The living room in the apartment is incredibly spacious! Even though it's not a sea-view room, the night view is stunning. The bedroom is super comfortable and quiet, and they even provided complimentary fruits upon arrival! There's an ample supply of Nongfu Spring mineral water, and the daily cleaning service is very prompt. The front desk staff are excellent and respond quickly to any issues. They even have robots to deliver food and medicine. The MixC mall is just a 10-minute walk away, it's a huge shopping center with everything you could possibly need! It's also connected to the subway, making the location truly unbeatable. I highly recommend everyone to stay here! I've seen many foreigners staying here, from Korea, Russia, and Japan, with lots of golf bags at the front desk.

The service here is exceptionally good, and it's a great value for money! The location is easy to find, and the front desk lady has a very sweet smile. The hygiene is meticulously maintained. The room is spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The mattress is just the right firmness. I'll definitely be back!

The room was surprisingly great, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was quite good, and the hygiene was top-notch. The room layout was also very nice. The service was excellent, except for the delivery robot – there was only one, and it only had one compartment for food, so it got a bit slow when many people ordered takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied; there was no smoke smell, the air conditioning was cool without any odd odors, and the soundproofing was good too 👌

Facilities: Renovated in the last two years, with a smart toilet and smart mirror; overall good. Cleanliness: Stayed 9 nights, and proactively contacted the front desk about a week later to have the room cleaned because there was a lot of hair on the floor, and even after cleaning, there was still hair left. The shower drain was faulty; I had to clean the hair from the drain myself throughout my stay, as the cleaning staff wouldn't address it. Service: My child asked the front desk for two bottles of mineral water, and they said it cost two yuan each! It's normal to ask for bottled water during a stay at a chain hotel, and they usually refill it when it's empty. Environment: The environment is undeniably nice, with comfortable twin beds and bright rooms with windows. It's near the Fuliao Overpass, so it's very noisy, and the room's soundproofing is poor.

This is the perfect place to stay if you love shopping malls! The transportation is convenient. Exit A2 of Wusi Square Station, turn left, walk for five minutes, and you'll see Yuexi Apartments on your right. The front desk is on the first floor for check-in. Nearby, there's a 7-Eleven and a Luckin Coffee, and a few restaurants further up the street. I'm giving it five stars mainly because the price is acceptable, and the staff at the front desk was friendly and polite. The in-room amenities aren't perfect; I recommend reading other reviews as many people have already pointed out key issues. However, these seem to be building-wide problems (like dimly lit corridors to save energy, slow elevators, etc.). Although the room I stayed in didn't have a stunning view (it wasn't a sea view room and was blocked by the building in front), the bed and pillows were very comfortable for all three nights, and housekeeping cleaned daily. For your first check-in, it's easier to enter from the first floor. Once you have your room card, you can access Yuexi Apartments from the 6th-floor Sky City Garden, which connects directly to MIXC Mall. The in-room washer and dryer are very convenient, and they provide a small packet of laundry detergent daily. The refrigerator is large and cold enough! I suggest adding a plate or two and some utensils to the kitchen, which would make it even more convenient for guests.

The customer service throughout my stay was excellent; they were patient, responsive, and efficiently handled all my requests. The room itself was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. I only stayed one night in Qingdao, so I just randomly booked a hotel near the subway station. It exceeded my expectations; I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is newly opened and quite large. We booked a family room, which was spacious and fully equipped with smart technology. The location is excellent; you can see the hotel right from Shuangshan subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to CapitaMall and only a few stops from May Fourth Square, making shopping and dining very easy. The hotel service was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was plentiful, and the nights were quiet. I highly recommend it.

The environment was nice, the stay was great, the space was large, the amenities were new, the receptionist was very helpful, and the waiter was also very handsome. My overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is great, not far from CapitaLand Plaza and Qingdao North Station, making transportation very convenient. The hygiene is excellent; the room had no dampness or strange odors. There's a free mini-fridge available. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and attentive.
