The hotel location are strategic because it's in the midst of Malacca town, in front the hotel arw Dataran Pahlawan mall. Customers can just walks if going to tourists places because it's very near. A lot of parking spaces including they have the basement parking and open space parking. The room are nice, like a studio version. An affordable price! Very cooling aircond, nice view from level 5. The cons: 1. Electric stove but no necessary utensils. Preferably microwave that much easier to use. Will I come again? Hopefully will.

The hotel has a pool, which the kids absolutely loved. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining and massage options. Free parking is a huge plus for self-drivers! Plus, there's a fantastic fish ball shop, Guilinggao (herbal jelly), and durian shop nearby!

My stay at this hotel was fairly decent for a short trip. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the free outdoor parking provided for guests. However, the cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bedsheet did not seem properly changed, and there was a brownish stain in the middle of the bed, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. There was also an incident during the night when the safety box suddenly started beeping unexpectedly. Thankfully, after calling the front desk, the staff responded very quickly and came to solve the problem professionally, which I appreciated.

A nice hotel with affordable rates and a great location. The room was basic, clean, and comfortable. Although the room had a window, it could not be opened for fresh air. A water dispenser and roadside parking are available. Overall, it is recommended for budget travelers looking for a convenient and reasonably priced stay.

I love the location but hotel is quite noise during my stay, because of the window handle is broken since I checked in so the traffic noise is entering the small open window...the refrigerator is not working at all, luckily we only stay at the hotel for 1 night only if we stay for more than 1 night I will ask to change the minibar...the food breakfast are not variety also have to wait more than 30min for main dish,the sambal nasi lemak are undercooked and I had stomachache after I eat nasi lemak. This will be the first and last we stay at estadia please make an improvement...

This place probably used to be great, but it's really showing its age and needs some serious maintenance. **Location:** Very convenient. **Amenities:** Didn't have time to use them. **Cleanliness:** Needs improvement. **Service:** I have to say, the human customer service was excellent. I really appreciate not getting those robotic, AI-like responses where you wait forever for a reply. The deposit was refunded quickly, so the service was good in that regard.

Every time we went to Melaka, this hotel is always our first choice. The price is Competitive to others. But the amenities provide us is superb. Bed is so superb clean and cozy every one got two cozy pillows ,the hair blower is big one, my spouse love it. The rooms is acceptable clean in its class. The receptionist are friendly and flexibility. The last time I stayed there and found our booking date is earlier one date. I nego with With the receptionist.He decisively said ok, never mind we changed the date. I was very impressive with him and thank you, otherwise I should pay and stay One more day as a waste of money and time. The counter receptionist whether I can check in today instead of my booking is Should be tomorrow, he decisively said ok. Let me change the date. I was very impressive. Receptionist decisively

Environment: The view is fantastic, you can watch the sunset right from the room. Cleanliness: Very clean, both the bathroom and bedroom were great. Service: Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were happy to store our luggage. Facilities: All toiletries were provided.

Honestly.. I’ve never expected a budget hotel to be this clean.. It is as though the hotel was newly built. Everything was good. Check in was quick. Only 1 thing to note is that they only give 1 pillow each but it is acceptable as the pillow was comfy.
