Hotel Center 3

Termini Central Station
The location of the hotel is good, about 15 minutes from Roma Termini. Very good breakfast. The size of the room and bathroom are perfect. Room cleaning is very bad. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and the only thing they did was make the bed. Air conditioning worked, but it looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. Would not stay again . Bad value for money.

I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

Me and my friend visited the Cielo terrace bar at Hotel de la Ville. The view of the entire city was magical. We ordered 4 different cocktails and each was unique!! The food we tried was amazing, full of italian flavors. The atmosphere was unforgettable and the service excels and everyone was welcoming and gave us great recommendations on what to order. Definitely worth to visit when in Rome!
Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel

Trionfale
This hotel is a lovely oasis away from the tourist areas of Rome. There is a shuttle bus into the centre which is very efficient and we used this every day. Well worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, although dated and we found it very strange that they provided every amenity apart from the two essentials we like in a room - tea/coffee making tray and bottles of water. They did supply 2 tiny bottles which were it till the next day which was nowhere near enough for 30 degrees heat! Very odd for a 5 star hotel to restrict water bottles.... On arrival, we were told our luggage would be sent up to our room but after an hour waiting, went to concierge to try and locate our cases but were told they were too busy and would have to wait till they brought them up. Couldn't take cases up ourselves. The staff in the foyer bar and light dining were excellent and the cocktails were first class. As were the housekeeping staff on our floor who always greeted us with a smile and 'buongiorno'. Breakfast was served either at pool terrace or inside and was extensive choice and very good quality . The scrambled eggs were the best we have ever had in a hotel! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cavalieri and would definitely return .

The food but most of all the team and service were beyond what is expected. I will be back with both business and family. This is a 10 out of 10. Highly recommended. The food itself was 9 put of 10 with only my Nonna’s kitchen being better. I want to say Mille Grazie to the all the staff!!!

Via Veneto
- Excellent location - semi walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Borghese - concierge extremely kind and helpful, gives very clear and effective advices - good restaurant recommendations too - The room is large, but my dad praised it as ”old and big” - The facilities are old and there is nothing in the room - there is no kettle, coffee machine, or cup. . . , the carpet is not very clean either - Some people at the front desk were very nice. There was a lady who was very rude. She was free. I went to check out and she asked me to wait nearby. When another man came up, she greeted him first. in short, this is a good hotel property but could be much better managed.
