Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

The location was perfect, inside the Galleria Mall. I could see the mall scenary in my room balcony. The staffs we're very kind and valet parking service was great. Breakfast was excellent and room service was another great feature. The room was very spacious. It didn't have office desk to work on but managed somehow. I strongly recommend this hotel and want to stay again!

The service of the hotel is invincible, much better than traditional high-end luxury hotels. There are only a dozen rooms in the hotel, and the service is one-to-one. The rooms are large, especially suitable for a family. The biggest highlight of the hotel is the invincible view, the most beautiful view of Milan is right in front of your eyes. The breakfast is very good. Ctrip does not include breakfast and the direct restaurant bill is 48 euros per person. It is very good, and the service is very considerate. Since I got up late, the waiter told me to eat slowly. It doesn't matter if we charge after you finish eating. It's really sweet.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

The hotel is small and the room is clean, but go to the room type that does not choose the park view, just on the roadside, completely soundproof doors and windows, fortunately there are earplugs, otherwise it is a nightmare. Hotel location is very good, not 15 minutes to reach Napoleon Street, a straight road for 20 minutes is Milan Cathedral.

The Antica Locanda Leonardo hotel is located a block away from Leonardo Da Vinci’s Last Super which was a pleasant surprise. If only we had been made aware of that fact, in the hotel documentation and website, we might have requested tickets months in advance, when we made the hotel reservation. A missed opportunity. The initial reception interaction was truly welcoming and the room itself was adequate. We could not get the AC fan to come on during our entire stay. The curtains in the bathroom were see thru. Bare walls without any type of artwork was a rather unpleasant surprise. A couple of paintings, prints, posters, or photographs would have made the room a lot more welcoming. Breakfast was also barely adequate, nothing to write home about, but just the basics. The hot chocolate was watery and not even at the level of a Nestle hot cacao pouch. Had to request room service one day after departing the room in the early morning and placing the request for service on the door knob, and returning in the late afternoon without the room being made. The clerk at the reception wanted to make excuses about the maids making up rooms for new arrivals ahead of others, but that did not make any sense at 4:00 pm in the afternoon after we had been out all day. Overall, considering the nightly rates, not recommended. Also, very limited places to eat in the neighborhood.

The only thing that was good about this hotel is the location, AB 10 mins from the center.... BUT.... I have booked double room for only myself and it was supposed to be 18 kvm... when I got into the room it was far away from 18... more like 12... seems like they gave me the smallest room just bc I was alone even if I paid for a bigger room. After my complaint I got another room that was much better. On the reception they were trying to tell me that that was a standard double room, when I could clearly see on the map of rooms on the wall that that one was the smallest... felt like they put bigger bed and trying to sell it as double, be careful.... On their homepage it says that bathrobe is included, asked for it couple of times in the end they said.... no we don't have it only towels.... ehhh... 4 star hotel... would have been strange if there were no towels either.... There is no bar as it says on the page either... The reception is closed from 23... so no 24h service their either.... When I was checking out they wanted me to pay City taxes that I have already paid on the day of the arrival... Honestly I don't really know why they still keep their stars...

This was a great find for the amount we paid. We upgraded to one of the rooms with a rooftop balcony, which was lovely, and overall the room was spacious and clean. It's not a boutique hotel experience, but hard to beat the price and we were very happy there. The biggest downside was the location - not bad by any means, but 7-8 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

The bathroom in number 1 a little primitive but the shower although a bit small is excellent. Breakfast correct and friendly and clearly others enjoy coming to Milan and staying in this hotel. This hotel is perfectly located next to Cadorna station and Metro. You are unable to hear the trains from your room. The room was very modern and sparkling clean, the toiletries were high quality and the room was cleaned daily. The hotel is quite difficult to find as it is in a building behind huge doors. The reception is on the third floor and closes at midnight. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel
