The hotel was very clean and quiet. The 'Zhenxuan' room was a good size, the bathroom was spotless and well-designed, and the sink was even suitable for washing clothes. Finding a good value hotel in central London is incredibly difficult, so I was really pleased to discover this place. It's close to the tube station, has a supermarket nearby, and is located in a lovely residential area. I stayed here for a few days of sightseeing and ended up extending my stay.

This was our last night in the UK, and our group booked one king room and two twin rooms. Finding hotels with twin rooms in Europe can be a challenge, so we appreciated that. This chain hotel has a modern design, is very clean, tidy, and quiet. The rooms come with a Nespresso machine, complimentary bottled water, a kettle, and a tea bar, along with thin disposable slippers. The room size isn't small by European standards, and the bathroom is quite spacious with a walk-in shower. The bed and bedding were also comfortable. The breakfast service was good, a semi-buffet with an à la carte option. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was generally sufficient. A unique touch was the room numbers, which were designed as clock faces with the hands indicating the room number. We checked in on a Friday, and the lobby offered complimentary champagne and fruit drinks. There's a bus stop right across the street from the hotel, making it very convenient to get to places like the British Museum and St. Paul's Cathedral.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

The room was very spacious, and it's not far from the train station, Hyde Park, and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and a shopping mall and supermarket are also very close by, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The hotel room is very small, much smaller than the photo. The room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is broken. You have to sit on the fourth floor and walk up. The hotel has no chef at noon and evening. The restaurant directly buys food from the Chinese restaurant next to it. Add 20% service fee, lightning protection

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.

100% absolutely recommend - we have visited several times and returned because the customer service is absolutely awesome!!

1.  The drivers to/from the airport are incredibly kind and efficient.
2. Front desk staff are extremely attentive and beyond helpful, kind, courteous and respectful to everyone. 
3. View from the rooms are majestic

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 memorable nights at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street during our family trip to New York City, and it proved to be the perfect home base for exploring the city’s iconic Financial District and beyond. Nestled at the corner of Wall and Water Streets, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, a 5-minute walk to the Wall Street subway station, and within easy reach of attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were all engaging for our curious little one.
We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient.
What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families.
The hotel’s amenities were perfectly suited for our family trip. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Wall Street and the Charging Bull. We could see Trinity Church right from our window. The room was cleaned daily, and transportation was incredibly convenient with the subway station just a stone's throw away. There's also a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab groceries and sort out meals. Shopping was a breeze too!

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

The location is right by Shiliupu Dock, which is super convenient for a night cruise on the Bund.
The downside is that being so close, it's quite damp.
There's a spot in the restaurant perfect for photos with the ”Bund Three Treasures” (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center).
Overall, it's worth staying.

The front desk service was excellent; even though I arrived early, they managed to accommodate me well. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the subway station, with easy access to lines 12 and 13. The lobby is filled with Hollywood star sand art, giving it a very stylish design. The room was spacious, with a large circular bathtub and a big sofa. The breakfast area isn't huge, and while there's a good variety of categories, the selection isn't extensive.

The room was clean and decent. The toilet and shower were separate, which was great. The room had a balcony where you could watch fireworks, but the downside was that there were a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel provided mosquito repellent, but unfortunately, we only saw it on the second day, after we had already gotten several bites.

Minibar: They had Schweppes and orange soda that kids could drink, which was a plus.

Check-in perks (cat petting and 20% off pet boarding voucher): The cat petting didn't actually have a 20% discount; we paid the full price. It was a bit strange, as they said only the pet boarding was eligible for the discount.
