Great
GGuest UserAbsolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!
RRyanSGTheir breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but the quality was decent.
The room’s curtain can’t be closed entirely. Other than this, the rest are pretty good! Walking distances to most of the tourists’ venues. Would definitely come back the next time I visit Rome.
GGuest UserClean and sanitary, relatively new facilities, good mattresses, especially the rich breakfast. The front desk staff is very professional and the suggestions are very clear and professional. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Overall, it is a very good hotel. I will stay here again next time.
MMaria MDWe stayed as a family in a premium bungalow, it is very clean and well equipped. Im honestly really impressed how clean it is. All the linen, towels, duvet are spotless. There is a dishwasher, but we didnt have a dishwasher cleaning tablets, so we couldn’t use it. There is a bbq, we didnt use it either.
The pools amenities are fantastic and really clean. There are a few eateries, a shop, a laundry. Our location was far from the pool and playgrounds, the closer units might be challenging to stay in with kids, there is a lot happening and it is loud late in the evening. Overall we really enjoyed it and kids loved it. We didnt need the shuttle bus, so cant comment on it.
The only thing is that after a checkout I entered a shop to buy something and kept my credit card in my pocket, when I wanted to pay at a cashier, my card disappeared. I searched the small shop in case it fell out but no success. So I guess you have to be careful.
CCHENThe hotel is outside the center of Rome. There are buses at the door, but it is often not allowed. There are many Romans who rely on public commuting, so they are very crowded. In addition, the road from the airport bus to the hotel entrance is too bad to go, the sidewalk is about 60 cm wide ~ one person can walk, the box must be in front of the body, the road is uneven, the traffic is very dangerous. Remember, if you want to take the bus from the airport bus, you can buy a roma pass or a 24-hour, 48-hour day ticket, or a single ticket in the small square tabacchi shop (tobacco shop). Otherwise, if you want to go out from the hotel, you have to go to the square to buy a ticket to get the car - the station at the entrance is in vain.
GGuest UserThe hotel is really far from the city center. Every time you want to go to Rome, the Vatican, or even the airport, you have to pay at least €40 for a taxi. You might save money on the hotel rate, but you'll end up paying double for transportation. Public transport is also far from the hotel, and you have to change lines multiple times.
GGuest Userthe location is not good, far from bus/train station n very dangerous at night without light, not to mention the poor condition of the road that not flat to move trolley
breakfast is ok though
n forgot to mention i was charged 6€ per night as tax, not sure if it’s correct as i didn’t get any notification when i book it. think it’s expensive for 6per night
CchrothanExcept for the location, which is quite a distance from city centre and might be difficult to book a cab via FreeNow back to the hotel, the property and its rooms are actually nice, quiet and comfortable.
GGuest UserThough I booked a standard room with a courtyard view, they gave me a room at the backside with no view. Though the hotel is 4 stars but I was surprised that the room has no mini bar or kettle or provided bottle of water.
Breakfast is ok with good varieties. Location is convenient, only 15 minutes by bus to St Peter cathedral.
Overall experience is good for the value of money
GGuest UserFantastic village, beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Train station is around a 30 minute walk from the village where you can get cheap trains to Rome and the airport. Great place to get a good night’s rest and good value too. I stayed there between flights so it was convenient as it is only 1 hour 15 minutes by train to the airport. There are restaurants, plenty of toilets and even a shuttle bus. I didn’t use any of these services because I just needed to sleep but there are lots of amenities. I stayed in a basic room which had 2 beds, table, light and power socket. That’s all you need. There is a heater and blankets for when it gets cold. A generous amount of toilet paper is also provided which can be used in the shared toilets. Staff are friendly. All in all a great place to stay!
