We had a really wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at The Shore. It was a very pleasant and relaxing experience for us. The surroundings were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the beautiful view and the relaxing environment, which made our family trip even more memorable. Everything was well arranged, and we really appreciated the hospitality and service throughout our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience, and we were happy with our stay. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would be happy to recommend The Shore to our friends and family. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to come back again in the future. Amazing Stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hi, I’m Aida from Room 2138. I stayed at Hatten Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that no deposit was required during check-in, which made the process even more convenient. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel was quite crowded during my stay, probably because of the Merdeka celebrations and school holidays, but the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The only minor downside was that the lifts could get quite crowded, but honestly, that was just a small issue compared to the overall great experience. The location is also a huge plus—very convenient and strategic. Overall, I’m really happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Overall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away. However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about: 1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully. 2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed. 3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy. 4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

Every school holiday, Swiss-Garden is always one of our favourite places to stay. ❤️ Such a wonderful and relaxing place for me and my family to spend quality time together, create beautiful memories, and enjoy our little getaway. 🏨✨ We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Comfortable, peaceful, and perfect for a family holiday. 🥰 Thank you for another wonderful experience. This time the room maintenance was better than my previous stay, which was a bad experience. I have stayed here several times due to the good location, easy to get around and lots of food options within walking distance. For convenience and price, this is a good place to stay.

Had a short 1 night stay, last min booking. Main reason I choose to stay here is due to availability of parking. TV is a Google TV that can play any media via USB, if you have one. WiFi in the room is complimentary for guests, but speed wise is not the best, I ended up using my mobile data for better experience. Hot water is consistent and pressure is good, however the room I stayed in had an issue with the drainage which makes you stand in a puddle of water while showering. They provide toothbrush and shaver, which is good. However, if you need to use their iron, they only provide the basic iron without steam function. Not ideal for business travelers, lucky for me my shirt already ironed from home. What I don’t like about the room is they don’t have master switches on the bedside for you to switch of the lights. The master switches is located at the wall near the keycard insert. Breakfast starts at 7am the earliest, and the choices are okay. Their teh tarik is good though. But their room rate is really competitive, so can’t complain much for the price paid.

My stay at The Pines Melaka was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, making it super easy to get to Jonker Street by taxi. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs, which is great for grabbing food or anything else you need. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it had all the amenities, with a pretty nice view too. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and seamless. The hotel also has a pool, a quiet atmosphere, and a wide variety of breakfast options. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for both family trips and independent travelers. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka. Highly recommended!

The staff were all excellent (at the counter, housekeeping). The room and bed were clean, cool, the AC was strong, and the bathroom was also clean! There's a spot to hang out. There's also storage space under the bed. Next to the bed, there's a hook and a night lamp. Everything was great!!! No noise, I slept soundly. By the way, I booked for a solo female, the environment felt safe, no disturbances whatsoever. Parking is available in front of the hostel. Definitely will come again!

The room was clean and tidy, and we even got some freshly baked chocolate chip cookies when we checked in – delicious! 😋 We could even catch a glimpse of the sea. 😄 Breakfast was quite varied, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. 👍🏻 Great value for money!

Overall we are very satisfied with this residence and services provided. Location is perfectly good as we could find a lot of nice food nearby. Cleanliness still can improve. Kids are happy with the inhouse playground and adults can play the game machine which quite fun also. Will book again if come to Melaka next time.
