Garner Hotels in Osaka

The hotel is right between two metro lines (red and blue one), very easy to arrive. The check-in was really smooth with welcome drinks and candy. Free coffee, tea and water refill available 24 hours in the lobby. The room was clean and I loved the fact that there were two pillows to choose from: firm or soft. Bed was too comfy that I did not want to even leave it for sightseeing 😂. Also, loved the bedroom mural.

The room was very clean and tidy, but I didn't expect it to be so small – it was like a snail's shell trying to host a banquet! It's really only suitable for one person, and there's no space to open a suitcase. The transportation, however, is quite convenient, not far from the subway station.

The hotel is great for business trips, but do take note of the payment process. I booked online assuming it was prepaid, but the card was only for guarantee and I had to pay at the counter upon arrival. It would be better if this was more clearly stated during the booking process to avoid confusion. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and the service was good.
