Nice hotel up slope from CBD. No gym no pool but got free hot tub! Lakefront room not really direct unobstructed lake view so it's quite expensive for the price. Lobby views are amazing. Breakfast expensive. Room generally big.

This hotel was at a great location, close proximity to central Queenstown including Bars, restaurants and activities. Everyday house keeping made it even better. Great services, highly recommended 💯

A very beautiful hotel which needs a bit of uphill walk for about 15 mins from the town centre. There're no shops restaurants in the neighbourhood but one can eat at its restaurant or room service. The room itself is very spacious, clean, well equipped and our room overlooks the lake which is great. The pickup point for Milford Sound tour we joined is along the street in front of the hotel (Stanley Street). I tried the buffet breakfast which is so so with limited choices. Overall I love this hotel especially the price is great compared with other hotels at the very central location.

Did the job for us. Convenient location and great value for money in comparison to others. Would stay again :)

Room was okay but needs a good cleaning. My daughter had an asthma attack because of the bed topper

We LOVED our stay at this accomodation. The staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and even upgraded our booking to include a mountain view room and breakfast. Thank you! It is close to town and along the bus line making it very easy to get around. The included breakfast was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Lakefront was a beautiful hotel! We spent two night there. They have a spa that you can book to use for 40 mins! And it does have a nice view from that area. The one downside to our stay was I did try extend or stay by one night as the driver wasn’t feeling okay but the hotel said that the room was available, then went out back to check with a manager about something to come back and say they had none available. Once I arrived back to the room I was called and offered the room for another two nights but that’s all they could do??? I ended up looking back online and was able to book the room there for one night at an even lower price than offered. We ended up by booking somewhere else for the night as we didn’t find that respectful towards us. (We are both early 20’s) Other than that we did have a good stay there was a little noise the first night we stayed and a couple of loud people but we understand that MardiGras’s

We were given a lake view room. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the view outside the window was beyond imagination. It was great. The room was big enough. Although the facilities were not very new, it was warm enough.

It has its own parking lot, 15 dollars a day. The environment is very beautiful. The service of the front desk waiter for breakfast is not very good. She does not allow customers to sit in the restaurant, but only allows customers to squeeze at the door. The seats in the restaurant have a good view, you can see the snow-capped mountains, and there is a large empty area. But I ignored her. When it was almost 10 o'clock, she started to remind customers to eat quickly, saying that breakfast would end at 10 o'clock. The breakfast service is indeed average, in sharp contrast to the Holiday Inn next door. But the guy who arranged the room was very awesome. The view from the room was great. Overall, the flaws are not enough to cover the merits, and it is still recommended~

1. The back of the hotel is just a few minutes walk to the lake, and the scenery is very good. 2. There are many tour groups, so there are many large buses. The parking lot is a bit tight. Fortunately, there is free parking on the road leading to the lake, which is quite convenient. 3. Since there are three guest room buildings, each building is connected by a corridor. But there is only one elevator leading to the lobby, so it takes a lot of effort to find the way and elevator to leave the hotel from the lobby. What's more, I don't know if it was a malfunction of the elevator or something, but we were still locked in the elevator. I contacted an unknown staff member of the hotel through the emergency phone in the elevator for help. The other party kept asking us to tell him which elevator we were locked in, otherwise he could not provide help. Oh my God, even if we are native English speakers, I'm afraid we can't explain it clearly, let alone such a complicated hotel layout. What I can't understand even more is that the other party seemed to feel that there was no solution and took the initiative to hang up the phone. . . We were locked in this helpless feeling for about ten minutes, and the elevator inexplicably recovered. Then there was nothing else, no apology, not even an explanation. This experience made us very uncomfortable. The next day we contacted Ctrip to report the problem, and Ctrip handled it quickly and efficiently. Compared with other platforms we have used, Ctrip's service is the best. 4. Go downhill from the road opposite the hotel, and walk for about ten minutes to the more commercial areas in Queenstown. There are also McDonald's and convenience stores in the evening, which is quite convenient.
