Hotels in Nice French Riviera Airport, Nice

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!

The room was very small. After I put down a double bed, there was no space. I barely opened my suitcase on the ground. Maybe my suitcase is too big. There is basically no place to go after opening. The bathroom is larger than the room. The water is better, the hot water is very fast, and the water pressure is quite large. Whether it is a room or a bathroom, it is very clean. But in the bathroom, the cup is made of plastic cup. It's not very environmentally friendly, and the plastic cups are still packed in plastic. Disposable plastics can easily pollute the environment. I recommend going out to bring your own cup, which is both environmentally friendly and hygienic. There are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is average, but it is very convenient, you can cook your own eggs, their home egg cooker is really cute. Breakfast starts earlier, from 6:00 to 10:00. It is quite convenient to catch a flight, and there should be not many places to eat near the airport. It is about 1.2 kilometers from the airport. We walked from the airport terminal 1 for about half an hour. It is not very convenient to use Google Maps. There is a small road with many steps. We carry luggage and it is very inconvenient. If you choose another road recommended by Google, all of them are big roads, not so many steps may be better. We came out of the airport to meet the novotel hotel, which is really close to the airport.

The location is convenient for those flying from Nice to Paris, and then home. There's no fridge (I wanted to bring back cheese and sausage)), so you end up buying it at the last stop before departure). I agree that Nice isn't about the food, but you can't exactly treat yourself to the specialties from Grenoble and Avignon at home if you visited them a week ago.

Excellent option for an overnight stay if you have a connecting flight. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the airport (just cross the avenue and walk one block). There's a tram stop at the airport that goes to the city center (about 20 minutes), and the train station is a couple of blocks away for trips along the coast to Monaco or the rest of France. Clean, friendly staff. Restaurant, bar, and drinks are sold at reception. I would definitely return.
