Hotels in Cotai, Macau

This hotel offers great value for money. It's very close to Galaxy Macau, just across the road. The view from the window is also lovely. Getting a taxi right outside the hotel is super quick, and the metro is also nearby. For food, there's a good restaurant called Macao Restaurant just a few hundred meters away; their pork chop bun is especially delicious and it's very affordable. From the restaurant, Taipa Village (Rua do Cunha) is also very close, perfect for a stroll.

First off, let's talk about the front desk. From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent. I mentioned it was my first time staying here, and the front desk staff immediately escorted me to my room to explain all the amenities. First impressions, full marks! The room itself was lovely, with a thoughtful tent setup. The mat inside the tent was very comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were great. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the complimentary mini-snacks and drinks were plentiful. All the toiletries, including those for children, were excellent. Now, for the service. On our first night, there was some noise around midnight. Staff were sent to investigate immediately. It seemed to be external noise, possibly from road construction, but the hotel's proactive response was truly commendable. They arranged a room change for us the next day. Although it did slightly disrupt our plans, their willingness to resolve the issue was top-notch, and we'll definitely stay here again. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, this hotel is a great choice for its environment, facilities, and service. Any request made to the front desk is promptly handled by staff. One minor point is the location. If you visit during a period with a lot of rain, it's not as convenient as the Venetian or Londoner areas since it's not interconnected. On rainy days, you're limited to indoor hotel facilities like the pool, as outdoor ones are closed. There are also fewer shops downstairs, making it hard to pass the time. We happened to be there during a typhoon, which made spending a few days in the hotel a bit dull. However, on good weather days, it's very convenient to walk to places or take a taxi. Be sure to allow extra time for the hotel's shuttle to the airport, as it makes several stops and isn't direct. Having a Don Quijote on the first floor is super convenient for grabbing snacks and other small items.

I'd call Grand Lisboa Palace the best hotel in Macau. I've stayed at more expensive places like Wynn, Galaxy, and St. Regis, but none of them compare. They're genuinely dedicated to hospitality and service, not just relying on high rollers for room revenue. This hotel is perfect for those simply looking for a leisure trip. From the moment you arrive, all the staff are incredibly warm and eager to help with any issue immediately. The facilities are luxurious; the indoor pool is stunning, and while the outdoor pool is a bit small, it's great for kids to just splash around. The hotel is massive with over a thousand rooms, but the signage is clear and the layout is well-designed, so you won't get lost. I found the soundproofing excellent, and the air conditioning wasn't loud at all – many older hotels in Macau have noisy AC units. The rooms are very new and smart, even with electric curtains, though mine seemed to malfunction. The location is great for shopping. A taxi to the Venetian costs around 30 MOP, and Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away. The only downside is the breakfast; it's quite ordinary with nothing special, not very varied, and the freshness could be improved.

Great environment, excellent service, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, and it offers great value for money. It's conveniently located, very close to The Venetian, and the night views are beautiful. There's also a shopping mall inside the hotel, which is a nice bonus.

Every time I go to Macau, I stay here. It's considered pretty good value for money on Taipa Island. Getting around by taxi is quite convenient now, especially with Alipay for rides. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and their caramel apple coffee is quite good. The 'bing sutt' (traditional cafe) downstairs also has decent food and is open 24 hours, so you can grab a meal even after a late show.

Very good hotel, but the staff attitude at the breakfast restaurant was disappointing. The girl who prepares the juice had a really bad attitude. I simply asked for a drink, and she seemed very unwilling to serve me. She even glared at me. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, but this staff do not meet that standard! Her attitude was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this quality.

I visit Macau for a couple of days every two to three months, and I stay at this hotel two or three times a year. I always request a non-smoking room, but this time, smoke kept wafting out of the bathroom! I'm allergic to smoke, so I really dislike the smell! I hope the hotel investigates and resolves this issue, so it doesn't happen again on my next stay!!!

I specifically booked this hotel for the Line Friends theme, and the room's balcony was absolutely adorable! It was a shame it rained, so I couldn't take many pretty photos. The bathtub and shower area were also very spacious. We chose to have breakfast at the themed restaurant in the shops next door. The breakfast set was really substantial; I couldn't finish it all and felt so sad to leave it! The hotel is quite close to the East Asian Games LRT station. If you want to go elsewhere, you can walk to the Grand Lisboa Palace next door, where there are shuttle buses to various places, which is very convenient.

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, not at all as old as some online reviews claimed. I actually found them quite new, and the hot water pressure was very stable. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. It was spotless, and there was no damp smell whatsoever. There might have been a slight hint of it in the hotel's main hallway, but the room itself was incredibly clean and tidy, completely odorless. Environment: The environment was also fantastic, and the location was very convenient for getting around. Both the elevators and the shopping center were easily accessible. The observation deck and pool also offered great photo opportunities. I highly recommend staying here. Service: A huge thank you to Pan! He didn't neglect us even after we checked out, and he even helped us with our **car right to the very end 🥺🫶. He also gave us some candy, which I loved! At first, I regretted being so engrossed in having fun that I forgot to grab a bite... Thank you, Pan! And also, to the lovely and super friendly lady who served us at the innermost counter on July 7th at 13:56! She was tall, slender, and absolutely beautiful! She even enthusiastically guided us when we got lost at night... Thank you, unnie! I truly hope my next trip to Macao comes soon! I'll definitely choose Conrad again!! The location is fantastic, perfect for photos day and night, and super convenient for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian. The room has a unique British-inspired design, which is a nice touch. My only minor complaint is that the reading light directly above the bed is too bright and dazzling. There's complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the teacups also have a lovely British feel. If you want housekeeping during your stay, it's quite slow; we had to ask twice before they came. There aren't many taxis outside the hotel during weekdays, but you might find more on weekends. Dining options at The Londoner aren't as extensive as at The Galaxy, and it's not overly crowded.
