Indigo Hotels in Melbourne

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The location is incredibly convenient, right in the absolute heart of the city. There's a tram stop just downstairs, and the area feels very safe, nestled within a charming boutique street. The hotel itself is brand new, with spacious rooms. I had a very, very comfortable stay – it truly surpassed what I anticipated, even more comfortable than my stay at the Grand Hyatt.

Location: ★★★★★ Service: ★★ View from window: ★ Cleanliness: ★★★★ Overall, the hotel's location is fantastic, couldn't ask for better. It's incredibly close to the central train station, the river, and the city center. The only downside is the service, which is just average. They only make the bed and don't clean anything else. Plus, no complimentary water is provided in the room. The room itself is relatively new, and the environment is decent with no strange odors. On the other hand, there's basically no view from the window, and you can see into other rooms, which means zero privacy. So, you have to keep the blackout blinds drawn even during the day. This hotel is best suited for those who come back late to sleep and head out early in the morning.
