Hotels Near Nurul Yannah Mosque, Ban Bang Rong in Phuket

This property is near Phuket Airport and has a beautiful environment. I love the toiletries; they smell great and the facilities are fully equipped. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket.

We booked the hotel spontaneously during our tour and spent 3 nights here. The hotel complex is new, but is more like a 4 star hotel. 1000 Baht must be paid in cash as a deposit. Breakfast selection is too small for a 5 star hotel. Coffee machines are significantly too slow for the number of guests. Above all, a machine is generally out of operation because milk or beans are missing or the collecting container had to be emptied. At least 80% of the hotel guests are from Russia, the rest are European and Asian guests. We had booked an excursion one day and needed a taxi at 8:30am. I asked reception to call one. At first I was forgotten, after a few minutes as I remembered I was asked for a taxi phone number?! As a guest, how should I get the telephone number of a taxi center? I was very surprised by the reaction. The employee then leafed through a black book, spoke to someone and simply sent me away with the words “not available now”. We then had to search the road and get a driver for completely overpriced money and arrived late at our destination. In general, unfortunately not all of the staff were friendly. In building F, where we had our room, you could hear the mosque from the neighborhood at different times of the day. We wouldn't go to this hotel again.

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….

Nice hotel tucked away from busy bustling part of Phuket. Shuttle service is provided to bring guests out to beach or boat avenue. There's a few nice cafes and restaurant around boat avenue areas. Staff are attentive and always helpful to provide guidance on where to go, what to do. Definitely worth coming back for another stay :) Special call-out to some of the hotel staff - Kig on her friendliness, Cee for his great recommendation for local cuisine and Tangkwa, Big, Num, Baitoey for showing great hospitality. They simply and always put customers in their thoughts and ensured we have a great stay! Thanks for making this a memorable trip for me.

Very comfortable and welcoming stay by the hotel staff with great smiles. Room was clean and comfortable, with strong air conditioning. We could borrow beach/pool towel to bring to their private beach and pool. Pool water is changed in the money and clean. Only thing to improve, in my opinion, would be the breakfast being alfresco, it invited a lot of flies and birds flying in/out, and utensils were not the cleanest. Hygiene of breakfast could be better due to this / try to add better food cover-ups.

It’s in a secluded area. Need rides to go around which is bit costly. But the beach and pool is great. Downside, we’ve stayed for 5 days 4 nights, breakfast is the same menu everyday. Hopefully this will improve.

Stayed for 8 nights in this hotel with my wife. Excellent hotel overall. Very clean indeed, staff very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They open doors for you as you enter reception, take you bags to your room, help sort car / moped hire etc, The room was very clean and well appointed. Bath and beach towels are provided and they change these as frequently a you need. They also provide all the usual essentials including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, bottled water every day. Kettle, hob, large sink and basic utensils, glasses, cups etc were all provided. Also an iron and ironing board as well as a clothes drying stand. The big kitchen sink is easily bug enough to do clothes washing in. Room service was excellent each day. Balcony size on normal rooms was slightly small, especially as was shared with two large air conditioning units (all balconies appear the same) so this made the balcony cramped, noisy and hot when air conditioning was on. Breakfast was provided in the adjoining restaurant. This was excellent offering fresh hot and cold food, eggs made to your liking (fried, scrambled, omelettes, etc), bacon, sausages, fruit, bread, croissants, etc etc. Seemed to have everything included plentiful supply of juices, coffee, tea, etc. Most things self-service but the staff were on hand to help and to clear used dished. The location of the hotel means it is a 15 minute to the beach and 15 minutes to the main restaurant area known as Boat Avenue. Fortunately the hotel runs a shuttle bus service twice an hour to both locations and back until 9.10pm. Would be nice if slightly later coming back from Boat Avenue, but taxis and tuk-tuks were on hand although these aren't the cheapest. The main local beach is Bang Tao beach. This is lovely. Very clean (as everywhere seems to be here), soft white sand, gentle shelving into the water with no stones or rocks. Shame about sea lice the bite / sting in the water but they are everywhere in this part of the world depending on time of year and they are a very minor irritation. Also good availability of sun-beds as well as beverages from the beach shacks. Lots of fresh water showers and there is parking next to the beach as well as toilets. Boat Avenue has plenty of nice restaurants - see my other reviews if you want to see where we went and what we thoughts. Lots to choose from. Most restaurants seem to slow down food service after 9.30pm and this is not a clubby resort. Was just right for us though as there were plenty of bars and some with live music (check out The Mexican bar and restaurant). Wine is not cheap here and starts around £30 a bottle - although some could be found around £25. We stuck to beer with dinner. There is also a handy large supermarket selling everything you could need and is right by taxi station and open until 10pm. Final top tip about this area is to visit on a Friday night if you can as the street market is great with street food and live music. Easy to hire cars and

Saii Laguna hotel is located in Laguna Phuket.when arrive,the staffs are welcome us warmly,attentive and serve us welcome drink.room is big,beautiful and comfortable.can view beautiful garden lake from our room.we enjoy the free high tea in the decorated room near to the lobby.swimming pools are big,clean and can view beautiful sunset.we do provide free boat to the canal village ,we enjoying our dinner where .after dinner do some shopping and back to hotel with boat.overall,Saii Laguna Phuket is beautiful and huge resort.Will stay again next time if come to Phuket again.

I enjoyed my stay in this new resort.The room size is just right, breakfast buffet is sufficient, the llteo clean swimming pools give you such a relaxing time, never too busy.The beach club Nora chimes in some chill out music vibes whilst you rest on a very clean and quiet beach. Fantastic front desk approach ,friendly attitude and I got 2 complimentary cocktails, so this resort really met my expectations! The only drawback I could see is the lack of plug ins next to the bed and a bit of s struggle to lock the balcony window.
