The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. 

They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.

The room was clean and conveniently located near Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with. I bought my tickets a few days before my trip, and the price was decent for Manhattan. The elevator was a normal speed to the 12th floor. My room had a view of Trinity Church.

Nice hotel in a good location. I left my tablet in the room by accident and when I called they left a message with housekeeping to call me if it was found. They never called and housekeeping claims they havnt found it... I left it on the bedside table and that's my fault, but what sort of housecleaners do you employ that keep people's items instead of turning them into lost and found. Beware and make sure to triple check you have your things or else they will keep them.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

The environment is comfortable and the service is great. I stayed here for a week, and the room was very clean with good facilities. It's also very convenient to get around. The lounge restaurant has a lovely atmosphere too, and there's plenty of shared space.

The hotel is in a very good location, at the entrance of Paddington station. I have personally tested that you can get on the train within 8 minutes. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. But the hotel space is relatively small and it is difficult to open a 28-inch suitcase.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I've stayed at the Hotel Indigo several times this year, and it always has a unique style. The hotel is located by the Bund, about a ten to fifteen-minute walk to Yu Garden and the City God Temple. It's also very close to the Bund itself, near Pier 2 at Shiliupu. If you're booking a Huangpu River cruise through the official platform, you can specify Pier 2 for convenience; it's just a couple of hundred meters walk from the hotel. For those driving, the C section of the Shiliupu Pier underground parking lot is the closest. I'd also like to thank Carol; we arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet. She took our contact details and promptly informed us when it was, and even upgraded us to a deluxe river view room, provided a free extra bed, and complimentary breakfast vouchers. The room had a great view and was clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Hanzhong Road Metro Station, which is quite convenient. It has a swimming pool that's 1.2 meters deep, not too deep but large enough and semi-circular, good for a swim. Right next to it is the gym, which has a decent range of equipment, including a functional training rig. They offer coffee, water, and towels. Overall, the service is excellent. Breakfast is average, though, with a bit too little protein.

We had a wonderful three-night stay. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. I especially loved the automatic curtains that opened when I entered the room—it made me feel welcomed every time I came back.  The swimming pool is fantastic as well, clean, perfect water temperature, and ideal for lap swimming.

The service was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. I would like to express my special gratitude to Dave Liu and Carter Xue. As foreign visitors without Alipay or WeChat Pay, we weren’t able to rent public bicycles on our own. Dave and Carter went above and beyond by using their personal WeChat Pay to help us check out bicycles.  Their kindness allowed us to enjoy a wonderful bike ride around Dishui Lake, which I highly recommend.
