Upon entering the room, I found hair on the bed. I immediately contacted housekeeping to have it changed. The staff member then spent a considerable amount of time explaining, insisting that the sheets are changed for every guest and that hair might fall on them when they make the bed, eventually offering to change the sheet. By this point, I had already decided to purchase disposable bedding myself, so I declined the offer. The next morning, a meeting started at 8 AM, with continuous talking. This might have been due to the room's location, but it felt like little consideration was given to guests' comfort.
