I expected all HUAZHU Group brands to be good, especially since the price was over 600 RMB. However, the experience was quite disappointing. We checked in in the afternoon and left the key card in the slot. After visiting the museum, we returned to find the room even warmer than outside. I called the front desk, and someone came to check. They said we operated it incorrectly, adjusted it, and told us to wait for half an hour. It was still the same. So, the staff brought two portable air conditioners for us to use all night, and as a result, both of us woke up with headaches the next morning. What's even funnier is that my friend went to the bathroom, and after a while, shouted from the toilet that there was no toilet paper. I went to bring some, and we both searched for a long time but couldn't find any. Then we had to ask for it to be brought to us! I want to ask, even if the staff forgot to put it in, isn't there quality inspection? Didn't anyone notice? What if someone was staying alone and there was no toilet paper? 😱 The design is also unreasonable. Plus, there was a lot of hair in the corners of the floor. My review is just a friendly suggestion; I don't have any other intentions. I hope for improvement!

The boss gave a better room type. The boss has a super good attitude. The room is also relatively clean. The floor heating is warmer. Next time I have a chance, I will come to live. There is a bus stop nearby. It is close.

This is my second stay here, and the room was great. The service maintained its usual high standard. The main advantage is its proximity to Taidong Subway Station. The Tsingtao Beer Museum, Taidong Pedestrian Street, and other attractions are all within walking distance. There are also many delicious food options nearby.
