Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious with two beds and an extra bed. It was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The only area for improvement was the breakfast seating arrangement. The staff did not consider seating elderly guests closer to the food area, even though there were nearby tables available. It would have been more convenient and thoughtful for senior guests.

The hotel is located in town center, close to restaurants and shopping areas. The design may be somewhat dated, but it is well-maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out are quick and easy. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices to suit various tastes. The beds are comfortable. Although there are two TVs, they are smaller than expected and cannot connect to personal devices. The swimming pool has beautiful views, and swimming is a good experience. The gym facilities are standard, and the exercise equipment offers breathtaking city views. The room rate is reasonable.

Stayed 3D2N and booked 2 rooms. Really happy with our stay! Staff were super friendly and welcoming, and check in was smooth. Parking is available right in front (around 10 lots), which is very convenient. Location is good too about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street. Room was clean and comfortable, and definitely worth the price. Quiet at night as well. Would come back again!

We truly enjoyed our stay but not the lift. The family room is spacious, complete with bath tub and microwave, also complimentary drinks. Three bedrooms that can fit my family of seven and have space for the kids and baby ran around. Netflix and YouTube Channel, perfect for our little Stay at hotel vibes. But I think the in- room service is really important. We don't plan on going out to have dinner so we thought we could just order from the in room dining but apparently the hotel doesn't offer it. But we just ordered from Grab and it is not disappointing. Basic amenities like toothbrush, shower cream were also prepared. The pool and kids pool is huge but there are too many people staying at the hotel as well as The Shore (cause they share amenities) and the towel is not enough. We have to wait but the frustrating part is my room accommodated 5 adults but only 2 pool towels were allowed to be taken. Maybe the hotel could revise this rule. The picture shows only the third room (where I was sleeping). It is spacious and great for a single person and not to mention the table for working space. Ah, the down side like I mentioned, the lifts. It took forever for us to get to our room and to check out. But then again it's the holiday season, so the hotel was full, so I'll be understanding this time

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the facilities were well maintained. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Repeat? definitely yes. Moga maju jaya buat The Lisbon Melaka

The lift stop suddenly when we went to the swimming pool at level ten. Quite a scary experience, the lift stopped halfway at level 9. When the lift door open, it was not in the same level as level 9. Thanks god we were protected, nothing bad happened on that day.

Had a wonderful stay at Rosa Malacca! The hotel has a unique industrial-chic design and every corner is Instagram-worthy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Jonker Street and other attractions. Ample parking is also a big plus. Overall, Rosa Malacca offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone visiting Melaka. Will definitely come back again!

Overall, okay for a night stay. Pros : - COMFY BEDS - Nearby shops and food. Cons : - There was a really weird uncomfortable smell in the lift lobby on the 8th floor and in our rooms. - Need to go to the counter to let them know abt going out every time. (Scan touch & go card) - Rooms were rlly dark and dim and looks like nobody stayed here for a long time. - Shower had no doors or shower curtain so have to control when showering to prevent water getting all over the floor. - Slippers have to be requested during check-in and we weren’t inform about it and had to go back down to ask, the staff even stood around waiting for tips.

The hotel service from Wanir was highly satisfactory, and they even threw in a complimentary breakfast for one day. The surrounding environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the parking lot is convenient, and it’s very easy to travel to any destination from here! There are plenty of options for breakfast, and the food is quite good！
