything is quite clean, and they tidy up every day. Environment: The environment is nice, the hotel smells pleasant and feels very comfortable. There are also many good restaurants nearby, just a five-minute walk away, including delicious sour and spicy noodles and mango sago. Service: The service is excellent. They help with luggage and even assist with getting a taxi, which is really great.

The room was bright, clean, and minimalist. The shower had great water pressure and stable temperature. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's close to Rua do Cunha and Cotai Strip. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient, especially the boiled eggs and pork chop – delicious! Overall, it's a perfect score! 👍🏻

After much comparison for my Macau trip, I finally settled on the British Yacht Club Hotel. The room was very clean and cozy, and it even had a bay window. It was so relaxing to just sit there, gazing at the scenery outside. I regret not taking more photos of the room itself, but the one I did take was from the bay window. The hotel's location is great; you can take a bus to Rua do Cunha, which is very close and convenient! Here's a tip: After crossing the Gongbei Border, take the Galaxy Hotel shuttle bus. Once you arrive at the Galaxy Hotel, get off and cross the pedestrian bridge on your right. A short walk from there will lead you to the hotel.
