Amazing stay at this hotel. Convenient location near major attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.
Firstly, I'm rating all my recent hotels together, so I've completely lost faith in Ctrip's hotel rankings. I'll mention other hotels later, but this one truly deserves its title as the number one in Nice. After rejecting numerous beachfront hotels, I booked a room with a large arched terrace. Beautiful sunset, a bottle of Grand Cru white wine, a comfortable balcony sofa, chatting with my daughter – it was unbeatable! However, in these room photos, there are actually three suites with sizes around 55-75 sq m or even larger. I think this one is definitely the best, but on the day of check-in, we were given a terrace room with a significantly different view and no sunset. The room itself wasn't particularly special either. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel gave us our dream room at 5 pm on the first day. So, you need to confirm before and after booking. Staying here was perfect for Nice. Picture one is the balcony from the first day; it might be comfortable in summer with the grapevines providing shade, but it's not very useful. Picture two is the one I highly recommend; the balcony is connected to the room. Furthermore, as a hotel enthusiast who appreciates various unique and luxurious hotels, most of the hotel staff were incredibly attentive.

Great location – the sea is just across the road, and it's within walking distance of the train stations. Plus, there's a vintage market nearby on Mondays. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfasts are a bit sparse but tasty. There's a water cooler with cold and sparkling water in the hallway.

Excellent, very satisfied! The location is perfect, right on the Promenade des Anglais. The famous blue chairs are right outside the door when you step out – it's truly a central spot. It's hard not to love the sea in Nice, and if you can snag a sea-view room, definitely do it; the location is just unbeatable. Getting here from the airport is easy with the 12+ bus. Almost everywhere is reachable within a 10-minute walk. Try to avoid ground floor rooms, as they can be a bit noisy (there are restaurants in the alley next door), but rooms on the second floor and above are much better. The room itself is decent, quite modern compared to many older hotels around here. Breakfast is a bit simple and repetitive every day with limited options, but it’s convenient if you're in a hurry.

The room is big and clean. It is an old building with standard southern French style, colorful exterior walls and white lattice windows. There is a square outside the room window. There is a market on weekends. There are many cafes and bars nearby. The advantage is that you can experience the atmosphere of Nice city life, but the disadvantage is that it is too noisy at night. It may also be because it happened to be the European Cup football match, and the bar downstairs was noisy for three days. The first night was noisy until three in the morning, singing and cheering non-stop 😓

The location is superb, right between Avenue des Anglais and Avenue du Théâtre. It's within walking distance to Castle Hill, the beach, the old town, the square, the flower market, and the food street. The room size is moderate, and the breakfast is simple but good, featuring smoked salmon. The service attitude is excellent. However, water wasn't provided daily. I was lucky enough to see the drone fireworks show for the World Ocean Conference, and Nice's beaches were packed with people.

Great location so close to the beach and in the old town. Pleasant room - we had the quadruple which didn’t have a great view (just into the courtyard with bins etc.) Very nice bathroom and the housekeeping service was very thoughtful. Good value for money - Great restaurants and cafes around. We had a great stay thanks.

Perfect! Together with my brother had a great trip to Nice. Hotel chosen because of its unique location. Very wide room. All super clean and you really feel like a king when you walk in the room. We had Suites 2. Enter the door by means of a code. You talk to the renter about how late you arrive and he stands waiting for you with a clear explanation. The renter speaks fine English. Some disadvantage were the curtains, I found them too light, but that's different for every person, of course.
10/10! !

An extremely memorable accommodation experience. The owner was very enthusiastic and explained to us the local attractions and food in Nice, and helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. You can totally believe its 4.9 rating! We booked a larger room for the last two nights, and they took the initiative to arrange our first two nights in the same room. The room was very clean and warm, with a kitchen for cooking. We used the refrigerator and microwave in the room, which were very convenient. It was a bit cold at first, but the temperature quickly rose after turning on the air conditioner. It is worth mentioning that the quilt provided in the room is very comfortable. I really want to know how to buy the same quilt!
