Overall, a positive review! The staff were especially warm and friendly. When I went to retrieve my stored luggage in the afternoon, they proactively asked if I needed to use the restroom again, and when they learned I was going to catch the train, they asked if I knew the way! The reception and small restaurant are on the first floor; the guest rooms are on three floors, with an elevator (which looks very old-fashioned), and air conditioning. The room was quite clean, although the towels looked a bit stiff. There was hand soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but no other toiletries. Hot water came quickly. Soundproofing wasn't a big problem; all the houses here seem pretty much the same. 🤣

Pros: Location (4/5): Conveniently located with a balcony offering a standard street-view. Cons & Dealbreakers: Inflexible Service (2/5): The in-room amenities provided were extremely insufficient. For a 4-day (3-night) stay with double occupancy, only 2 packets of instant coffee were provided. My request for an additional 2 packets at the front desk was explicitly denied, resulting in a poor customer service experience. Hygienic and Pest Issues (3/5): There was noticeable insect activity in the room. During my 3-day stay, I found and killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and 2 ants in the room, indicating that basic pest control and cleanliness standards were not met. Ineffective Facilities (3/5): The in-room dishwasher was practically useless, failing to clean dishes at all. After running a full cycle, the dishwasher tablet was only half dissolved, suggesting a logical flaw in the equipment, such as insufficient water temperature or a faulty water circulation system.

The room offers all the amenities for independent living, with shops and cafes nearby. The sea is a 10-minute walk along a wide, clean avenue. The only drawback is the reception opening hours: 11 a.m. during the day and 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. in the afternoon.

A wonderful budget hotel, just a minute's walk from the city center promenade. The tram stop is also nearby, making the trip to the airport very convenient. I really liked the hotel's interior design and the room's decor, and the inner courtyard was a lovely touch. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, which even had a mini balcony. The mattress was comfortable, and the cleaning service was excellent. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. My stay at this hotel left me with the most pleasant impressions.

Excellent location, close to the sea and a 15-20 minute walk to Nice city center. Comfortable rooms, and bathrooms come with a bidet 😜. Good breakfast, rooftop pool, and covered parking are available. Plus, dogs are welcome! The staff were courteous, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

The room is large, fully functional, has a refrigerator and TV, and is very clean. The location of the hotel is very good, there are many places to eat around! Very satisfied, very close to the beach, the boss is very nice

Nice, Côte d'Azur. The hotel breakfast offered a great selection of French bread 🥐 and quality fruits like bananas 🍌, oranges 🍊, and apples 🍎. After a hearty meal, it was just a few hundred meters to the sea for a refreshing swim, absolutely fantastic! You can also take the Nice tourist train and visit Castle Hill for panoramic views of Nice 🏰. Beautiful 👍
