Perfect Family Stay with an Excellent Location and Seamless Service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Choosing this hotel room with two comfortable queen beds was the absolute perfect choice for our family holiday in Melaka. The location is unbeatable—it is well within walking distance to Jonker Street and surrounded by an abundance of highly-rated eateries, including fantastic authentic Nyonya restaurants. On top of the prime location, communication with the host was incredibly smooth and effective. We were provided with clear, detailed check-in and check-out instructions in advance, allowing for a completely seamless, contactless process without any hassle. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely not hesitate to book this place again for our future family trips to Melaka. Highly recommended!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka. The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay. However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently. The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly. Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

We went to Malaysia 🇲🇴 in Macau, China. We played in Kuala Lumpur for 3 days. By the way, we played in Malacca for 2 days. We lived with 8 people and looked for it online for a long time. We saw this room by chance. There are 3 rooms, 2 halls, 1 kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It’s too suitable for us. There is no need to compete for the bathroom. The room is large and clean. It has just been renovated. The environment is good and the facilities are well equipped. But the fly in the ointment is that the wall of a small room is seeping, because the wall is facing the bathroom of the suite. A mini washroom is hidden behind the door of the small room. The three washrooms are equipped with hot water treasures. It is no problem to take a bath with hot water. Although it is a staircase room, the owner has made an electric chair for the elderly to go up and down the stairs. The boss is an overseas Chinese. The whole process is barrier-free communication, and there is no need to see people at all. Self-check-in Help check out, come and go are WeChat exchanges, talk about mutual trust, there is something on WeChat and the boss said, the problem can be solved immediately 😊 The most important thing is that his home is downstairs. The pharmacy owner opened it himself. Downstairs is the food street. There are restaurants everywhere. There are shopping malls/night markets a few hundred meters nearby! And the price of such a big suite is not expensive! Worth staying, the experience is great 👍

The B&B was fantastic! The environment was very comfortable, neat, and clean, making for a really pleasant stay overall. The room was well-organized, and the hygiene was excellent. It was a very enjoyable experience, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance. Highly recommend it to everyone! 😊❤️

I am really recommend this property service as it is very convenience. I just book for a few minutes and promptly get a response so fast and can check in a few minutes even it was a late already at 9pm. The key receiving is also easy and secured.

Overall, it's okay. The hotel exterior is very nice, and the first floor is also quite attractive. Location: Not far from anywhere, but not exactly close either. Service: Basically, you don't bother each other much. Amenities: Since it's an apartment, they only provide towels, toiletries, and toilet paper.

The property offer an alternative for a short stay to get around the city centre without much hassle. Few notes had to be highlighted is there is only 2 parking space available, the stay is a shotlot Infront of a bus terminal and prepared to take the staircase (however there is a disability/elderly aid in the form of sliding life that need to be operated with care). Apart from these the room are cleaned with modern features and the hosts are equally helpful n friendly

The room was spacious and well maintained. They had the basic neccessities such as cups, plates, bowls and saucers. Which came in handy. There is tv in the hall and 1 in the room. Overall it was very pleasant stay. the rate was reasonable for 2 rooms (1 room - 1 queen size bed with attached bathroom & 1 room - 2 queen size bed with attached bathroom)

This super low budget hotel is conveniently located along the main road of Melaka Raya, surrounded by plenty of eateries, kopitiams, convenience stores, and various shops. However, the accommodation could use some maintenance, and cleanliness needs improvement like bathroom, bedsheets and towels. Roadside parking is available for guests.
