Hotel location was good, a variety of great restaurants are nearby as well as supermarkets/convenience stores. Staff were very helpful. The room's TV had an English news channel available which I really appreciated. The main suggestion I will make is it would be good to have a chain lock on the door to give added peace of mind.

Did all I needed, room was comfortable and we'll serviced. Room rates very competitive. Location was fine (S-Bahn station right outside & train only 20 minutes to central Berlin) Also the local suburb of Spandau was a vibrant area.
Would definitely consider Hotel Garner if visiting Berlin again. Views from the restaurant were stunning (also from my room, but got lucky being on the 15th floor!)
Bar & snack area in the foyer was perhaps a little limited, but this is a place to stay - not a social hub - so that's not a major concern. 
In short: friendly, comfortable, clean and easily accessible by public transport.  Good place.

Nice hotel with free cookie and water at entrance. The staff gave me free candy and a drink because I have the IHG membership. 

Bring your earbuds if you want better sleep in the morning because either the wall is too thin or the bed is too close to the door in my room, otherwise you may hear people talking loudly in the early morning and it ruins your sleep.

The housekeeper never refills the bottle water in the room unless you ask her for one when she is around cleaning.

I really had a lovely stay at this hotel. The receptionist was so nice and accommodating. I truly never had such an amazing experience before. The room itself was very clean and modern. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again for my future trips in Berlin. The location is also great if you don’t mind walking a bit to get to the bus or underground station. ￼￼

Absolutely in love with this hotel and our room specifically. It’s just few steps away from the Berlin Wall museum and Charlie Checkpoint, 12mins from the metro station to reach other tourist attractions. The room was super spacious and clean, with a view of the street. It can get a bit noisy on weekend’s nights but we had zero problem with that. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The price was also very competitive for a big city like Berlin. 
P/S: If you fancy some Vietnamese food, there’s a Viet restaurant 4 mins away from the hotel serving good Pho.

Hotel staff brilliant, bar open all night if you want to drink you can no problem. For the price of the hotel was very good service. Little things like free snack on arrival also free water. Room was clean, bed was warm okay got good enough sleep. Let us check in 2 hours early absolutely brill free of
Charge. So the price of the hotel was worth it.
Area was good around there food/drinks bars. If you didn’t want to go into main town. Also cheaper

Quite disappointing. The facilities are comparable to a one-star hotel like Home Inn in China. The bathroom exhaust fan, in particular, was extremely noisy, making me very annoyed. I had to keep the bathroom light off to keep it quiet. The breakfast was okay! The young man at the front desk was very attentive in answering questions, but the Ukrainian girl seemed clueless and unsure why she was given such a demanding job. I personally will not stay at this hotel again.

I highly recommend this hotel; the breakfasts are excellent, and the metro station is nearby!
The only thing is the room is very small, really small!
The receptionists were great, they were always helpful with anything! The breakfast staff were also great, everyone was very efficient!
When we ran out of food, they refilled it quickly!

The location is super, I think! There are good connections to the metro and railway the bus stop is around the corner. Buss drive every 20 min.
The hotel is good for the price.
The staff at reception is very friendly. 
The room was clean only holding on the window bank is dust, therefore only 4 points for cleanness. 
We can't write anything about breakfast. We didn't have.
Otherwise we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for such a price top!

This is a no frills hotel good for staying a couple of nights. It is quite expensive for what it actually is, but it was among the cheapest options I coule find when booking. Perhaps that's the price standard in Hamburg. The room looked a bit dated but it was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Europe. The location is great, close to the city centre and train station. However, you do see a lot of weird people wandering around the area near the hotel. I did not have any issues, but I would recommend staying vigilant. Breakfast is basic, but at least it is included so you won't leave hungry in the morning.

Well situated for public transport. Reception was not very welcoming or helpful. Parking available at bus station €10 for 13hrs (09.00-2200) over night free.
Some rooms still need refurbishment.  Continental breakfast very good and plentiful.

The hotel is very well located, easily accessible, and in a quiet neighborhood. There are many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, and the bus and train stations are a 5-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, nice, modern, and warm. Great service!

The transportation was inconvenient. It said there was a subway nearby, but it actually took 20 minutes to walk from the subway station to the hotel. It's a nightmare if you're dragging a big suitcase, as the closest exit to the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the roads are cobblestone, making it very hard to pull luggage. The room was clean, but too small, and didn't come with bottled water, a hairdryer, or pajamas.

The hotel is great for business trips, but do take note of the payment process. I booked online assuming it was prepaid, but the card was only for guarantee and I had to pay at the counter upon arrival. It would be better if this was more clearly stated during the booking process to avoid confusion. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable and the service was good.

If you want to spent your several days in osaka, I recommend this hotel. Not expensive but still cozy. I love the concept of gathering room, so me and my husband can eat our dinner comfortably. I can try a lot of food without feeling cold outside. Maybe the room is not that big. But still fine for couples. Btw, garner hotel is not really far from subway and also there are a lot of food near hotel and its cheap compared to some food in dotonbori haha. Thank you we enjoyed our time in osak
