I had a very satisfying stay. What surprised me most was how close the hotel is to Qingdao North Station, which is incredibly convenient for guests traveling by high-speed rail. The lilies in the lobby were beautiful, and the front desk service was very warm and efficient. They responded quickly to any questions I had and even proactively upgraded my room. After check-in, the concierge voluntarily helped me with my luggage and registered my car plate. The room was very spacious with large floor-toceiling windows, making it very bright. The layout was well-designed, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, plus a bathtub, which was just perfect. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. Looking out from the room, there's an artificial lake park, and the room itself was very quiet, so it was lovely to take a stroll in the morning or evening. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of dishes and delicious flavors. The weather in Qingdao in the morning wasn't hot, so enjoying breakfast outdoors was very pleasant. I also visited the gym and the pool; the pool was large and the water was very clean – a great experience. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the stay experience was superb. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything is OK, not bad👌🏻It is convenient to have breakfast, and you can take a card to the floor, it is safe, the toothbrush is soft and comfortable, the room is nice and big, but some places are older and a little bit worn, such as the chair net has holes, and the door frame of the bath is made of wood When I get up, the toilet board will move around and become crooked, but it doesn't affect the comfort. The cleaning staff are also very kind. I accidentally blocked the toilet and took care of it immediately👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is absolutely a hidden gem in Qingdao! Even though it's not right by the sea, the hotel is brand new and very upscale, and the rooms are spacious. Compared to hotels right on the beachfront, it's an absolute steal. Plus, getting to attractions from here is super convenient; a taxi ride to coastal spots like the Olympic Sailing Center only takes about half an hour, so why pay a premium to stay by the sea? I have to give a special shout-out to the hotel's service, which I was very impressed with. As soon as I arrived at the entrance, a young man jogged over to help me with my luggage. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and approachable. I probably had a lot of questions, but the staff patiently answered them all, time and time again, without delaying my check-in. It really shows the high quality of the staff and management. The room itself was quite large, with floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very bright. It had the minimalist style I prefer. Besides the shower, there was also a large bathtub, but I don't usually use bathtubs, so I didn't try it. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options. However, a heads-up for fellow travelers: the restaurant gets very crowded during peak breakfast hours, so it's best to try and eat during off-peak times. When I checked out, the handsome guy at the front desk specifically asked about my stay and even jotted down a small suggestion I had. You could tell that the front desk genuinely cared about my experience; it wasn't just a robotic, perfunctory inquiry, but a natural and sincere concern – caring but not overly intrusive. This was completely different from the flowery but indifferent language I've encountered at some other hotels. A big thumbs-up to the front desk staff! All in all, both the hotel's facilities and service are top-notch. Highly recommend!

The room was really clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – soft yet supportive. The front desk service was excellent. It's close to shopping areas, making it very convenient for getting around. They even have a bathtub, and the front desk provides free bathtub liners, so it was lovely to enjoy a bath every day.

This hotel, in my opinion, offers a thousand-dollar service experience for a hundred-dollar price range. Sam, the service manager, was excellent. I was originally booked for an Executive King Room, and this was the first time I've ever experienced such a seamless room upgrade. Most five-star or five-diamond hotels in Qingdao would rather leave a room empty or charge an extra 100 RMB than upgrade you. I stayed for three consecutive nights in an Executive Suite, directly facing the Laoshan District No. 2 Experimental Primary School. You can see students playing during the day, but with the windows closed, you barely hear any noise. The hotel is 12 years old now, since 2014, and aside from the bathtub faucet and shower diverter being a bit tricky to operate, it has almost no flaws. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough for me, given I'm sensitive to heat, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they offered a fan. This way, you don't need to open the window, which is good because there's ongoing construction on the left side, so opening the window would be noisy and affect sleep. The only potential downside for most people might be that it's a bit far from the subway, nearly a kilometer's walk.
