The location is excellent and the transportation is very convenient. It is close to the east gate of Xuanwu Lake and Metro Line 4 is right next to it! The hotel has complete facilities and good hygiene. The service industry is very warm and thoughtful! Great value for money!

Let’s talk about the main point first, there are mice in the room. It's too bad, it's too bad. On the first morning I ate, the restaurant smelled of oil and every stool was dirty. I didn't dare to use public chopsticks. I asked the restaurant aunt for disposable chopsticks, and the answer she gave me was "no" . I sent a message to the manager to report the situation. Later someone sent me disposable chopsticks and told me: Auntie didn't know there were disposable chopsticks. Therefore, the service is perfunctory. Without knowing it, the customer directly replied that he didn't, and the customer was dismissed perfectly. I won’t talk about the rest, but some problems can be overcome. On the last night, I was woken up by the sound of playing cards next door at 1 a.m. The noise stopped for an hour or two. I knocked on the door and called the front desk for feedback. Then, I heard a rustling sound that lasted for about 20 minutes. During this period, I always thought it was the sound of the wind. Finally, I couldn’t bear to turn on the light and found a mouse in the bag (bought bread). I was so scared that I screamed. The mouse didn’t seem to be afraid of people (I’ve seen it too much) and started talking to me. He watched twice, climbed through the curtains and escaped. At 3:30 in the morning, I checked out and found myself on the chaotic streets of Nanjing. . . . Follow-up: I signed up to give it a try and told Ctrip’s customer service that there was a rat. The customer service asked me if I had taken any photos (I was angry at the moment, but now that I think about it, I should have taken them, and posted them to make everyone sick). I said that I had not taken any photos. Ctrip still solved it for me. The hotel said that I had to pay 80 yuan to book a room. It was 80 yuan that Ctrip transferred to me. The hotel refunded the remaining part. In fact, I don't want Ctrip to pay. Ctrip replied that there is cooperation between them, and I accepted it. If you take a picture of the Sun Palace from above and think that the hotel's appearance is uncertain, you will be in doubt about life and death. The breakfast buffet in the morning is very rich in ingredients, with a relatively complete range of Chinese and Western meals. The staff's service is also warm and considerate. Even the surrounding environment is very lively and very close to Xuanwu Lake! The only reminder is that for people with poor sleep quality, resting in a busy environment is definitely not that good 😂

Facilities: A bit old, not as new as expected. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Very close to the Sun Palace, convenient to attend activities or listen to livehouse there The price-performance ratio is not very high, mainly because the geographical conditions are good and it is very close to Metro Line 4.

The room was very dirty, the walls and chairs were very dirty and old, and the towels in the bathroom had torn edges. The service at the front desk downstairs was also very poor. Because there were trademarks on my clothes, I went to the front desk on the first floor to borrow scissors, but they frowned and said they didn't have any. I asked if the hotel didn't have scissors? The answer was: No. How can such a big hotel not have scissors and enjoy service? Except for the location, there is really no other advantages.

The room has a bit of a smell, the tables, chairs and sheets are dirty. The duck blood and vermicelli soup for breakfast is pretty good. The service is okay. It's not suitable for parents and children. It can be used as a simple business trip.

Hygiene: Very poor! There are cockroaches! I was really impressed when I saw two cockroaches crawling over to the toilet! Facilities: Old, few lights and the lights are very yellow. Environment: Poor sound insulation. Service: Very good.

If there was no electric mosquito swatter, at least call back to tell me. It shows that the service awareness is very poor. I don't know where the flies flew into the room from. They were super big and had green heads. They would fly towards the guests. It was terrible. To be honest, the transportation is convenient, close to the Taiyanggong subway station, and there are welcome fruits

The hotel has been open for a long time, is relatively old, and the design is not as reasonable as a new hotel. Not recommended for family travel, but it's okay for business or friends. The room has a square table and 4 chairs for playing cards and smoking. If you want to be quiet at night, it's best to unplug the phone line. It comes naturally.
